      @walterwhite1lol. Giants do have a nice park, and it is close to the water so Max Muncy can smash dingers into it - but you can’t objectively say that Dodger stadium is “crap”. It’s gorgeous, full of tradition, and nice and warm - unlike the cold summer nights in the park in SF named for whatever corporation paid them.

    • @josephD32
      @josephD32 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes, the community being wiped out is as tragic as it gets, but it wasn't even done for the building of the stadium, it was for a low-income housing project that never came to be. The building of Dodger Stadium came after that. The city of Los Angeles owes the descendents of those who were forcably displaced, not the Dodgers themselves (though, it would be some good karma if they did chip in a bit).

      Blame the bad parking layout on Frank McCourt. When he owned the Dodgers, he rearranged the parking to get more cars to park for the money.
      When Walter O'Malley designed the stadium parking, He had a layout where when you parked, most of the cars were parked all facing the same direction for a smooth flow to the nearest exit. Mr. O'Malley also had wider street lanes for more cars to enter/exit.
