Currently, with the Pandemic and Riots, it seems like he is not doing to good and these world issues come out the worse time for Trump because elections are just around the corner. Right, but are there actually enough Rams or Chargers fans in L.A. to fill all those seats? I’m thinking this thing will be a white elephant until the Olympics.
I was just in L.A. over the weekend - I'm originally from there. Homeless in tents and dilapidated RV's, and whatever are literally everywhere. The contrast between much of the new super-scale construction projects in L.A., and the endless homeless lining every underpass, flyover bridge, the main and side streets in _Every Neighborhood_ without exception, is surreal. 3 Bedroom Apartments (Grand & 7th St., above the Whole Foods) rent for $5500/Month in downtown L.A. 1 BR Apartments (Western Ave. & Manchester - just a couple of miles down from this stadium) in the 'hood rent for $2500/Month. This Rams Stadium is Privately Funded, so I have nothing but respect for that. However nothing says "...let 'em eat cake" like gentrification without relocating those gentrified.
5 bil dollar for todays... tomorrow another 5 bill..and next another 5 bil... Its alway on a loop. And thats capitalism at its finest. Building such this project will increase the job..

Amazing design but I hope this project includes rail connection and building affordable and marketing rate housing over the surface level parking.
Right, but are there actually enough Rams or Chargers fans in L.A. to fill all those seats?
I’m thinking this thing will be a white elephant until the Olympics.
Visiting fans will fill it!
I remember when the Rams drew over 102.368 fans and 100.000 twice the next year broke attendance record back in the days ...
Rams probably will, there will still be a decent amount of visiting fans, but no chance the Chargers do
Rams have a massive fan base dip shit.
Doesn’t matter, they sell PSLs so all the seats are already bought and paid for, doesn’t matter if there are asses in seats
Homeless is out of control in L.A.but they can build a 5 billion dollars stadium unbelievable.
The outlandishness of our times are quite surreal.
So is your subject-verb disagreement. Stunning.
Handrx lol nerd. Languages are constantly evolving or do you walk around speaking like some asshat from the 1700’s?
Been waiting on this video
Most incredible channel on TH-cam
Thank you SO much!!!
It was so nice of LA to roll out the red carpet for all the opposing teams’ fans when they take over the stadium each week.
Shared stadiums completely suck! Now NEITHER "home team" has a home.
Maybe both teams have their own "home" clubhouse
It’s not so bad, the only issue is when they play against each other in the stadium
2:44 small holes in the roof
when it rains, do the spectators get wet ???? small holes to let the hot air out ???
Football’s an outdoor sport. If it rains, they’ll keep playing. Those panels are retractable anyway.
It doesn’t rain in la
Love this stadium. This is a marvel of engineering 💯.
Wednesday is my favourite day thanks to the b1m. Keep up the good work.
Right now, what LA needs is a $5 billion dollar homeless shelter.
Go pitch that. Before you do though, look up "return on investment".
Now go drum up a presentation to get the board to vote in your favor.
@@MyNameIsEarl42 You pretty much summed up what's wrong with humanity with one reply...
Earl Always happy to assert we should invest in humans. The return on investment to society for jobs training is huge. Also, the Bible says something about sheltering the needy, not that that matters.
The translucent roof design is coooooool👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
THIS IS OUR RAMS HOUSE!!!!
David Starr Trying our best
Now LA needs world class public transportation to get there
Give them bread and circuses, and theyll never revolt...
Until another unarmed black man is killed by a cop.
@@cerberus2654 that is part of the circuses. The MSM shows only what it wants, when it wants. The riots were part of the plan still.
Why is this in a video about a new stadium?
@@aabbccddeeffgghhiijjkkllmm4357 u just proved my point
Bad Hombre I don’t get it what is your point?
The B1M should do a video on new urbanism and the successful projects to date
Imagine if the roof was covered in solar panels, it could power itself instead of being a massive waste of energy
U ain't paying for it, so don't worry about it
@@alexcortez4346 We are all paying for wasted energy Alex
@@101ilpie socialist teachers really screwed up the brains of young generations
If it were solar panels then no natural light could enter
Love how the designer break the mould in stadium design, pushing for the unorthodox shape. It looks futuristic :D
Amazing unorthodox design, still a lot of space is left very open and unusable, which i feel is something very american.
We don't like crowded spaces, and prefer light and air!
@@fv1291 crowded spaces is one thing and unused giant spaces without purpose is another.
Design looks gross too modernist and ugly
@@AnyoneAccount well its upto everyone's liking. I liked the structural design look from the top and the way its more airy than most stadiums, atleast its not very unconventional like zaha hadid designs.
Lol, the teams that play there also really struggle to draw fans, it’ll probably only be full half the time at best
The prices of US stadiums vs elsewhere is mindboggling...
Living in the US for a few years, attending college games, a lot of Americans don't realise how elsewhere in the world, the standard they're used and the money spent dwarfs 90% of stadiums, maybe aside from ones in the Middle East perhaps.
They know that already. What might surprise them is how people from other countries hate them just for having more and being able to spend more. That might not surprise them either. It's a European passtime to mock Americans.
But where the Solar panels to help make it own electricity seen its it a bit building can add them
Never to late to add solar.
Time will tell i think
Awesome video as always 👌
RAMS HOUSE LET'S GOO im in love with this place finally a stadium that was built for the Rams and can call it home
Always been RAMS H0USE!!
Yeah!!!!! Horns up, buddy!!!!
@adam tranello Raiders house? My Rams destroyed the Raiders 52-0 in 2014, and beat 'em 33-13 two years ago.
