    when i started i was unable to do even 1 , 1pump burpee all i could do is what people call half burpee , but as of now i can do 100 2pump with good form under 30 mins i feel proud of myself. feeling i am getting stronger.

    Here’s what I have found with doing these crazy ass burpee workouts. I kid you not, my running, jump roping, and KB and DB circuits are all so much easier now it’s unreal. So because of that I now dedicate 99% of my training to burpee workouts with some Kettlebells, pull ups, and dips sprinkled in. Thank you Wolf for all that you do! 💪🏼👍🏼 🐺

      I can just agree with you guys. It really improves everything. It improved my runing and also my weight training at a gym. And especially runing got so easy even tho im a big guy.

    Hey iron wolf just wanted to say thanks for motivating me to try out the three pump burpee challenge. I finished with over 1000 push-ups think it was around 300 burpees+. Took me 2 hours to do. I’m planning on doing this as a norm now when I get to the end of my 8 week routine. It’ll be my last work out every 8 weeks. Thanks again, feel good you’re motivating people!

    I used to be one of the “burpees suck” guys at the beginning of the year. Now I’m the “I like burpees” guy in my unit. It’s deeper than that though, I’ve become more resilient in everything, I’ve started college again after not being in school for 10 years. When I came out of quarantine the first time (OKINAWA had a break with no cases) my peers thought something was wrong. Cause I was about my shit and came back fortified! Thanks for the push Wolf, wolf pack on!!

    35:30 the thing that drew me into this channel originally was videos of a full hour video. Seeing how your form stayed perfect and push ups were still explosive 30, 45 mins and right to the end of that hour or hour and a half or more. I've never seen that before and it was inspiring. I did skip through though, I'm not a pervert sitting on my couch watching a dude work out and sweat for an hour 🤣🤣

    I been doing 150 push ups every other day I try do a few extra each day &then 50 pull ups but I don't seem to be getting stronger even tho I'm gaining alot of muscle 🤷‍♂️&getting good rest &food to

    "drinking my own Kool aid" Damn, I did that a week ago... I said I was going to do 300 pull ups 300 push ups and 300 squats but I did less and gave up. I said to myself all that crap "I did enough", "at least I workout" "I'm better than people who don't workout" etc, etc. Well, now I know!

    Hey Iron Wolf, I have managed to use your channel to get to 1000x Burpees but then had a 7 month break. Now I started again with the wife this time. But now shes pregnant. She wants to know what she can do considering shes pregnant. We do your warmup and then we do 100x burpees 3x a week and your leg workout once a week. What do you recommend for her to do?

    When you come up from press up, you basically doing a squat, so I make that into a jump squat. Get those thighs burning too. NO EXCUSES, LOOK SILLY OR NOT. ;)

    Damnit , missed this, if you see this message Iron, I wanted to ask if you ever do a leg workout. I have skinny ass legs, burpees are great for the upper body and conditioning but I need some lower body strength

      Leg Blasters bro! All of these is one Leg Blaster:
      20 Air squats
      20 lunges (10 each leg)
      20 jumping lunges (10 each leg)
      10 jumping air squats

      Check out his iron wheels routine. But this is what I personally do and it's makes my legs bigger
      200 squats with 20kg (will increase reps when it's gets easier)
      150 air squats
      150 walking lunges

    Iron wolf can you bench press one day?
    I hear pull ups translate HEAVILY to bench press and people who do calesthenics do crazy amounts like 250-400.
    In high school I didn't put any effort into benching but I maxed 160 as a 130 pounder. I could easily do way more if I tried hard.

    Iron, tell me more about your running intervals training. You told to do 400m run for 1min30secs, how long do you need to take break before next 400m? And how many in total such 400m sprints do you do normally?

      Stretch your quads and check how your landing. Which exercise does it hurt the most after doing? Plus it could be volume if you’re doing too much too soon. Depends.

    As always, just showing support. I know a lot of people do not give a fuck, but, in my case, I left weed (smoked 15 to 20 big joints a day), alcohol (everyday drunk, like DRUNK) and sugar (well... I really had a problem there), one day to another, I am training since may 11st but never quit the shit. 1st July dropped everything and now is 19th here and do not miss any of that, not even a little. Call it magic, but everything you consume a lot is to cover shit up, look inside you because something is happening there, man.
    I really thank you for show me that you do not give a fuck, because if I do not give a fuck about myself and make myself proud, nobody will do it.
    So, stop being pussies, that is the key. Girlfriend gone? Good. People die? They are on a better place. And keep going, show some respect to yourself. Those voices inside your head will dissapear in a hurry, believe me.

      If you haven't got time for the 12 hour record, there's also a record for most burpees in one hour. According to Guinness most burpees in one hour stands at 1840. Not exactly sure which burpees have been performed. Might be ones with the jump at the end...

    I see lot of wolfpack members hating gym guys. Comeon guys gym guys have their own lifestyle, they can do what we can't do and we can do what they can't. So stop comparing and hating. A gym guy can't hit 500 burpees straight away, and we can't deadlift 200 kgs straight away. Even iron wolf would not want you guys to hate on others.

      I'm a gym guy, but since everything was shut down I found this channel. I feel great doing these workouts. When things open back up I'll go to the gym, but continue these workouts as well. Best of both worlds.

      @@megacab Yeah this is what I’m doing too. I mainly like doing weighted pull ups, weighted push-ups, and the Kettlebell press (along with front and split squats and some other stuff) twice a week, but now I’m trying to incorporate some iron wolf workouts two to three times a week. I also like doing kettlebell swings and and some jump rope for cardio. I just got a sandbag that I want to incorporate into my fitness routine as well. I like doing a mix of things. Like you said, best of both worlds.

      Calisthenics: push-ups, Air squats, planks, Supermans.

    Was doing 100 burpees everyday. Might have given my self a hernia. Can’t feel a bulge, but very sore in the groin. Haven’t trained since Monday. Anyway, the good new is I didn’t think I could do 100 burpees at all, so I proved to myself that I could. I think I just went to hard for a beginner. Gonna work out on Monday and see how it feels, hopefully it’s not a hernia.

      Hey man, sorry to hear about your injury! I injured my groin in Jiu Jitsu in February, so I can feel your pain and frustration. Some tips:
      Ice your groin for 20/30 minutes each day,
      Try and find yourself a compression bandage for your upper leg/groin area. This will help support your groin, and avoid further injury, promoting healing.
      Give it plenty of rest, don't try and push it, you will just make it worse.
      I know how hard it is to be injured and out of the game. Since you can't do burpees, try and do more upper-body exercises, like pull-ups.
      Wishing you a speedy recovery.

      Sebastian Thank you for the tips. It’s been 3 weeks of rest. Did a light exercise on Monday. No pain, no bulge! I had a hernia 15 years ago when I was 14. I definitely didn’t want to go through that again. Thank you man.

    I want to put burpees in my workout routine i have a back problem which causes shortness of breath and i did 60/80today and it improved. I do a split scheme upperbody on wednesday and saturday so i do burpies on monday and tuesday. Or is this overkill ?

      It used to but now I warm up for a longer time and really loosen my joints

      I would also add wrist rolls and really warming up your wrists beforehand. The constant impact of the burpee will takes it toll on your wrists and so you need to warm up. Also, you can play with pointing your fingers outward or inward slightly (I prefer outward) as I find this takes a lot of pressure off the midline of my wrist.

      Go into a table-top position (on your knees) and do circles around the wrist, once with your fingers pointing away from you and once towards the kness.

      Some people have more issues with wrist pain than others. I use wrist wraps. They are inexpensive and can be found on Amazon.

    Apples x 3 per day before meals has been shown to increase weight loss. Pears also work.
