@@sabina1118 This is a brilliant masterpiece with brilliantly written lyrics and visuals about something we ALL have to go through in life, the loss of a loved one wheater it be a family member, a loved one or even a loved pet, the emotion is human and the same, and someday someone is going to mourn our loss when we go.. we all have to deal with that in our own way, and not everyone can really... and i think that's the point here. The deeper the feeling the harder it hits. Music is the perfect way to communicate such feelings, or get people talking about it, or help them get through it. And boy, did they succeed on this one, these guys deserve every bit of praise that comes their way for this! The whole album for me after having listened to music for over 45 years now is probably the greatest masterpiece i have ever heard. It's stunning is every single way. just before the last time i saw them live there was supposed to be a signing session, but it turned out there wasn't, but i bumped into Austin, the drummer who was wandering about, he was glad with what i had to say to him, and i got the album signed. Really nice bloke that :)
I am 70 years old and I cried. This is a very emotional song. I love Lorna Shore and Will Ramos. There is no other voice like his and that can do what he can do vocally. Thanks for showing emotion. It was very appropriate. Love your videos.
I'm 43 heavily tattooed dude. I can't get through any of these three songs without tears. It's heartwarming seeing you respond the same. Metal doesn't always equal anger and violence.
Loved the reaction Sabina. This trilogy is beautiful, tragic and powerful. The band took their talents to another level on this album. Will's vocal talent has no limits. Plz react to Parts 2&3.❤
The sudden end to the music means two things(for me at least). 1- Part I ends and Part II immediately starts, and 2- music suddenly cuts as life also cuts for the woman in the video.
Love the way you write what you experiance while the song plays, instead of pausing all the time like many others do. The feeling stays, so thank you. This song gets me every time. So insanely good and heavy.
Wow...whoever did the video nailed her hand at 6:18. I never noticed how her ring is just dangling on her emaciated finger. 😥 That part gets me EVERY time.
This band is phenomenal. Almost their own genre. This trilogy is an example how deathcore / any metal can be emotional and expressive. Its sad how many people will miss this masterpiece due to ignorance to the genre. This is a true work of art. Chills every time.
You know I want to say that I had depression a lot of time and at that time my emotions and empathy were very week. I felt anger and that I don’t want to live but hardly anything could touch me. And now when such stories with such music tear me up in the very beginning when I’m living through the voice and it’s inner pain im glad I can feel it because I think a human has to feel it, it’s heartbreaking. I switched from another reaction on this track to this reaction because at that moment I was in tears while reactioner wasn’t, and I saw on preview that you are also emotionally touched. I want to say that you are very beautiful and I think that you are more human than some are.
Thank you for not pausing the video every 5 seconds like other reviewers do… very refreshing! You had a very organic reaction to the video, it was refreshing to hear your thoughts.
You have to complete the trilogy, it is a really powerful story, one known by too many people, a mix of pain beauty brutal honesty that hits as hard as it sounds, yet the music under the song is outstanding and simple in parts, I love the song and the album
All 3 parts of the trilogy blend together as 1 long song. Each song has its own feeling, almost like it’s a different stage of grief. But, you can tell they’re really meant to be experienced together. VERY much worth checking out the other 2 parts.
I’ve heard this song about 200 times and it never fails to make me cry. Also the abrupt ending is because is because all three songs are meant to be played back to back, they flow together like one song. Also major trigger warning about the music video for part 2! Not to give away too much, but it gets REALLY dark and graphic. I’m sure the age restriction warning will give you some idea what I’m talking about. But yeah, proceed with extreme caution (I honestly only listen to the trilogy on streaming or off the cd tbh)
Amazing reaction, I see the ending finishing the way it does as that is the way death is, she died and all of a sudden she was gone and so was that part of this story.
I love your reactions. Pretty epic and intense song with a pretty sad undertone. The instand stop at the end is symbolic for life itself. It can end any time without a blink of an eye. So be thankfull for every single day.
Your definitely not the only one this trilogy made me cry so many times, It's so emotional and sad but absolutely beautiful at the same time. I never expected that I would be so emotionally touched by this genre of music but they somehow managed to convey that emotion perfectly. You should definitely listen to other two songs as well, they actually continue on to each other and make one long song if you listen to them in a row.
Always. When will screams go and that solo comes.... I have not been able to keep it dry. From there on it keeps breaking me, time after time. I am glad to see it happens to everyone at basically the same moments
You definitely want to do them all back to back, as they continue from each one, and they flow perfectly together on the album. It's such an artistic approach to going through grief that I have had people who said this kind of music can't convey emotions weep after watching the videos and understanding.
Man this song is so real, raw, and utterly heart breaking. I close my eyes and focus on Will and I can feel every second of that pain. You have to finish the trilogy. It's completely brilliant from beginning to end
"Where do you go when I close my eyes? What do you see looking back at me? Am I just a ghost just like you, caught between the Seams of two intertwining melodies?" that last syllable....
Yes, please do the other 2 parts. The whole story is an absolute tear-jerker right til the end, it's absolutely beautiful. Thanks for doing part 1, my reaction was the same as yours lol
Lovely reaction. We all teared up the first time, and for me, I still do. When I saw Lorna, they ended the concert with the full trilogy, all 20 minutes. There were tears in the audience, and Will says he still tears up performing it. It's a difficult subject, performed in a very raw and beautiful way. I hope you can read through the lyrics, Will and Adam are wonderful lyricists.
Obviously you HAVE to do the whole trilogy. There is a part at the end of 3 at which the music and the video reaches true epicness, it's really emotional. The whole thing is.
I think the abrupt ending of part 1serves two purposes: 1: Perfect transition into part 2. 2: Acts as a metaphor for life that is suddenly taken away. It hit me HARD when i realized this... Also, håber på del 2 og 3 også :)
Yeah i believe that unexpected end if the song i think was there own way of demonstrating the life ending it happens so quick and unexpected they really captured that well all those things really add to the emotion of the song.
I don't know if anyone had mentioned it to ya, there is a video with all pain Remains trilogy videos are in one video with the lyrics at the bottom of it if you decide to check it out.
Yeah, take these songs one at a time. The other two tracks have links to suicide prevention resources. On a tangent on pain… yesterday, while I was driving home from work in the morning, someone decided to turn left into oncoming traffic, and that traffic was my car. I’m going to be bedridden for weeks with a broken ankle.
Hello Sabina.Since you're a big Nightwish fan, I noticed that you haven't had a song by them from the Anette era yet. A lot of people who've heard pretty much everything from Nightwish haven't listened to it yet, although it is should definitely be at the top of every Nightwish list. It's called "Meadows of Heaven" and a lyric version has fantastic pictures that reinforce the feelings while listening. It's just a tip from Nightwish fan to Nightwish fan.
I will honestly say I’ve never cried to a Deathcore song but the beginning made me cry right away I never thought Deathcore could be so emotional bc Deathcore should be dimonic not sad in my opinion but I love it it’s my fav by them
No puedo escuchar esta cancion y no llorar. Es una de las canciones y letras mas tristes que he escuchado. Aunque no te guste este tipo de musica es IMPOSIBLE NO LLORAR.
I love the whole album// when it comes to the Pain remains trilogy all 3 songs a good but my favorite is Pain remains 3 "in a sea of fire".. you'll understand why when you hear that song and watch the video... I will be waiting to see your reaction for the remaining two songs in this trilogy.
Iam not into lorna shore so much, deathcore is just not my taste *BUT* this song (and the visual) is *REALLY REALLY OUT OF THIS WORLD* ,can't hold my tears when i was first listening to this and the second and th3 third and the fourth
Lorna Shore sure is an extreme metal band, but they have gone to the next level of art, not just music, despite all of that i said before. They are way beyond any genre boundaries. They have created a fucking masterpiece with this trilogy. I guess you will regret you didn't do the 3 in a row. I like your metal reactions. A humble suggestion : you already did Slayer's "Repentless". It's also part of a trilogy. Please do the other 2 parts... "You against you" and "Pride in prejudice". It's a hell of a story too. Cheers from Rio, Brasil and sorry for the worst english ever.
Yeah, that abrupt ending...put a little whiskey or scotch in that tea, that's what I'd prescribe. It'll help you to get through the next two parts.😉 I've also got a recommendation. One of my favourite prog-metal bands, Baroness, finally put out a new video, "Last Word." It's the first new thing since before the pandemic.
"A world without you isn't meant for me" is one of the hardest hitting lines I've ever heard
Yes
Don't forget: where do you go when I close my eyes. Those two lines get to me everytime. I chocked up when I saw them live.

This line hits me hard too. I think it hits home for lots of
Yes parts 2 and 3 back to back please. Loving your reactions! 🔥
Really hope you get back to this.
And complete it.
Ending it at the first part is like a unfinished story.
Please do parts 2 and 3 loved watching and crying along…
And to this day everywhere I go I hear people saying that heavy music lacks any emotions… wonderful reaction!
Thanks! 🙏🏻💪🏻
Don't forget the line itself with 'intertwining melodies'
It disappears in the blink of an eye.
People look way too into the abrupt cutout, it has no deeper meaning it's literally just the transition into the next part
Mer än sex månader sedan du "reactioned" till Pain Remains !. Det är synd att din kanal är så beroende av att folk betalar för dina videos.
This trilogy dropkicks you directly in the soul, the entire trilogy is a masterpiece imho
Love the way you write what you experiance while the song plays, instead of pausing all the time like many others do. The feeling stays, so thank you.
This song gets me every time. So insanely good and heavy.
Thank you!!
I love the text you add to the videos.. you express what you are feeling that way instead of talking.. Amazing!
Thanks!!
Wow...whoever did the video nailed her hand at 6:18. I never noticed how her ring is just dangling on her emaciated finger. 😥 That part gets me EVERY time.

Love to see your honest feeling to this it’s awesome

It's crazy how powerful an emotion love is.

I got to see them a few months ago on tour w/ Gojira and Mastodon. Great freaking show.
So intense. What else can one say - tears here, too. You said it all.
Yeees thank you to reaction. I was waiting this so much. Greating from finland 🇫🇮

Hi! You're so sensitive, great reaction, by the way... I love your hair gorgeous woman! ❤
i cry every time i listen to the trilogy love it going to see lorna shore in aug in toronto canada
Waiting for 2 and 3!!! Your reactions are the best!!!!!!!
Thank you!!!
Literally everyone with a soul tears up over this video...even the tough guys
Amazing reaction, I see the ending finishing the way it does as that is the way death is, she died and all of a sudden she was gone and so was that part of this story.
The first Deathcore Ballad song in history. They did a perfect work with this Pain Remains trilogy!
I love your reactions. Pretty epic and intense song with a pretty sad undertone. The instand stop at the end is symbolic for life itself. It can end any time without a blink of an eye. So be thankfull for every single day.

We gotta get parts two and three from you. Fair warning, they get harder to watch, but dear lord they are soo fkn good.
The abrupt end symbolises the moment the lady in the video died. It's really intense.
No one gets through this without tears
Yes!! Love that you’re doing more Lorna shore! Listening to them do parts 1-3 live was something special 😮
The look on your face is how I feel every time I listen to this
You actually posted this reaction the same day i saw Lorna Shore live on stage at Jera on Air festival. :)
You definitely want to do them all back to back, as they continue from each one, and they flow perfectly together on the album. It's such an artistic approach to going through grief that I have had people who said this kind of music can't convey emotions weep after watching the videos and understanding.
The whispering verse kills me everytime.
Yes please to part 2 and 3 :)
Waiting for part 2 and 3 .
Hoping you still have plans to react to parts 2 and 3! Looking forward to it!
I'm a 49yr old man and this trilogy broke me. Will is a beast on vocals and the band is beyond amazing. Great reaction ❤
Man this song is so real, raw, and utterly heart breaking. I close my eyes and focus on Will and I can feel every second of that pain. You have to finish the trilogy. It's completely brilliant from beginning to end
"Where do you go when I close my eyes?

Yes, please do the other 2 parts. The whole story is an absolute tear-jerker right til the end, it's absolutely beautiful. Thanks for doing part 1, my reaction was the same as yours lol
I've heard they end their shows with this trilogy so I'm very excited to hear this Live when I see them
Lovely reaction. We all teared up the first time, and for me, I still do. When I saw Lorna, they ended the concert with the full trilogy, all 20 minutes. Can't wait for the next 2 parts from you
This never gets any easier to watch.
Obviously you HAVE to do the whole trilogy. There is a part at the end of 3 at which the music and the video reaches true epicness, it's really emotional. The whole thing is.
I think the abrupt ending of part 1serves two purposes:
1: Perfect transition into part 2.
2: Acts as a metaphor for life that is suddenly taken away.
It hit me HARD when i realized this... Also, håber på del 2 og 3 også :)
Part 2 is a real tear jerker
the line in that song "This fucking world disintegrates" whoof..that one hits hard
welcome to the journey.
It ends like that because all 3 blend together
Being a metalhead and not liking this song/trilogy is blasphemy! It's so damn good. When the chorus hits it gives me massive In Flames vibes
continue at any means. It´s a masterpiece
More Lorna Shore songs please ❤😊
still waiting for prt 2 and 3😓
Shopping list for part 2:
-Waterproof mascara
-2 boxes of tissues
Absolutely!! 😂
Pain Remains part 3: a bag of tissues and fire extinguisher 🤣
Yeah i believe that unexpected end if the song i think was there own way of demonstrating the life ending it happens so quick and unexpected they really captured that well all those things really add to the emotion of the song.
I don't know if anyone had mentioned it to ya, there is a video with all pain Remains trilogy videos are in one video with the lyrics at the bottom of it if you decide to check it out.
Yes!!!!
It's OK, 35 y/o man here and I cry nearly every time I hear it
Girl u are amazing lov u
❤️
Yeah, take these songs one at a time. The other two tracks have links to suicide prevention resources.

Part II starts right at the very next beat, such a powerful video and the song portrayed it perfectly! Just wait... it gets harder
Please, listen to the entire trilogy all in one. It's the best way to experience it, trust me.
The captions were good work.
Please reaction pain remains II and III
De er seriøst et fantastisk band! 🙏
Firts time i hear deathcore and then i cry , this is song is absolutely fenomenal
No puedo escuchar esta cancion y no llorar. Es una de las canciones y letras mas tristes que he escuchado. Aunque no te guste este tipo de musica es IMPOSIBLE NO LLORAR.

The next song that continues this one is a tear jerk-er also
it ends like that because it cointinues right on the second part. It's like one big song in 3 parts.
Iam not into lorna shore so much, deathcore is just not my taste *BUT* this song (and the visual) is *REALLY REALLY OUT OF THIS WORLD* ,can't hold my tears when i was first listening to this and the second and th3 third and the fourth
part 1 ends going into part 2 which is why it ends so abruptly
Imagine hearing this live, Oh gosh...
Yup….
If you're in Copenhagen, they're coming to Amager Bio in November!!
Oh!!! I live in Switzerland now!
@@sabina1118 you can come back for the day!!! 😄😄
my fav is part 2,, i think though most casual viewers who not into death core like first one best
I love your reaction @Sabina , I want to ask you a question if you don’t mind, did you hear from Henning.
Okay ma’am thanks😊
???
my love
Also buckle up for the part 2 and 3..
Just popped in to save this for later❤ If you haven't pull up lyrics for extreme metal videos. Sometimes they are very beautiful🙂
I cried all the video through 😢 I was broken in a good way when it ended if one can say it like so😅❤ love love love this trilogy
❤
I'm waiting for your reaction video for lorna shore - pain remains 2 and pain remains 3🔥🔥
Coming up!!
The trilogy is the biggest masterpiece in this decade to me. I recommend you do these reactions with subs.
Cheers from Rio, Brasil and sorry for the worst english ever.
can i see your reaction at the band Anacrusis , album Screams and whispers, song Sound the alarm?
I did say to prepare tissues for this trilogy xD
Endelig ❤
❤️🙏🏻
Yeah, that abrupt ending...put a little whiskey or scotch in that tea, that's what I'd prescribe. It'll help you to get through the next two parts.😉
