Give it a couple decades and it will go back into disrepair. They love building fancy stadiums in Inglewood, but they never upgrade them. The reason they made it the worlds largest stadium by height is because they won't be spending another dime on expansion and so the stadium you see now will be the stadium the Rams play in until a major earthquake, or they move somewhere else.
@@AG-yc7vt no it won’t. Our last major earthquake was over 20 years ago they said we was supposed to have the big one a decade ago and it still hasn’t happened. We had a patio suite with 16 seats and the whole bar area in the suite with a few more seats on the 45 yd line apparently above Kroenke’s suite or so we were told. Also not included were alcohol and food which was an additional $6,000-$8,000 every single event. We didn’t spend $1,000,000 I don’t think but easily $750k for the season. You have to feel stupid after the game when you realized you just payed million dollars to watch a 3 hour football game, it's just not worth it.
To those people a million is $20 bucks so they don’t mind
It’s even more sad when you know the NFL is fake and licensed under sports entertainment just like the WWE.
@@Sam-ro9oh excuse me. I never mentioned anything about drugs.
@@Sam-ro9oh it doesn’t matter what I sound like.
I wouldn’t spend $1 million if I was a billionaire. Unless it’s the super bowl but I think that’s the idea
So proud of the amazing people who invent, design and build these marvels. There is nothing we cannot build.
Letd build the avengers compound
HKS architects! Proud to be part of the company who designed SoFi stadium.
what about universal healthcare?
Thats a Super Fact
Except another, identical copy of the pyramid of Giza. Smh.
If I’m paying a million dollars I’m calling the plays for the rams
This is actually some genuine reporting hidden in the showing off of the glitz and glamour. The question regarding gentrifying Inglewood was well placed.
For $1MIL I better be part of that mariachi band and perform at halftime
when i was young, nosebleeds was my favorite section 😂😂 better than being at front row closes to field, but that stand up comment about noesbleeds legend
They spent 5 billion on a stadium but can’t clean up skid row.
Did you hear the guy. The city wanted to gentrify
Skid row is in another city by the way 😭🤣
@LostThoughts909 Same state though, right?
@@kurokaizen1889 don't matter, those are city issues
Sofi was privately funded. The city didnt put money towards it at all
I am amazed by the quality of this video 😳👌👌👌
Imagine spending a million dollars on a ticket😂
Rich people am I right?😂
I don’t think there are enough words to express how ridiculous this is
The people doing that probably just told their assistant to take care of it and will find out and laugh about it with their accountant at end of first quarter expenses review lol
Right. and the food in those suites doesn't look good. Fruit and salad look like normal fruit and salad.
Imagine no one buying that seat
$1M is more than players making league minimum. So imagine dropping that kind of money is more than a lot of professional athletes make in a year.
Welcome to California. The super rich and the super homeless
Crazy money for what people get.
For 1 million I’ll throw an after party in the field after the Super Bowl game
5:08 "Wait wait wait, forgetting something... oh! Need that too! Now we ready." lol
Imagine how much the tickets are going to cost in 10-25 years. You need your one year savings to get a seat in a SB
I went there for the Rams Vs Cardinals Playoff game! Sh!t is gorgeous AF!
Apparently $1M doesn't get you the last period in an acronym.
I need to be able to pick 10 backup dancers for some crazy halftime show stuff in my Hotel room
"the process whereby the character of a poor urban area is changed by wealthier people moving in...typically displacing current inhabitants in the process." - this is the definition of Gentrification. Yes, you were correct. That is exactly what the COO said they are trying to do.
Not only that but people in charge of that area wanted him to do that
That's a good thing, step up or step out.
@@ddawg3974 Reckless statement.

Wouldn’t this also lead to families reaping the benefits of the capital gain on their properties ??
We had a patio suite with 16 seats and the whole bar area in the suite with a few more seats on the 45 yd line apparently above Kroenke’s suite or so we were told. That cost us $600k for the season which also included all Chargers games and of course every Rams game, not included were concert tickets which we had to buy to see Kaskade and The Rolling Stones. Also not included were alcohol and food which was an additional $6,000-$8,000 every single event. We didn’t spend $1,000,000 I don’t think but easily $750k for the season. We had a 10 yr lease but got out of it after 1 season, waaaaaayyyyyyyy too much money.
What job u do that makes u afford any of that
Can you scalp the suite on games you dont want to go to?
Disappointing that they didn’t talk about the negative effects on the neighborhood more. That side note was too short.
What.. like bringing jobs to the community or something... man you really want poor people stay poor and stay away huh? You can’t let a poor people become well off huh? U just couldn’t take that...
@@beluwuga Like housing prices going up because of that stadium. Local businesses losing customers because people don't want to go near to the stadium.
came back here after i seen rod wave tryna get this for the super bowl, wanted to see if it’s worth the money 😂
I love new school media… they literally told this guy to go out and be himself, bro put on his slippers and put his feet up to eat a tomahawk
Fun fact: taxpayers pay for stadiums. Fortunately, the SoFi stadium was privately funded by Stan Kroenke.
cool
i really hope we can get a basketball stadium like this in las vegas
0:34 that Mexican cry is the best sound ever.
Even if I was a billionaire I couldn't cough up a million for that.
A million is nothing to a billionaire. Once you’re a billionaire, you’ll look at a million like it’s nothing.
@@dunkirito8308 They wii invite their business partner, and right it off as a business expense.
For $1 Million i want to lift the Super Bowl trophy 😂
Still not worth it. For 1 mill I better have a replica and get a Super Bowl ring with it.
For 1 million I better be commentating the whole game
I’m really glad that you mentioned the gentrification. As cool as this is, it’s imperative that we remember the impact on the place it was built.
FOR $1 MILLION DOLLARS I NEED TO BE APART OF THE HALFTIME SHOW 😭🤷🏻♂️
For 1 million, I better be able to hold up the trophy at the end
love how the people you interviewed were people who could afford to go to the superbowl
The one who works at gq is the real winner here he gets to do all that for free tyler tynes just eating a steak and sitting in the front 😂
He’s a good host. He made the video very entertaining
