Did a similar mod to our '20 F350 DRW so that we could take all of our dogs when we went camping. Managed to get 7 crates in that back suite area.

I was really hoping you’d figured out how to remove the airbag light without having to hide the seatbelt pieces inside the truck. I think there’s a way in FORScan, but I haven’t had time to play around yet.

Not sure I understand why. It's faster to just leave them in there. It's just 2 buckles and they take up less room than a large flashlight. And this way is free and anyone can do it.

I removed the entire seat assembly and find it easier to leave as much of it assembled as possible so I don’t forget how it came apart. Honestly, I didn’t even think about trying to just trick it with the seat belt buckles. I just assumed there were occupancy sensors as well. I may try this next time I’m home. A couple resistors of the correct values would probably work as well.

@@dbkonkle I don’t know if it’s a resistance thing or a simple switch. Really only had to take out 2 more bolts to get the buckles off. So it’s not like I’ll forget where they go. The bolts are captured with the buckles so you can’t lose them.

    Hi,
I ddi the same with F350 super duty 2020 recently and the SRS airbag light came on the dash.
With this I can’t pass the state inspection.
How did you get the light off ? If it stays on will the airbag still deploy incase of an accident ?

You have to plug the seatbelts back in. You have to unbolt them from the seat and keep them in the truck. If the light is on the bags WILL NOT DEPLOY.

That you so much, glad I came across your video.
Being worried since last weekend when I got those seats deleted.

How many miles did you get out of the other truck? Having issues or what was thought process for trading?
Fixing to roll over 200k on my 2019 so just curious

Still have the other truck. 370,000 miles and still going. Just wanted an upgrade. Keeping the f250 as a backup and letting my son drive it for the winter.

Looking good there. The Suite will be better than the Holiday Inn Express. Looking forward to your future delete of the DPF/DEF/EGR that is suffocating the engine and MPG. Cheers.
