    Eye floaters appear as small spots that drift through your field of vision may stand out when you look at something bright, like white paper or a blue sky.
    They might annoy you, but they shouldn’t interfere with your vision.
    If you have a large floater, it can cast a slight shadow over your vision. But this tends to happen only in certain types of light.
    Causes:
    1.Age related eye change.
    2.Inflammation in the back of the eye.
    3.Bleeding in the eye.
    3.Torn retina.
    This video will show you step by step to get rid of your eye floaters.
    Do this program two times a day. Morning and evening for two weeks.
    You will start to feel that your issue will be reduced by twenty five percent after two weeks.
    If you make it past the two weeks point, it should reduce by another twenty five percent.
    If you feel that it had been reduced to fifty percent, you are halfway there.
    Carry on doing the program until you completely get rid of the issue.
    If you want to eliminate the problem, honestly, it will take another three months.
    Once you feel it’s completely gone then carry on with the program two times a week for the next six months. After six months you should do it once a week just to maintain it.
    In the meantime, let me know how you progressing. If it’s did not help you.
    After two weeks of doing the program and the result is still the same, you might have a deeper issue.

    I’m day 2 in the program and I have to say this definitely does something. I’m trying to get rid of a single grey floater in my right eye that’s been bugging me for like 4 years and it’s moved position a lot! It seems to have been pushed a lot further down my line of sight so I don’t always see it now unless I try to move it up, but hopefully this thing will get pushed away for good.       small floaters no issues...big large floaters like Weiss Ring or Amorphous Cloud versions are very large and tough to handle...

      ​@@BarrelOfGun I used to do it 1 time a day, then after a few months, 2 times a day, morning and evening. It really works, but it can take many months for the floaters to disappear. I have been doing the exercises on and off for almost a year now and if at the beginning my floaters were on 70% of my field of vision, now they are on 20-30%. I keep practicing even though it takes real patience at this point.

      @@vla61m1r Thank you for your aswer. I' ve been also using castor oil, but I gave up on it. Because I wasn't sure about result, now I floaters are more visable for me so I m going back to exercises, putting oil on lid, and waterfasting

    Hello Austin - Many thanks for this. I had extreme heat stroke, I live in the Philippines, and everything cleared after 3 weeks except for floaters in my right eye.     Please read this if u are suffering from floaters.. Especially the wormy type ones.. First of all, thank u austin, this video was incredible.i am a type 2 diabetic and have high blood pressure and take metformin and losartan respectively. I am overweight 5ft11 and 280lbs.. And haven't exercised properly in a year.. My diet is awful and full of processed food and sugars and coffee and badness.. But I generally been having veggie drinks made in a nutri ninja. In the last 6 weeks because of my bad diet and stress and lethargy.. My floaters just suddenly appeared and made me feel horrible and worthless and scared. . In the last 4 days they got much worse. I was so scared today. So I made the change today and I'm telling u unbelievably, that within a few hours I have reduced them noticeably by 80%.these things are primarily caused by a fatty awful diet. So I have 4 veggie drinks a day with fresh turmeric, garlic, ginger, peppers, kale, carrots, tomatoes, sprouts, brocoli, apple, radish, celery, cucumber, apple cider vinegar, grapefruit fresh juice and lemon juice. Have it 4 times a day. It's horrible. Cut out all coffee and crap food. Have omega 3 rich food, avocado, smoked salmon and reduce the bad cholesterol and cut out bacon, sausage etc.. Cut out all sweets. But the great game changer in 10 minutes after I came back from the supermarket today was fresh pineapple.. I read on the Internet it helps... Yes it does.. I had 200 grams of fresh pineapple and suddenly noticed that they are nearly gone. Its a miracle due to the bromelain.. It really works. I did 2 hours cardio on a stationary bike today while I watched Austin s video and general YouTubing.my house is white everywhere and as such floaters are terrible. I saw them everywhere because of the light colour. I am the greediest person in the world, but when it comes to deteriorating eye health and knowing that food causes this... I will feast on the wonders of clear vision and knowing that fresh pineapple is sweet.. And that its something to look forward to at the end of the day, it makes the change more easy. Please, who ever u may be.. Make the conscious decision to love ur eyes and sacrifice for them more than ur love of kfc and big macs and doughnuts and pizza and chocolate... And have faith and know that God helps those who help themselves. If this helps anyone at all.. I would be very happy. Today I woke up and could see these motherfudgers everywhere... But now, especially after the pineapple, they are down 80 perhaps 90 percent. Please please make the changes and save ur precious eyes. Everyone's eyes are different... But faith in God and making the changes.. Will ensure we all get the benefits we need. I hope this helps anyone who cares to read and thanks Austin.. The exercises really do work. I noticed a good 25 to 30% improvement with 10 mins.i hope this soliloquy helps someone. It was tiring to write...

    It worked for me! I can't thank you enough. I did this quick and easy exercise everyday for at least 4 weeks and almost all of my floaters are gone. I'm going to continue until they are completely resolved. You're truly amazing!

    I have done your exercises twice a day for 4 weeks. I had 2 floaters (1 in each eye). I am happy to report that they are 98% better!! I will continue to do the exercises until they are completely gone. The only thing I didn't do was the ice on the eyes. Thank you Austin, I appreciate your sharing your wisdom with us! :-D

      Yes, Dancing Queen, the floaters really are drastically improved. I'm still doing the exercises, but I'm very happy with the results, just a tiny bit left.

      Yes, I did all the exercises twice a day, every day, for 4 weeks. I did not do the ice, but I'd be curious as to whether or not that speeds up the process.

    So... here I am. Just a few days before I have a second appointment with my eyedoctor, talking about a possible laser solution which a had to get a credit to pay for...
    I tried it a first time and could say: it helps. I was a bit sceptical and tried to figure out if something in my eye or my psych changed. Or both. Than I thought, they moved to the side but than I notice my "one" black spot (i have nearly 40 lines, but only one sppot...come on)... is still in the same place. I was bit outside and as I got back I sat down just to skip to this video back and to it again. Actually I paused writing to check again on my white wall. I think they moved to the side!
    You should really try it out. I will do so. Even a hundred times a day if neccessary. I will try to write each day the progress guys.

      So, day 2...
      Yesterday I tried it 2 times. It was better but I can't say exactly what changed. I guessed it's about they possibly moved - at first, they stand.
      Today, I had my first "relaxed" day after weeks or month. I can see them already, but there not as dark as before and they moved to the side. Sometimes I really searching for them, because I think they are there, but they aren't.
      Ah, just to say. This theme tortured me so much, that I have to do this diary.
      I noticed also, after trying it by myself (sorry for my bad english this way, I'm german) and not doing it "exactly" like in this movie, that there some inteferences. Do it better in exactly the way hes showing!
      Ya, I helps and I also tried to figure out what exactly happens. Physic, Psychic?
      He's showing Akkupressure, a kind of akkupuncture. Sorry a second time for my english but I think you will get it xD
      Japp, I will try it the whole time, just because I can "live" already just after one time.
      My hope is, that they now walking, going, to the side and get absorbed from the eye!!!
      It this will happen, I maybe change my whole career to that. This is extremly important I know from myself.

      Sorry, Day 3-4: It's still better. The time where I don't think about them is going up to 10-15 minutes.
      Thats, why there not in the focus anymore. But they are still there.
      But I think, they get more transparent each day.
      At first they get to the site, now they get transparent more each day.

      Anybody needs to do this at least one time.
      After the first time you will see results if you have extreme floaters like me.
      Do it 2 times, and you will know whats going on and that its worse the time to try if even longer to get totally rid. This is my still hope. It just helps me a lot just after a few days. A LOT!!!

    Ok so this was my results I’m 13 and I have a floater on my left eye, when I did this i still saw my floater but it’s complicated like I barley noticed like it was suppressed in some way.. I really liked this and if you really stressed out about this try this exercise

    I’m definitely seeing improvement in my eye floaters after years of drs saying “Well I cant see anything and there’s nothing we could do anyway” you sir are a god from my view, I can’t thank you enough.

      @@Kaydellmusic hello sorry for the late reply, unfortunately the improvement that I made doing these exercises was temporary. As soon as I stopped the floaters became just as before. There are things that I recommend first is the bromalain and papaya supplements daily. Eat eggs daily the more the better preferably with a runny yolk as the vitamins are more readily available. And lastly daily again mix 1 teaspoon of ginger 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon into something that will mask the taste I use a protein shake. What will help also is cut out sugar entirely, processed foods like frozen, bread, and overeat on the good stuff. Oats eggs vegetables, berries, only grass fed organic meats. Hope this helps

      @@Kaydellmusic just wanted to say as well that when I was doing the exercises they did shift almost out of my vision so I was able to read books again which was impossible previously. I do think there is merit in doing it but putting ice on your eyes in winter is so different compared to summer.

    Whatever this does, IT WORKS!!! I have alot of floaters only in my right eye. So I only did it on my right eye and I was also just lying on the couch! Did'nt use any ice either! Basically, because I was sceptical I did it half arsed! Just after ONLY one attempt my vision is brighter and clearer! Still floaters but nothing like it was. I'm impressed and very grateful.       Hi Austin, thx for your reply and I did everything you suggested. It has been three weeks now and although I still have floaters in my right eye, I can see a marked improvement. The floaters have slowly increased over the last eight years, so I don't expect them all to vanish within three weeks. I will continue to use this technique.

    I've been doing this for about 8 weeks now, I have noticed some changes in how quickly the floater moves and how flexable it seems. I will continue doing it for a few more weeks at least, and report back if I notice any improvements or further changes.

    Thanks for the exercise and also for the other ones! I have a couple of questions regarding practising it: 1.) What is the best time to practise it? 2.) Is there a special diet that has to be kept during those three weeks? 3.) After I started doing it, I became more sensitive to led lights, is this usual?

      I m having floaters since I ve noticed I have some problems with vision now I m wearing cglasses. Anyway I had eyes checked and there s nothing warning. But floaters are disturbing, i ve been doing those exercise and the only thing I notices they start moving inside, before there were at same place. Ater more searching I think people have the best result from water post so I m on my second day to see if there is any hope to get rid of it

    I can honestly say that just that quick they are not as visible. I couldn't keep the ice on my eyes that long only 4 minutes. I will subscribe and try it again tomorrow

    After over 2 weeks of doing your exercises daily, about 90% of my floaters are gone.
    I live in cold climate; for the past week, I have to skip icing because icing during
    freezing temperature makes me cough.

    I got hit in the eye by accident a day ago and i went to a retina special today. The doctor says he sees nothing wrong, but i still see a black v floater spot and it’s the night of. He told me it should fade, but it has been stressing me extremely and scary so im happy to find this video! I will start tomorrow and i pray i heal fully this weekend🙏

      @@suhail_moideen The double vision is due to myopia, there is an excercise for this too, I also have it to some extent, I do this exercise as well. Not sure if it's connected to the floaters, probably some eye problems are appearing in some relation together.     I start your program today! (2 times a day/Morning & Night)
    Day 1 - Nothing change
    Day 2 - Good thing is my eye relax a lot but bad thing is I can see my floaters clearly for no reason
    Day 3 - Nothing change but still can see floaters clearly
    Day 4 - It became worse and I don't even know why
    Day 5 - A bit busy so didn't do it
    Day 6 - I can't see those most of the time but when I do I can see them clearly

      ziii neb is it on your eye or in your vision ? if its in your eye maybe its a birth mark or freckles or even mole if its in your vision then its a floater and spots you can try this method to reduce it

    So I wanted to tell you what helped for me.
    I noticed the floaters about 5 years ago and i lived with it. I read a lot of info and watched lots of videos.
    I had a bit of encouragement when I tried the pineapple suggestions and I believe I saw a minor improvement.
    Now without focusing on the floater I began taking a multivitamin, an iron supplement and B complex.
    I would say its been about a year and a half and i realize that the floater is about 10% what it was.
    I was actually looking for it one day and couldn't make it come back .
    Obviously I could provide a lot more detail but as an overview that's all I did so ignore or draw your own conclusions.

      @@carls-95 I gotta say the supplements ie multi vitamin, b complex and vit d., the pineapple , beet juice a swig and a swig of pomegranate juice ...i say I know which combination of these things work so this is purely anecdotal. But after living with it for say two years I can't even remember that clearly but one day I found myself looking to find the floater . So I would say it's appx 80 to 85% gone. Good luck to u . For me it's such a relief

      I am sorry you need to eat cooked food drinking juice alone is far too much for the body to handle, eat a balanced diet and make sure they are all cooked and hot.

      How is it going for you? I tried it and it gives temporary relief (by moving floaters around) but they never seem to completely disappear. My doctor told me it is scientifically impossible to completely get rid of the floaters

      Meenu Rockstar yes I recommend it for doing it for 3 weeks, bc when I did it, i didn’t see them , but than after a couple Minutes they started to comeback. So i think if I do it for 3 weeks it will work. It’s better than surgery

    This is day 1 of me doing these exercises for my eyes (except the ice bag) these floaters get in the way of my vision I have an abundant amount of floaters in my vision I’ll let you know in 4 weeks (October 3rd) to see if this works

    I had li!e an explosion in my eye, went to hospital they said I have a concentration of floaters but I have NO flashing but my eye does ache . I may try this when it's all settled down

    I have floaters in my right eye, and one of them in particular is a right nuisance and causes me great anxiety because it effects my vision, it sometimes appears in my central vision and can linger around but disappears after eye movement. I will give this a try for two weeks, and if I notice any improvements I will definitely give a positive follow up comment . I pray and hope it will help.

    Hi, Austin,
    I'm viewing your video for the first time today, because a spiderweb-like string is in my left field of vision. It moves when I move my eye. It appeared about an hour and 45mins ago. I thought a bug was flying too near my face. I am anxious & frightened. I will be utilizing the program.
    What foods and/or herbs do you recommend for increasing/optimizing eye health?

    Hi Austin, when you say blink while looking left and right, is it just the eyes to look, or do you have to turn your head as well? Really hope this works, the floaters are taking over my right eye

    Very timely for me as I’m now experiencing this black circle.
    I got this about a month ago when I was sneezing a lot heavily for d whole day due to my rhinitis allergy.
    When I woke up d next morning I thought there was a hair strand on top of my eyelids.
    I was removing it but I found out it’s not.

      It’s something u can see when u look on white or clear space...
      Every time u move ur eye, that floater follows....
      I’m doing those eye exercises.
      I find there’s improvement....😊
      At first, I have visible black circle and hair like strand.
      But now, it’s only small dot circle...
      It’s better to say my floater is fading....

      @@livelifewithshreshthi9216 actually i didn't do because i found that i have early cataract so i don't think they will go till removal of cataract so doctor told me not to worry and i don't care now but they push me into depression and i can do nothing now

    Eye floaters are not superficial specs on the surface of the eye. As I just got done telling one person, they happen to be areas of hardened vitreous fluid that typically cannot be removed manually since they are anatomically inside the eye and not on the sclera. They are harmless and nearly everyone has them. They can be removed via laser eye surgery however. In my eye they appear as brown little specs that’ll gradually follow the movement of the direction I look in. They’re easily visible while looking at light colored medians such as the sky or white paper.

How many times I should practice it per day? 3. I remember you have another video to get rid of floaters. Which one should I take? I have zagged thread and cobweb floaters.       Austin Goh thanks for the response. When I put ice pack on my eyes, should my head tilt back or just look forward? I guess if I look forward, the floaters are supposed to settle to the bottom of the eyes, while if I tilt back, the floaters may settle to the back of eye (near retina) due to the angle of gravity. Any thoughts? Thanks Austin

    This worked for me. It took around three weeks but in fairness I was not always disciplined to begin with and for one of those weeks I did not have a cooling eye mask (delivery delay). Each week the spots became lighter and were less dark. Until eventually they were tiny grey specs and, then disappeared all together. Letting you know as you have shared your knowledge with the world and wanted to thank you. Since removing the floaters I have continued the palming technique as I find it quite soothing.

      rohit kalotra all u stuff need to watch I used it for 10 minutes at a time. If it’s too cold you can always pull it away. You don’t want frost bite.
