@@MexicoRelocationGuide Mariana: I sub’d to their channel even though I am very much considering moving further south. Don’t tell my secret country but you will know when I say this: I am going to see Jackie. I need a balanced temperature and right now I am where I feel it is hotter than Puerto Vallarta… probably because of hardly any wind and the humidity… Hint: There are 9 Bahías and 36 beaches here and I am more of a river guy not a beach guy. I was in Puerto Vallarta to get my Temporary Residency for Mexico so I know all about what this lovely couple have said. I could go on and on but, I want to live where Spanish is mostly spoken since I studied and continue to study as my pasatiempo favorito 🤩. Much love and respect to you all. My real name is not Juan… but you would like my real first name… by just adding an e, my real first name becomes Hispanic. No more hints, yet. Take good care. ❤
LOve love Mariana; Thanks for her great help, info, charming demeanor, beautiful smile etc......but for her and her guests, goats have kids, humans have children. Again Mariana is terrific!!
We love your guide, it was your suggestion about Cuernavaca that brought us to this city. We have now purchased a house in colonia Lomas de San Anton to remodel and we love it. People are kind, city is beautiful, and still close enough to visit CDMX.
You can see how happy y'all are living in Puerto v. I'm moving there next yr. Starting Rosetta stone for Spanish and can't wait to go Excellent podcast, thanks for all the helpful information. Outstanding. 😊

I left Puerto Vallarta back in June bc is too damn hot and humid for almost halfa year. Only two seasons down there (spring Nov-May) and (summer June-Oct). Is a nice place during the spring but summer is too hot & humid for me and I'm an outdoors person, hate being indoors in the AC for 5 months or so.
Thank you for this wonderful video! As a family considering relocation to Mexico, this was very informative. We appreciate your insights, and wish you all the best as you continue to build your life in Mexico! :)
Great couple. My family have been in T.O forever. I never cared for that town for the same reason as you. PV was my first stop, too. A good transition town. Good vid , Mariana!

You shouldn't need to download it. You can just hit play and it will start to play from the beginning :)
$1300.00 is expensive for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Is this bc of locality to amenities?
Have prices gone up a lot?
That’s actually not a very expensive rental considering the size of the place, the location, how many bedrooms
Adding to Mariana's explanation, the apartment is furnished, so that adds to the expense.
