It sounds better in reality, it has a deep growl the camera does not capture. The radial front brakes are amazing, but overall a bike built for comfort. What strikes you the most is the incredible build quality on every detail. I was considering buying the new Kawasaki z900 but the Honda cb1100rs blew me away the first second I saw it. It is a more comfortable and accomplished bike overall.
Way better than the Kawasaki which looks like a cheap imitation of the mighty Z-1 in comparison. I have the CB1100 standard with Arrow headers and Pro Racing canister and it rocks. The howl from the exhaust as the tach passes 7,000 is intoxicating.
I have the exact same bike. Great riding with such a heavy bike (255kg). It has only 90hp but lots of torque to pull reasonably in any gear. ( very long gears btw..).
Thanks. I was a bit worried to take it on track at the beginning because the footpegs and centrestand touch down easily on fast corners, but it handled itself pretty well.
@@laurencereed7673 I am interested in the RS however I thought the rev limiter would be in the gears 4,5 and 6 in which you can't go beyond 6500 rpm..... But you got up to around 200km/h in forth gear if I saw that correctly? Could you shed some light on that please? I don't hear your ever reaching the rev limiter, thanks. Safe rides 👍🏍
I still do that on the 2014 version. I don't know if the throttle is funky or I just never bothered to learn but it does like to bark when i shift at higher revs.

Beautiful clocks, great sound !!
Very nice mate. I like these bikes.

This bike is so smooth and has so much tourqe that you don't have to redline the RPMs to get good speed. It just pulls.!
draggin pegs !! good deal man AWESOME !!!
Very impressive hustling the big naked around the track. You'd probably smoke all those sport bikes if it was a 24 hour race.
Has the ECU been re-flashed, or still in stock from. Great riding man.
Thanks, the bike was completely stock including the tyres.
Good stuff. I've got 450 km on my 2018 rs. Lovely bike.

Dude.. the throttle.. let it go during shifts.
Weird way to ride, I don't get why he rides like this? Hard to watch.

Haha, yes really strange way of driving a motorcycle.
I hear pegs scraping!
I believe that is the exhaust pipes that are located on each side on this model year.
Clutch is almost dead
You need to remove the centre stand next time
