This was _the_ song I was listening to in the North Cape Tunnel during the NorthCape4000 ultra-distance cycling event. After cycling over 4,100 km in 3 weeks, reaching the symbolic finish line, this masterpiece brought tears to my eyes and gave me goosebumps from happiness. Deep below sea level, the acoustics in the empty tunnel were just amazing. Lifelong memories.
Went somewhere alone, and in 2:28 screamed to the top of my lungs, it was cathartic. Something flipped, I dont know what it was, but I felt good, I was reminded that I was alive. And I am happy you all are too and are at peace, or at least surviving, working towards your happiness. Hello, strangers, though we may never meet, just know that you have a friend in me, another stranger, amongst the sea of names and faces. ❤

Music is amazing in how it can push your mind and body past what you thought was a limit … to this day certain music ( like zombie or anything from sublime or Pearl Jam ) takes me straight to my time in the USMC and it makes me feel so deeply my heart hurts remembering some of my brothers. Thanks for this song. It was one the favorite of my best friend, She passed away on saturday three days after her birthday ... I hope she is at peace now...That song, that was her healing song. And she also loved Wait ... Thank you very much for the memories you created me with her 💚
The power of Jesus Christ and his resurrection will bring all the sons of Adam and all the daughters of Eve back to life. We will all one day stand before our Maker to receive our righteous judgement.
This song is symbolic to me. The words are what makes it so special. "I'm the king of my own land." "Facing tempests of dust, I'll fight until the end." "Creatures of my dreams, raise up and dance with me." "Now and forever, I am king." Every time I hear this song, it brings me to tears. The reason I cry every time is two words. The playlist.

Each song they make is a spiritual experience for me; it's like I get to live and breathe through thousands of souls and the universe at the same time - as if I am experiencing all the love, energy, joy, and emotion of the world; each heartbreak, tear of laughter or sensation that is known to man kind. It all forms into one incredibly strong wave of ecstasy; and in those few moments I can taste the magnificence of eternity as if I am a mere celestial observer and not a mortal doomed to savour these precious moments only for a limited amount of time.

We're sad he had to go out like that, but he was a happy and amazed soul for that hour. He taught some people to just take that chance, to go after your dreams.

This song was from 10 years ago... And now we are on the edge of reaching 2025. To all of the people out there. If right now you are at your lowest point, don't give up and don't let your hope down. Someday soon, your whole life's gonna change. And, when that happened You'll miss these moments and wonder how strong you were at that time. Keep your chin up and always believe in yourself, believe that good days will come to you, and believe that your future is bright.

I cannot really explain why. But the second I heard this song. I was finally able to let go. It fills me with every imaginable emotion. Sorrow, happiness, pain, pride, power, just everything. This song feels like it’s the end. Not the end of the story, but the end of the chapter and start of the next journey. It tells me “your time and turn will come one day, don’t give up too early”. I can finally move one after the sorrows of my past. Especially because I am at a crossroad in life at the moment. It’s hard to leave and move on, but I pray and believe that I can make it now. Thank you, whoever reads this, for being part of my journey, even if just for a fraction of a moment.
This is - just like Lower Your Eyelids to Die With the Sun - pure masterpiece. You are brilliant Anthony, and this song just keeps me alive when I feel sad and lonely. Oh how much I love M83...
What i would do to hear this again for the first time. Thanks for showing me the art of flight my friend and changing my life...even if we don't speak anymore.
1:27 my daughter loved this song and I would always play it while we passed this wide open farm up on a hill. It was like the song would dance through the sun kissed golden hills. I would just marvel in the beauty of it and the sparkle in my daughter’s eyes. It’s a memory I’ll cherish forever and will always come back here to revisit for decades to come. It’s been about 8 years now, and life has changed so much. She’s turning in to a beautiful young woman now and I’m so proud of her, but she’ll always be my little girl.
This is the song that you play when you are sad This is the song that you play when nothing goes good This is the song that you play for the nostalgia This is the song that you play for the good memories This song makes you feel loved when you are at your lowest, when depression is getting the best of you...

This is proof hope is not lost for music.
This is too beautiful for words
Can't believe this has been waiting for 5 whole years for me to find it. Incredible.
beautiful song, forever in my heart.
this song hits differently when it’s 1:30 am and you’re lying in bed in complete darkness just wishing somebody out there loved you
OMG true
God loves you
bro, if no one, what about your family?
@@edrissaba6549 starting to doubt it honestly
@@versthappening603 dont, sit down and talk about it with them
Here from the Secret Level trailer. And remember, it's 14 favorite games and 1 that nobody ever asked for, but willed itself into existence anyway.
This is - just like Lower Your Eyelids to Die With the Sun - pure masterpiece. You are brilliant Anthony, and this song just keeps me alive when I feel sad and lonely.
Oh how much I love M83...

My the three best songs M83
sorry... just sorry. But 'splendor' can't go unnoticed. Sorry.

@@cyclinglifetj bro shut up
You know it! ;)
This is one of my favorite pieces of music, I play it often.
The opening credits of the TV series Versailles brought me here... This is amazing.
Me too 😊
1:27 my daughter loved this song and I would always play it while we passed this wide open farm up on a hill.
I hope your both doing absolutely fantastic
Did anyone else come across the Secret Level series trailer? M83 manages to raise the level of electronic music, just like Odesza.
Yes 😊
Here because of it. I'm gonna ignore the Concord episode once it releases.
This is the song that you play when you are sad
This is the song that you play when nothing goes good
This is the song that you play for the nostalgia
This is the song that you play for the good memories
This song makes you feel loved when you are at your lowest, when depression is getting the best of you...
Totally
This song just hits so different in so many different type of ways and vibes everytime I hear it. Never gets old. A beautiful composition of sounds that vibe all your senses!!! 10/10
