    Thanks for posting. I fell off the sugar wagon after buying halloween candy for neighborhood kids and eating half of it myself. This is exactly what I needed to see.

      It happens to everyone from time to time! It's totally normal so don't beat yourself up too much about it, just work towards building a better balance 😊

    Your not alone!! I feel the same way, and been doing the same thing and my major is dietetics has well. But I’m so glad that you’re vulnerable and able to put this out because there’s other people that are also where you’re at too! I really appreciate you putting this out being honest.❤

    Let me put you on my faaaav breakfast atm: toast, cream cheese, feta cheese, YOUR OWN pickled red onion (you can really adjust the amount of sugar used this way) and top it off with some chili! :) I find it hard to not eat sugar for breakfast to, but this really saved me
