Glad you love it so much. You can hear in your voice how excited you are. I imagine that you are also jumping up and down with a big grin on your face.
I have one of these generic machines from Amazon. Purchased about a year ago at $115, because I knew the prices would go up once this got popular. WeR just rebranded existing machines already used by stationery businesses and book binders. The machines are marked up in price for crafters. You pay 80 extra dollars for teal accessories and measurement markings and a plastic fingerguard. At the end of the day, the machine costs what it costs and the extra mark up you pay doesn't go to factory workers, it goes to marketing departments and distributers. It cuts. Straight. I'm happy. I don't need a relationship with a rebrander. The WeR machine looks pretty and I'm glad more people are aware and have access to these types of machines.
yes, not all are "bad" machines. I'm merely saying that it can come back to haunt us if we spend a lot of money on something without any customer support whatsoever.
Absolutely agree, Lolly! This is my same reasoning for buying a laser machine from a place in the United States. Better adherence to regulations, real support and help if things go wrong.
I see some saying they wouldn't buy it and why they wouldn't, and that's fine. There are some legit reasons. Curious how many of your subscribers work for WRM though, considering they now all the "inside" details......
@LollyPalooza would be cool. I'm a Medical Laboratory Scientist specializing in transfusion services. It's a very rewarding job, but I would quit it in a heartbeat to work for a craft company.....
Holey Moley! I gotta get my studio spiffed up so I can make room for this work horse! Thanks for checking into this further. And I love your enthusiasm!
I use their corner chomper. It can chomp through quite a few pages at once, but not this whole notebook at once. I separated it into sections, and it took me about ten "chomps" to get through the whole notebook. :)
Lolly, great video. I just wanted to let you know that when you cut the thinner chipboard, i didn't see you push the red lever. Maybe that is why the thinner chipboard was harder to cut? It looks like it may have released on its own, possibly. Its hard to say from the angles
Sometimes I refer to turning the wheel to raise and lower "the arm," but I mean the clamp. Sorry for any confusion.

I do get excited, it's hard to contain! Super fun!
Wow!! I love that it cuts notebooks. I am going to reconsider purchasing this. Thank you for sharing.
I know! It's a game changer.
That is amazing!! So cool to be able to cut the notebooks in half. Good advice too. 😊❤️
Yeah, I was buying the half comp books for a lot more money than they are worth! This makes it easy.

@@MadAlchemistJenni I've never had any indications any of my subbies work for any craft companies. Interesting suggestion.

Thanks, Lolly, I always learn so much from you! 🎉
Many thanks :)

Thanks Lolly for the review. Have a Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 and happy New year 🎊 🎉
thanks for watching. Merry Christmas!
I want to get one! WRMK has a rounding corner Chomper that might work on that, but I’m not sure. God bless and happy holidays.

Thanks, that’s what I thought 😊
Phenomenal thank you

Sold!
hee hee :) it's still so surprising to have it cut so well!
You can use a heat tool to take that gold strip off
Gold strip? Please explain. Thanks :)
Make sure you clamp down hard! And be sure and stay away from staples!!!
Good point! Staples would be awful for that blade!

I had to push the red lever down, or the cut arm would not have lowered into place. It is just a release to get that arm back down.
Only thing I don’t like is, I can’t cut smaller than 2 1/2” will have to use spacer on left to cut smaller
I will need to play with smaller items next!
