This is the first video l have ever seen that showed some waves at a Belizean beach! Is there a break in the reef at Placentia? Or are there any beaches anywhere in Belize that have waves?
I just spent a week there. Not alot of touristy beach goers. We had a house right on the sea and spent every day in it. The water is clean and clear. there is seaweed at times but I've been twice in november and haven't noticed.
@@justaguy5377 Were there any waves? This video is the first I have seen that showed some waves down there. Most videos of Belizean beaches look like lakes, with little ripples. I know there can't be big waves because of the reef.
Thank you for sharing this video. I'm looking forward to visiting Placencia some day.
What is the best way to travel from Belize City to Palencia? We are two seniors from Canada and will have one larger suitcase and a carry-on suitcase.
What would be a recommended quiet place for older folks from Canada and the US to stay close to amenities and conveniences in Placencia?
I want to visit there asap...

How long would you stay here if you’re flexible
I get to Placentia from the airport international airport when I fly in from the United States
Why is no one ever on the beach or in the water ? Every video nobody on the beach
My is out there teaching abroad and she says they dump their waste in the water.
No they don't, that's ridiculous. The beaches are beautiful, it's just not super touristy which is awesome!
