Excellent description right there Rams, Nishane also have Another fragrance ,100 silent ways which is from A Rumi poem ,”I sealed my lips and told you I loved you in a 100 silent ways, bit of a romantic was old Rumi I reckon 😅. Cheers buddy great vid ✌️🙏👍
Distiller goes as Fushigi oud or Taiwan kyara sifu. Their prices are not cheap at all, but relatively cheaper than oriscents. Ensar sent an email to his customers and clarified that he provides his own oud wood for distillation, and resemblence is the result of distiller’s techique rather than the wood itself.
@@RamseytheRam Also as a footnote, I would like to share that Shams is reported to use Sandalwood as his scent in the book 40 Rules of Love. This book is all about Rumi and his spiritual journey with Shams. It is a breathtakingly striking novel that one can finish in a couple of days. I highly recommend those who are interested in Rumi and his teachings.
I loved that you read the Rumi poetry....he is quoted by many Saints as HE too is a Saint....drank Civet coffee in Bali I thought it would be extraordinary oh well.... expectations unfulfilled.
I ordered all 3 Feel Oud fragrances as soon as they dropped. Can’t wait for them to be here. I want to see how they work together and I want to be a part of history with this first release.
Ordered Balsam and Grand as soon as they dropped. Would be very nice to get a ml of sunrise as a gift. But it's not something I expect. What I do expect is your honest review Ram. Not gonna lie.. VERY high hopes on this release.
I've tried maybe 30+ Ensar's compositions (big fan), but never tried Rumi, it never received the hype like some of his other creations! Eagerly waiting for your take on Maroke Maharaja, which I think is completely different than what you have tried so far from the house! Another great video man...👏👏
If that rumour about Ensar's source starting his own thing is true, that's kinda crazy. If that is true, I'd be super curious about the pricing....... Appreciate the review! I appreciate Ensar's work a lot, to my taste
Hey Ramsay, been some time. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience with my favorite fragrance house. If I may, I'd like to share something. I'm not sure what happened or why I am where I am in my fragrant story. I completely stopped being analytical/critical with fragrances. I stopped putting fragrances under a microscope to dissect and study them. I stopped talking about fragrances online and in real life. I am enjoying what I wear like rides at carnivals/parks. I lose myself in joy. I'd like to comment on what you said about Ensar's creations not having videos or reviews. From my experience, because the stump people. They tend to leave many speechless (like in my case). Wearing EO fragrances is a very personal thing..at least to me.
I thought about buying Balsam or Sunrise but decided had enough Oud oils and frags and bought from beautinow Tabac Dore with a second choice at half price so I chose Rori Incense by Amouage at Eur225.
@@RamseytheRam To be clear I meant the Rori Incense from the Amouage Attar collection which has pure Omani Frankincense with a bit of cedar and oakmoss (I think)
Yes I unfortunately agree with you on feel oud... no source in Rumi someone sent me a few precious drops for this review...it is damn impossible to find🙏🙏🙏
I guess timing is everything for this one. Rumi was EVERYWHERE on the used market at the end of the year it came out. Everywhere. I think it was because quite a few folks found it to be too sweet initially. I picked up multiple bottles via the used market…I currently only have my one bottle though. I love it but I tend to dab it on instead of spray. A little goes a long way.
@@YaYa-ke1zr the re release was Clutch for me. Its a solid pick up better gourmand than Russian Oud which doesn’t hold many notes worth my time For the hype. I like ensars work and I seen a few 50ml bottles going for $500 but it’s hit or miss. I went to the website and ordered a few weeks ago no problem at all
@@edwardlawler9487 I’m not the biggest fan of Russian Oud, also Luwak had a weird olive note that wouldn’t release me. I adore OG Rumi though. I just have to be careful how much I apply… the only other fragrance that had its amount of ‘oomph’ was Xerjoff Richwood. Spray twice and the scent could fill up a cathedral.
Is it normal for some oud to smell kinda like something fuel related kinda like kerosene I got some Cambodian oil and it was pleasant then bought some Thailand oil and it has a fuel type smell
Yes oud can smell like anything... sometimes it can have a paint thinner almost turpentine vibe... sometimes it can be violet leaf like fuel.. sometimes woody and animalic... there are even ouds that smell like vanilla ice cream 😂😂😂 It really depends on the oud and where it is grown and how it is distilled
Very interesting! Spicy sparkling and woody what better than that! I really appreciate Ensar’s wotk.wonderful review as always mate
Thanks so much for watching & commenting 🙂

If they don’t send you samples, I’ll send you some of mine. Definitely need your take on them. I sent those other samples yesterday, by the way.
Thank you Glitch... i am sure Adam will send some along 🙏🙏🙏
I am a fan of fragrances and am Persian (the same as rumi). Have the privilege to read rumi in original language (persian)
