I didn't realise they could get so big. I always imagined they would be around the size of a German Shepherd dog.
😂My husky hybrids are bigger than a German shepherd Bro and the one is low content. He is literally 4 feet 7 inches from nose tip to tail base, not tail tip. I can't touch the tail, neither can the vet. He nips and his warning bite draws blood. They typically have a bite force over 650. Your average shepherd is about 450 maybe.😅

My neighbor thought he got out once and was trying to get a Coyote to come get in his car. I was like he is at home on his bed in front of the fireplace I promise. That coyote might nip you if you convince it to get in your car. ROFLMFAO 😂
@@alimckown9722my dog has a bite force of 743 and I doubt yours is that high. Gsds and pit bulls have a bite force of 230 something. You have to be over exaggerating.

Most of these are subspecies of grey wolves.
Northwestern wolf is also known as timber wolf

I'm always surprised about how many people think all wolves are the size of dogs. No they are big and very fast surprises. I saw one when I was younger in the woods I didn't even know we had them in the woods around the area I lived in at the time. My grandpa told us that it was wolves in the forest but we wouldn't so we wouldn't go with answer the forest after dark. That was one of the most scariest things I've ever seen, what until I got older that I realized they could just be that big depending on what group they're from. But to be fear I was a child so it probably wasn't as big as the last one at least I hope it wasn't.
This video is grossly inaccurate. There are no living canis lupus (wolf species) as large as the last couple. I’m not sure there were ever wolves that size. Also the Florida Black Wolf has been extinct since 1908.

This video is just a viewsgenerator. It doesnt make any sense whatsoever. Its only facts are the species names that are shown. The order and image going with the names makes no sense neither. It goes from 80 to 60 to 70 on size but the images reflects nothing, they just get bigger...

At the very end of this video you can see the size of 5-7 different wolves at the same time. It says that Bernad's wolf is 120cm tall and the Labrador wolf is 91cm tall, but the model of the latter is barely half the size of the Bernad wolf, even though it should be 3/4 of it's size. Even more ridiculous is the fact that the models of wolves of the same size are not the same size like Hudson Bay Wolf and Labrador Wolf where the model of the latter is much smaller.
This shows that the video here is not accurate
And you need to have the model of the copy that arrived in maximum size

Actially bernards wolf isnt the biggest its the northwestern timber wolf aka mackenzie valley wolf they can get up to seven feet long and have been known to be 182 pounds! Scientists estimate that they can get up to 200!
Hunted for fifty-plus years now. Everything up to, and including Black Bears. Been in almost every state east of the Mississippi River, and fished a couple of times in Canada. Never been to the western US, although I hope to visit once before my time here is done. I've had coyotes on either side of me several times, tracking me before dawn going to deer stands. That's enough to give you the eebie-jeebies in the dark. I want NO part of any wolves doing that to me lol.

Growing up in Northern British Columbia, I disagree with these petite lame sizes completely. Respectfully, did you read this out an encyclopedia? You missed a couple breeds, and trust me, when a timber wolf is running cheerfully along your car for exercise for sport, they are a lot bigger than 80 cm. Come out here with a meter stick and measure yourself they are a lot bigger…
