I have room for a dining table. And you're right this means in principle I have room for a pool table. However to actually play pool you need 4 feet free space around the entire table and unfortunately brick walls get in the way.
Ah what they hey, I want one, I'll open plan the back of the house, where's my sledgehammer...

As a future snooker player from Sabah, Malaysia, I would love to buy a pool dining table that uses drop pockets and with green cloth after I move to my dream house in Kota Kinabalu someday, so I can always play snooker after I finish eating my delicious meals!

Is there one where the height adjusts for the proper regulation height and the dining table height?

A solid oak table? What about the rock slate within it must have to be a table that can be balanced? If it is a solid wooden table (no rock slate) it wiil only be usual for a dinning room table. It will suck as a pool table.
