Day 26 about to begin, it’s a privilege to be able to do this. Not everyone can or will, but here we are forward progression as usual. Rep City Okinawa.
You’re the Roger Bannister of burpees. I never knew that this kind of fitness was possible. When you know what is possible it makes it possible. I love the challenge.
Salute Wolf. You and Burpees King's videos inspired me to start training the OG Navy Seals. Today I hit 340+ going every day till I hit 500. Respect brother.
Day 25 in and I feel great minus wrist/elbows but I'm doing the stretching which helps. This challenge has made me more disciplined and confident in all areas of my life, which is something i did not expect. Also, my gf likes that i've cut out the alcohol, i do too, feel better mentally and physically. Thanks for setting up the challenge wolf, I've become a new man in 25 days. Salute!
Iron Wolf. Craig Lee White. UK Wolf Pack. Requesting some clarification on "It's not advised to do the 2024 90 day plan all year round because it's intense. Burn out will ensue" Mission complete. Now after this It's Wolf Season! I thank you because you shared a part of you with me. I appreciate you:)
Thanks for the upload Gunny. Today I did 100 burpees over 10 of the following circuits on my day off: 10 press-ups 3 pull-ups 10 8ct bodybuilders 10 4ct flutter kicks 10 4ct jumping jacks Still making good choices on food & drink no processed items that have additives such as: oils; sulphate, processed carbohydrates, refined sugars or any added sugar. Only water & occasional black coffee. Stay strong & disciplined wolf pack. P.S. I have some experience on active recovery: if you run or cycle use 62% of your functional threshold power (ftp) so it will feel like a pace that you can literally maintain all day. You could use burpees as a recovery using slower flowing cadence & even using a bench if the floor is still too taxing at a slower cadence. Rowing is also superb for for recovery. Burpees is a great exercise the reason why it improves all other areas of body movement is due to it strengthening the whole body especially the core which serves as a platform for power to transfer through more efficiently & ergo more effectively. Peace & Love.
id rather be overtrained than undertrained. i believe in using momentum and using your whole body to execute exercises. in a fight in martial arts boxing etc there are lots of ways to use momentum and lower and upper body to work together. spirit mind and body are ONE.
Yo! Listening to you while choping wood for next winter... We do appreciate your time and teachings... Whoever can do a video on TH-cam but giving inspiration and example is hard.... I'm almost finishing the 10 days training and I'm planning to do the April challenge even if we are in may now... Thanks again
Damnn! Missed the live Q&A. Will keep an eye out for the next one. Nonetheless, did my 250 this morning after a 6k run. We keep supporting 🐺! See u tommorow.
Yesterday did 300 Lunges, Squats, Calf raises. Today did an extra 200💪 reps 500 of each listening to the Q & A 👍🇮🇪. My Traps are loosening up daily with better mobility
Iron Wolf I've been gradually progressing with the burpees and doing your warmup and cooldown. Active recovery just like you said. Have you considered doing an updated video for each? I've noticed you have many more stretches and stuff that could be added. I do it myself but itd be dope to have it in a follow along style like your originals
Hey Wolf, what would be better for cardio conditioning and fat loss? Either doing strictly high reps of one pump burpees i.e. 100, 200, 300, or doing multiple rounds of 10 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 pump burpees? Also, was wondering if you think this is a good training routine Workout A: Monday & Wednesday Straight sets and reps 10 wide/narrow overhand pull ups x 5 20 straight bar dips/ 20 pushups x 5 20 inverted rows narrow overhand/underhand grips x 5 20 triceps extensions / 20 rotating planks x 5 20 rear deltoid inverted face pulls x 5 20 plank sliders x 5
Do all kinds of different Burpee’s, white limit yourself to only one style? Everything will burn fat and it’s also in your diet and I just the Burpee’s
@@IronWolf84 Thanks for the reply Wolf. I get back into mixing it up the variations. I was curious, because I recall you mentioned one time in another Q&A that doing one pump burpees fast is good cardio conditioning. So I've been working on speed and clean reps, and getting better acquainted with rocking chair style too. I do my burpees separate to my strength work though. Anyways, much respect to you and work ethic. Greatly appreciated.
Rah Gunny, young gun out her on my first deployment, I've been pushing out reps for a little while, I'd like to put on mass, I want to get bigger, and I just can't find myself to get away from burpees, they're theripudic to me and I just love improving and getting higher reps and the variety of muscle groups you can target, love fallowing you and dudes like burpee king, my question is as someone who wants to gain mass, what would benefit me more hitting weights or keep pushing out with the burpees?
Weight training will definitely benefits you more when you wants to gains mass but a high volume calisthenics (when you do Burpees, do them in under 5 pumps) can still increased your mass. If you're short on budget then it's still possible to gets bigger with calisthenics without much equipment.
25 rounds of cardio punishment! Ahahah this is so insane love it. I'm doing my lovely Burpees I will be ready for September. Getting addicted to this channel😂 fuck sake
Still there pack.. still there iron .. Dmitri Hofert down there is absolutely right ... Functional training is not for fancy. It's for survival ... stay strong
I have to modify the Burpee’s cause I have a bad knee(LCL) I been doing them on a flat bench will this still help me be fatigue resistant?is there another way you recommend.thank you for your Motivation
I have a mental problem! i want finish my workout, but what should i do if i have shoulder problems? i decided to make sometimes a break for one day, but now i lost the challange....
He have som stretching videos on his side. You can do a less reps and build upp those muscle before and allways worm upp before plus stretching in the end. You mayby dont do this challange all the way, but train för the next one instead. But never give up stay Wolf.
do burpees without push ups until recovery, make yourself massages in the shoulder, there are some videos about it, applying some anti-inflammatory cream or something like that, or see the doctor

@@maxfeliz140 awesome bro, glad to hear that. And yeah, fist burpees are not a common sight but it ensures neutral wrist position plus you get an extra inches of range of motion which is always good for muscle activation!
