You should make a rollover pool table so that it can be stored horizontally to save space. It would need two centralised pedestal stands and the further foldable legs or move away legs for stability. Such a design would allow more homes in the UK to have personal tables with slate bed.

This should have a cover for the cloth when flipped over. Usually you'll find spider webs and dust accumulating, also consider people accidentally touching the cloth from underneath.

Mx x dust wont accumulate there same way dust doesnt accumulate at your ceiling it cant fall on the clothbecause its upside down

A lot of the smoothness is owing to the piston dampening system built into the table itself that helps to control the rotation. :)

How does the surface of the slate stay completely level after repeated roll overs?

It has a super strong metal chassis which the slate bed is mounted onto. Once it has been installed it can "settle" into its location and need minor adjustments, which are done using the feet, just like a normal pool table. Piece of cake :) Thanks for your question!
