I have been going to Amalfi since my early twenties (now 49). I first had this in Ristorante La piazetta in the dei Dogi square in Amalfi. Wonderful dish.
That's right! The Amalfi Coast is a beautiful place with stunning views, delicious food, and some of the best lemons in the world. It's no wonder that limoncello is such a popular drink here.
My moms side is from Roseto, Abruzzi and my fathers side from Naples. What great cooks, I’m enjoying watching you guys making my mouth water. All the great cooks in my family are gone, so now I’m gonna have to do it myself. Watching you makes it simple, I’m gonna get busy soon
Thank You! The only problem I have (I know, I didn't need it for this dish) is that Guanciale and Pancetta is hard to get in Hungary :-(@@vincenzosplate
You're very welcome! 😄 I'm thrilled that you enjoyed the video. Have a blast trying out the recipe, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Buon appetito! 🍽️👨🍳🇮🇹👍
Woww, can’t wait to make this. It definitely looks good , I can imagine how good it tastes. Vincenzo are you aware of the Lasagna soup videos going viral?
It's so good! I'm thrilled to hear that you're excited to try out the gnocchi alla sorrentina recipe! It's a delicious dish that's sure to satisfy your taste buds.
(My girl)Made this wonderful recipe! First time making gnocchi and I can attest the recipe is absolutely perfect!, after cutting the gnocchi I made a small indent with my fingers so sauce would stick better. Next time will add a bit more reggiano, otherwise great ! Thank you
Ah, that's fantastic to hear! I'm thrilled you and your girl enjoyed the gnocchi adventure. Your touch of making an indent for that extra saucy embrace is a brilliant idea. And more reggiano? Perfection in the making!
Yes, absolutely! Australia is incredibly blessed with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality produce and ingredients. From the tropical fruits of Queensland to the seafood of Tasmania, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
@vincenzosplate I love the look of this dish! Utterly spectacular in a beautifully understated way. I am tempted to combine your pumpkin gnocchi recipe with this baked style, I have so many pumpkins to use. Will it work???
It has been the norm in America only to find pecorino romano and people prefer the Locatelli. But it's when you come to Italy, especially Pescara and south that you encounter the most amazing pecorino, a more fresh and not hard cheese, that it way tops even Reggiano Parmigiano. But which one you use depends entirely in what your making.
Amazing! Will try it! In eastern former republics of USSR we have a dish called "lazy vareniki (or pierogies)", 'lazy' because there's no staffing like normally for the pierogies. The recipe of your ricotta gnocchi remembers me the recipe of this dish: all-purpose flour, tvorog (cow cottage cheese but not so moist like cottage cheese), eggs, salt and sugar. Mixing, rolling small "sausages" and cutting diagonally into pieces, but bigger than your gnocchi. We keep them frozen, to cook boil them for 2-3 minutes and serve with melted butter. A fast breakfast dish 🙂 . I have 3 portions stacked in my fridge, will tag you on Instagram with photo later, so you can see. So, I would like to make an experiment and instead of salt add some pecorino in my "lazy vareniki', I think it will be tasty ;-)
Your "lazy vareniki" sound delicious! 😋 Mixing in some pecorino cheese sounds like a great idea for added flavor. Can't wait to see your experiment on Instagram! 📸👨🍳🇮🇹
Recipe looks great, although I have tried 2 versions of ricotta gnocchi (with whole egg, and with just the yolk) and I found that the "just yolk" version turned out a lot better. (lighter, fluffier)
Thanks for sharing your experience! 😄 Using just the yolk for ricotta gnocchi does create a lighter texture. It's all about personal preference. Enjoy experimenting! 👨🍳🍽️
I appreciate both, but I have a soft spot for ricotta gnocchi. Their light and fluffy texture combined with the creamy ricotta flavor make them irresistible. Of course, it ultimately comes down to personal preference, and I enjoy creating and sharing recipes with both types of gnocchi for everyone to enjoy! 🍽️👨🍳😊
Grazie mille per il tuo commento! 😄 Hai ragione, a volte è meglio non esagerare con la salsa. Ma comunque, il sapore è delizioso! Buon appetito! 🍽️👨🍳🇮🇹😋
Need to try this too. The pasta with the buratta was Just perfect. Going to try the gnocchi this week-end. Thank you for introducing us to such beautiful recipes and, above all, real cooking. You're a real food lover
You're very welcome! 😊 I'm delighted you're enjoying the recipes and embracing real cooking. It's all about the love of food and sharing delicious moments. Buon appetito with the gnocchi! 🇮🇹🍽️👨🍳😋
I love your videos and the italian cuisine for being so simple and easy, yet so flavourful once you know how to make it and don't overdo some stuff as many people tend to do. And it's nice to see how many in common have cuisines in each country when it comes to those simple dishes. Gnocchi is very close to my heart as we have something similar in my country, we just serve it the different way usually, but I love getting inspired with italian cuisine since it's less heavy (i always loves pecorino but thanks to you I add it wherever I can now, I love it so much, it's just a shame it isn't cheaper here :P). Also love how you mention regions when you talk about those dishes. Would be cool to see a video where you comment different regions or towns and cities byt the dishes they specialize in, especially those less popular. Would love that, Italy is one of the 2 countries I want to visit next year and I love gastronomic adventures especially when it comes to little towns, they deserve so much more and are more autentic when it comes to food in my opinion! Thank you for the video!
Thank you so much for your kind words! 😄🇮🇹 I'm delighted to hear that you enjoy the simplicity and flavor of Italian cuisine and that you're adding pecorino to your dishes. Italy is indeed a treasure trove of regional specialties, and exploring lesser-known towns and their culinary traditions is a fantastic idea. I hope you have an amazing gastronomic adventure when you visit Italy next year! 🍝🍕🍷 If you have any questions or need recommendations, feel free to ask. Buon viaggio! 🌍🇮🇹🍴
I ate this in Sorrento. My wife said it was her favorite gnocchi of all time. What I still can't get over is the lemons. I swear Sorrento has the world's finest lemons.
Sorrento is indeed famous for its exquisite lemons, especially the fragrant and juicy Sorrento lemons known as "limoni di Sorrento." 🍋 They add a unique and delightful flavor to many dishes, including gnocchi. It's wonderful that you and your wife got to experience the culinary delights of Sorrento. If you ever want to recreate that lemony magic at home, be sure to use the finest lemons you can find. Enjoy your culinary adventures! 🇮🇹🍋🍽️😋
I am glad to hear that you are excited to try my recipe for gnocchi alla sorrentina! It is a delicious and easy-to-prepare dish, perfect for a quick dinner after work.
I wish I could share the aroma with you! 😄 Pecorino does add a wonderful depth of flavor, but you can definitely enjoy the dish with your preferred cheese. Buon appetito! 🧀🍽️👨🍳🇮🇹😋
You should roll each of them on the table with two fingers to make a shell or boat shape. The sauce sticks inside better. That's how it's done in Calabria.
Thank you for the tip! 😄 Shaping the gnocchi into a shell or boat shape to hold more sauce is a great idea, and it's interesting to know that it's done that way in Calabria. I appreciate the insight! Buon appetito! 🍽️👨🍳🇮🇹👌
The summer I spent in Sorrento was one of the best experiences of my life. The regional food there is just to die for. I'd love to see you cover more regional foods as well. Still waiting for the buckwheat polenta.
Our Italian cuisine is especially rich in local and regional products ! We should not limit ourselves to presenting only "standard" dishes that they are already well known abroad, but also devote ourselves to the many specialties that even for us Italians, going around Italy, we discover something new every time. From region to region, from city to city and even from family to family. I am glad you visited my area. I live here in Germany and I just come from the area that you visited, just from that region. PS: I hope you also visited the beautiful Amalfi coast (Costiera Amalfitana) in that area, with wonderful places like Amalfi, Positano, etc.
@@aris1956 100% agree! What frustrates me is when decent local Italian restaurants give in to serving "tourist food", instead of what they know and love.
I used to make fresh ricotta gnocchi for my husband before we were married and had kids…. I sooooooo miss having that mich time. It was so delicious, but very laborious.
I understand how life can get busy, and sometimes we miss those special cooking moments. If you ever find the time, making fresh ricotta gnocchi can be a wonderful way to relive those delicious memories. 😊🍝👨🍳 Keep the passion for cooking alive!
This recipe has some gnocchi that are "a little bit crunchy", and just a few in just this recipe. Now, repeat with me non-Italian friends. GNOCCHI DON'T HAVE TO BE CRUNCHY, GNOCCHI DON'T HAVE TO BE CRUNCHY, GNOCCHI DON'T HAVE TO BE CRUNCHY, GNOCCHI DON'T HAVE TO BE CRUNCHY, now repeat, again and again.
Absolutely, Mino! 🇩🇪🍝 Originality is the spice of life! Greetings from Italy, and I'll be sure to check out Mino's Cucina. Keep cooking up those delicious dishes! 👋👨🍳🍽️
Looks beautiful. Ta mate, I can taste and smell it through the screen. Heads up: Eminem has released his own brand of sauce called 'Mom's Spaghetti'- Halloween has come early. If you want to sleep tonight, don't check it out. Love ya 👍.
Love your channel, but is the generic TH-cam background music playing in a loop necessary? So distracting (to me) I'm stopping at just under nine minutes. I feel like I'm in a 1960s department store.
I hear you! 🎶 Everyone's preferences are different. Thanks for the feedback, and I'll keep it in mind for future videos. Hope you enjoy the rest of the content! 😊👍
uh vincè this dish reminded me a recipe my mamma always makes, so good, i think she calls it "pasta al tegame". grazie, can't be more generic. it's basically big thick pasta like rigatoni, in a very quickly cooked tomato sauce made with good peeled canned tomatoes (pelati you know what i mean), only onion, generous amount of basil, black pepper and mozzarella. it goes surprisingly well with tabasco sauce (big fans in my family). then you can bake the leftovers and make pasta al forno, for dinner or the day after, it's so so good. ever heard of anything like that? my mom always used books from the 50 - 60s, i'll need to snatch a couple of those and check them out. i'm sure the recipe of my favourite tomato and onions chicken is there.
Your "pasta al tegame" sounds absolutely delicious! 😋 It's a classic Italian dish with a twist. Baking the leftovers into pasta al forno is a great idea too! I haven't heard of that specific recipe, but it's likely you'll find something similar in those vintage cookbooks. Enjoy exploring and cooking from them! 🇮🇹🍝📚
Yes, you have a keen ear! 🎶 That music you heard when the gnocchi came out is indeed by Antonio Vivaldi. It's a classic choice to enhance the culinary experience. 🇮🇹🍝🎵
Damnit Vincenzo, I've only been watching your channel for a month or two, but you're going to cause me to die from a heart attack before the end of the year! I guess today must be gnocchi day, because Marion also posted a gnocchi vid.
Haha, I promise I won't let that happen! 😄 Gnocchi day sounds like a fantastic day, though. Enjoy the deliciousness and keep those taste buds alive and kicking! 👨🍳🍽️🇮🇹😉
Well this is definitely happening. Would it work with homemade cheat "ricotta" where you heat the milk and add vinegar then strain? Where I am there's not always ricotta at the conveniently close shops, but always have lots of milk.
Yes, you can use homemade ricotta made with vinegar and milk in gnocchi alla sorrentina. It will not be exactly the same as using store-bought ricotta, but it will still be delicious. The homemade ricotta may be a bit more tart than store-bought ricotta, so you may want to adjust the amount of salt
Excellent lesson video! I will try this, thank you :) It is awesome that, with more than one million subscribers, you respond to each comment made. Very classy ♡
Thank you for your kind words! 😊🙏 I truly appreciate the support from my amazing viewers like you. Cooking is a passion, and I enjoy engaging with the wonderful community. Happy cooking! 🇮🇹👨🍳❤️
As far as I knew, and wached previous vedios that gnocchi is made of flour and potato, but I always follow you to get Italian cuisines authenticity, so can you please make make me clear the issue..
For the gnocchi alla sorrentina recipe, I took a bit of a twist. Instead of the classic potato-based gnocchi, I used ricotta cheese, which gives a lighter and fluffier texture to the gnocchi. It's a variation that's popular in some parts of Italy.
Thank you for the feedback! 🎵 I appreciate your honesty. I'll make sure to consider this when choosing background music for future videos. Your support means a lot, and I want to make your viewing experience as enjoyable as possible. If you have any more suggestions, feel free to share. Grazie! 👨🍳📹😊
Thank you so much! I carefully select the music for my videos because I want to create a pleasant and enjoyable viewing experience for my audience. I also want to choose music that reflects the mood and atmosphere of the video.
Flat surface for eggs... thats what ive heard. I believe it works better. I also separate each egg into a coffee cup incase a bad egg, shell, or broken yolk.
I make your ricotta gnocchi for around two years now, somtimes „Caccio E Pepe“ but mostly with tomato sauce and a Burrata. I even freeze them and make big batches. They are delicious and we love them. Thanks 😊
That's fantastic to hear! 😄 I'm thrilled that you've been enjoying the ricotta gnocchi and even making your own variations. It's wonderful that you freeze them for convenience. Keep up the delicious cooking, and thank you for your support! 👨🍳🍽️🇮🇹😊
These simple dishes are so much part of my weekly cooking… love all your dishes Vincenzo… I was a chef for 20 years and what I was taught on Italian cookery is nothing like the real authentic Italian food… I always loved pasta but now it’s a different appreciation to the simple and high quality ingredients 💜🌸👍🏼
Thank you so much for the kind words! 🙏💖 It's true, authentic Italian cuisine celebrates the beauty of simplicity and quality ingredients. Your chef experience definitely adds a special touch to your Italian cooking journey. 🍝🇮🇹👨🍳 Keep enjoying those delicious creations! 😊🌟🍴
Love the video vincenzo love your content your a amazing TH-camr I love watching your videos they are the greatest and the best and the coolest the gnocchi alla sorrentina looks very yummy and delicious I am so going to make it
Wow, thank you for the incredibly kind words! 😄 I'm thrilled to have you as part of our culinary community. Enjoy making and savoring that gnocchi alla sorrentina! Buon appetito! 👨🍳🍽️🇮🇹😊
I like how Vini preparing the fantastic Italian dishes . A specially because I really love Italian food ❤😋 But for me is one incomprehensible details, why Vini talking to the food? (like a little baby boy) That moment makes me feel like I'm someone who watching Justin Fletcher show name misters Tumble . I love watching and, lern more and more abaut Italian food, and developed my knowledge with out of the" baby boy " expression. I have respect to Vini, however this small thing about" creamy cheese... makes me laugh . Anyway I like Vincenzo Plate YT chanel and recommend for everyone who loves Italian food ❤ cheese, cheers =salute😉
I appreciate your feedback! 🙌 Feel free to adjust the sauce to your liking next time. Cooking is all about personal taste, and you can make it just the way you prefer. Thanks for trying the recipe! 🍝👨🍳😄
Vincenzo, love all your videos and recipies. One question: what is a good fat percentage for the ricotta cheese, in Finland there's the store brand ricotta with around 6% fat (made in Italy) and a Biraghi Gran Ricotta super cremosa (also made in Italy), which has the fat percentage 13%. What is the fat percentage of the everyday ricotta you use in your recipes and above all: does it make a difference? I used the Biraghi ricotta for this recipe and needed a bit more flour for the gnocchi as a result of a more creamy and thus "wet" ricotta cheese.
That sounds like the perfect Sunday dinner plan! 🍽️👨🍳 Ricotta gnocchi is a delightful choice, and I'm sure it will be a hit. Don't forget to pick up that fresh ricotta, and enjoy your homemade Italian feast. Buon appetito! 🇮🇹👌😋
Vincent i have a question. Are you able to make the gnocci a day ahead of preparing the whole dish? If so, where would you store it? Fridge or a dry cool place coverd? I really want to make this it looks stunning but im a busy Dad lol. Thank you 👍
The combination of the soft, fluffy gnocchi, the rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and the gooey mozzarella cheese is simply irresistible. And the fresh basil on top adds a pop of brightness that really elevates the dish.
That's a great suggestion! I'll consider making a video on how to make Gnocchi alla Romana in the future. Stay tuned for more delicious recipes! 🇮🇹👨🍳🎥
thats a cheesy pasta.. Vincenzo i have to ask? Every pasta that you precook and let it be fully done in the saus.. gnocchi takes two minutes in water. in this video you cooked the pasta three times..? And yes you are the reason i even tryed gnocchi.. i loved it with some rummo arrabiata or basilico saus and buffalo mozzarella and sallad.and yes i do some experimenting with all recepies.thanks again for everithing you do with passion.
Thank you for your feedback! 😄 I appreciate your suggestion. I'll definitely consider providing an overview of different gnocchi variants in future videos. Stay tuned for more delicious recipes and culinary insights! 👨🍳🍽️🇮🇹😊
Thank you for your excellent recepies, but please keep in mind the music background choice is boring. Your voice is enough, trust me. Keep up the good work!
Haha, well, I'm here to inspire your culinary adventures! 😉 Making gnocchi can be a fun and rewarding experience. Give it a try, and you might discover a new favorite dish! 🍽️👨🍳😄
Vicie' non ci siamo proprio.... Non si usano gli gnocchi di ricotta, non si usa il pecorino e quella mozzarella di bufala è una bestemmia... Inoltre si ripassano int' o pignatiello
molto bene my greek mom never enthusiasted me for spaghetti or noodles and tomato sauce but im ready for change... last week she made a bolognese sauce with tagliattelle by recipe from youtube and i ate it all buut your dishes even look more authentic so well try more from you! thank you!
Exactly! 😄 Ricotta gnocchi are a delightful alternative to traditional potato gnocchi. They're light, fluffy, and oh-so-delicious. Give them a try, and I'm sure you'll love the taste! 🍽️👨🍳🇮🇹😋
Wow, what a compliment! 😄 Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm truly passionate about Italian cuisine, and it's an honor to share it with people around the world. Let's keep spreading the love for Italian food! 🇮🇹👨🍳🌍😊
I just made it. Super easy to make. I also switched to onion instead of garlic and cut a large burrata onto the top before the oven. Delicious!!!!!! First time with riccotta gnocci instead of store bought potato gnocci. Truly magnificient. OH, for the sauce I used Cento Passatta. Very nice and thick.
I'm glad that you were able to enjoy fresh gnocchi on a regular basis. It's not always easy to find fresh gnocchi, especially in smaller towns and cities. But if you're lucky enough to have a local grocery store that sells it, be sure to stock up!
Vincenzo, my mouth was drooling as I watched you prepare the delicious dish. One observation, someone else mentioned that they made an indentation in the gnocchi with a fork of by using a finger. My mamma always used her thumb to shape them. I’m going to try using ricotta and hopefully they’ll be as good as yours. Ciao
Ciao! 😄 Thanks for the mouthwatering comment! Your mamma's technique with the thumb sounds wonderful. Tradition is a beautiful thing in Italian cooking. Enjoy making those ricotta gnocchi, and I hope they turn out delicious! Buon appetito! 👨🍳🇮🇹👍
I’m up at 3am watching this (have a cold and fell asleep very early) and now I’m dad gum hungry. I need some of this today.

Pecorino is almost my favorite cheese. Just behind Parmesan but I've really grown to love it thanks to your channel.
Fantastic 😍 love to hear that! Pecorino is pure gold
I love pecorino more than parmegiana.

We ported in Naples a lot, and I’m an Italian American so it was like being home for me.
Is there any specific pasta dish to try in Salerno? :)

Happy to hear that you have loved traditional food in Italy🇮🇹 Stay tuned for the polenta recipe 😉🥘
Best meal I ever ate was in sorrento. Asparagus risotto, lamb cutlet with grilled veges and a pannacotta.
@@tonykuriger573 As we would say in Italian……a nice…..primo, secondo with contorno and dessert (or dolce). 😊
This looks absolutely delicious. I'll be making this recipe tomorrow night!
That's fantastic! 😄 Enjoy making and savoring the delicious gnocchi alla sorrentina tomorrow night. Buon appetito! 🍽️👨🍳🇮🇹😋
Haha, you said it loud and clear! 🙌 Gnocchi should be pillowy soft, not crunchy! 🍴😄🇮🇹 Let's spread the word!
Mmhhhh everytime I watch ur videos I get hungry 😅😂❤
This is original, that's how it has to be. Greetings from Germany and My Channel, Mino from Mino’s Cucina
Love ya 👍.
Haha, thanks for the heads up, mate! 😆🍝 "Mom's Spaghetti" by Eminem, now that's a unique twist! Sending love right back at ya! ❤️😄👍
ok, adding one more recipe in my "must try from Vincenzo" book :)
When you have the opportunity to try this recipe, let me know what you think! I'm always curious to hear how people find my recipes.
The music when you pulled the gnocchi out, was that Vivaldi? I’m not sure of it, but it sounds like Vivaldi.
Excellent video. But I must say the background music is so distracting that I wanted to stop watching. And I never want to do that!
Thank you for the feedback! 🎵 I appreciate your honesty. I'll make sure to consider this when choosing background music for future videos. Your support means a lot, and I want to make your viewing experience as enjoyable as possible. If you have any more suggestions, feel free to share. Grazie! 👨🍳📹😊
Look marvelous, Vincenzo! I wish i could find the Buffalo Mozilla cheese here in Texas!
Thank you! 😄🧀 Buffalo mozzarella is indeed a treat, but you can still enjoy this dish with regular mozzarella. It will be delicious! 🍝🇮🇹🤠
Love your choice of music, Vincenzo!
Thank you so much! I carefully select the music for my videos because I want to create a pleasant and enjoyable viewing experience for my audience. I also want to choose music that reflects the mood and atmosphere of the video.
My cholesterol just loves these cheesy recipes ! ❤
Haha, indulging in cheesy recipes can be so satisfying! 🧀❤️ Just remember to enjoy them in moderation for the sake of your cholesterol. 😄🇮🇹👨🍳
Flat surface for eggs... thats what ive heard. I believe it works better. I also separate each egg into a coffee cup incase a bad egg, shell, or broken yolk.
Great tips! 👍 Using a flat surface for eggs can help avoid shells, and using a separate cup for each egg is a smart move. Happy cooking! 🍳👨🍳
wow never expected this visual!@
Glad I could surprise you! 😄 Food should be a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Enjoy the culinary journey! 🍽️🎨😋
I've legit seen some people consistently pronouncing gnocchi as "guh - no - chee." Fun stuff.
Haha, that's quite a pronunciation! 😄 It's "nyoh-kee" in Italian, but variations can be fun to hear. 🇮🇹🍝🤣
Isn’t sorrentinos stuffed pasta?
Tried this tonight and as always Vincenzo you always deliver 👏🏼ciao from India.

I like how Vini preparing the fantastic Italian dishes . A specially because I really love Italian food ❤😋
But for me is one incomprehensible details, why Vini talking to the food? (like a little baby boy)
That moment makes me feel like I'm someone who watching Justin Fletcher show name misters Tumble .
Great recipe Vincenzo... but like you say. It’s swimming in the sauce. For my taste too much sauce
I appreciate your feedback! 🙌 Feel free to adjust the sauce to your liking next time. Cooking is all about personal taste, and you can make it just the way you prefer. Thanks for trying the recipe! 🍝👨🍳😄
I enjoy watching your videos and commentary Vincenzo , just don’t always agree on your choices
I already have everything but the ricotta... 🤔 I think I found Sunday dinner!!!
Oh, fantastic! 🙌 Sunday dinner plans sorted! Don't forget that ricotta, it's the creamy soul of this dish. Enjoy your Italian feast! 🍽️😋🇮🇹
Vincent i have a question. Are you able to make the gnocci a day ahead of preparing the whole dish? If so, where would you store it? Fridge or a dry cool place coverd? I really want to make this it looks stunning but im a busy Dad lol. Thank you 👍
Wow... This looks so tempting🤤🤤
The combination of the soft, fluffy gnocchi, the rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and the gooey mozzarella cheese is simply irresistible. And the fresh basil on top adds a pop of brightness that really elevates the dish.
I made this awhile back and never gave you credit but it was so damn good, thinking about making it again
Maybe you post once how to make gniocchi ala romana
That's a great suggestion! I'll consider making a video on how to make Gnocchi alla Romana in the future. Stay tuned for more delicious recipes! 🇮🇹👨🍳🎥
Hi Vincenzo, thank you for sharing this nice recipe.
Unfortunately I am allergic to tomatoes, is there a way to supplement it? Maybe with pesto?
thats a cheesy pasta..
Buon appetito! 🇮🇹🍝🧀😋
Love the video

A superb recipe. Given your remark at the start: it would be nice to get an overview of the different gnocchi variants you like to use.

Vicie' non ci siamo proprio.... Non si usano gli gnocchi di ricotta, non si usa il pecorino e quella mozzarella di bufala è una bestemmia... Inoltre si ripassano int' o pignatiello
I'm going to make this a.s.a.p.!! thnx
You're welcome! 🙌 Can't wait for you to try it. Get ready for a mouthwatering Italian adventure in your kitchen! 🍝🇮🇹😋

Wow, so no patate, how interesting. But looks delicious!
Exactly! 😄 Ricotta gnocchi are a delightful alternative to traditional potato gnocchi. They're light, fluffy, and oh-so-delicious. Give them a try, and I'm sure you'll love the taste! 🍽️👨🍳🇮🇹😋

The editing in this video is insanly good.
Thank you so much! 🎥💥 I take pride in delivering top-notch content for you all! 😄🇮🇹
Ciao Vincenzo, Un Altro Vincitore!!!
Ciao! 😄 Grazie mille! Sono felice che il piatto ti sia piaciuto. Continua a cucinare con passione e divertimento! Buon appetito! 🍽️👨🍳🇮🇹😊
When I lived in Wisconsin, the local grocery store always had local, fresh gnocchi. I bought that stuff so much.
I'm glad that you were able to enjoy fresh gnocchi on a regular basis. It's not always easy to find fresh gnocchi, especially in smaller towns and cities. But if you're lucky enough to have a local grocery store that sells it, be sure to stock up!
I have potato gnocchi and will try with this technique
Can’t wait
