I get 11-12 towing my 31 ft camper with my 19 250. Unloaded on a 180hp tune, I get 20+ hand calculated. Tires and lift play a big role in regards to mileage. I am stock height on 275/65 Toyo AT 3's.
The 7.3 just doesn’t have a hitch receiver on it, but you can add one onto the truck. That would be better for towing and rated for more weight. Also you need to adjust that drop hitch for the trailer with the truck on it.
Put a hitch on the 7.3 that bumper ball is not enough for towing other trucks. Saying this because I’ve seen bad wrecks because people want to use the bumper ball instead of installing a hitch.
I have a question did you used to have a 2000 7.3 powerstroke and sold it on Facebook marketplace a long time ago and it’s the truck as my profile pic??
@BRMPHOTOS ok and I know people without the kit with 200k what's your point? If the pump fails the kit isn't going to do anything to help prevent contamination through the rest of the system.....which is the point of it.
I don’t understand the title of this video what limits did you figure out? That weight is nothing for a 6.7. I’ve towed 20k with my stock 6.0
Ford power at its finest
If you load it correctly and get a drop hitch it will ride a ton better
I was at the show it was awesome talking to you guys.
I'd love to see a DCR and piping kit on the 6.7.

Put a damn hitch on it lol.

Better for towing 😂🤦🏼♂️
Bigger wheels and tires with offset will make a big difference in your fuel economy when you’re towing.
6.4 time 😈
Frr
The best I get in my 2000 f250 5.4L is about 12 mpg. in the winter, it's 8, not hauling anything, and it stays about 11mpg when hauling a load of hay
Nice video guys...
Yo power stroke central you better slow down dude your pushing the limits of your 6.7 like your title says. that's HEAVY heavy
Love your content and testing, but there's no way your reg cab 6.0 weighs 8500 lbs. My 02 ccsb f350 7.3 with ranchhand bumpers only weighs 7900.
My 97 7.3 ex cab short bed on one tons was 7100 with a couch in the back and me weighing 275 🤣
My 08 f350 6.4l reg cab 4x4 weighs 8120 lbs
Ford diesels are fuel pigs, load the lbz avg 14.1L per 100km doing 120km at 50% load towing 30ft 5th wheel
Thats 16.6 mpg still trash my ford 6.0 gets 20mpg 9,000 load
Get airbags on the 6.7 oh my
You should get some airbags for the 6.7
Get a ZF6 6.4 so you have some real diversity
No way bro can drive stick

HIGHLY recommend just getting a normal recovers I’ve seen thoes rip off one to many Tim’s
ive never seen some one who looks like they own a 6.0 more than jacob ☠️☠️
hey do you guys work on gasoline motors like the 2v 5.4 liter trition?
Yes sir
6.0 struggling to climb the trailer.....
the i’ve hauled 20k with my 7.3 perfectly fine
what limits did you find?? lmao, ive pulled over 20k with my 6.4
Ain’t no way you’re safely pulling more than 15k on the bumper.
@@powerstrokecentral i pull a gooseneck
That truck does not weigh 8500 pounds, more like 6500
I have a '06 extended cab long bed two-wheel drive and it weighs like 6,500 lb
That’s 1/2 ton weight.
What gears r in your 6.7

He had some 1999-2003 7.3l and it ended up totaled in a wreck.
Hey, Mr. powerstroke Central are you running the cp4 disaster prevention kit on your truck?
Those kits are useless and a waste of time any money. It doesn't prevent anything.
@justinnash8889 think what you think I know people who have the kit on there truck that have 200,000 miles on there trucks and have no problem since
@BRMPHOTOS ok and I know people without the kit with 200k what's your point? If the pump fails the kit isn't going to do anything to help prevent contamination through the rest of the system.....which is the point of it.
@@justinnash8889thank you
honestly your mpg is great my Cummins does 7 mpg with out hauling anything
fax bro my cummins gets 5 mpg unloaded on the highway going 60 mph
Dang! my 6.0 zf6 gets gets 15+ and I do 95 mph on the toll 4 days a week!
Powerstroke Central: i sent you an e email with my contact information. I designed & manufacturer the 4R100 trans brake
That 6.0 is nowhere near 10k probably 7 being honest
Weight of the truck being towed plus the trailer weight.
@@GeneralBeefDip even then theres no way that trailer plus singlecab long bed 6.0 was even close to 8 or 9k
@@Canhead56My 02 7.3 single cab weighed in at 6200 and my brothers 20’ car hauler weighed in at 3500, so pretty dang close
Get some air bags
Wow im early 4 sec ago
Another pointless video…you did a “durability test” by using the truck as it was built and intended, explain how this was a durability test
