Their guitarist Christos with the dreadlocks composes all of the orchestrations. Christos studied composition at the London College of Music under the guidance of Martin Ellerby, Head of the Composition department, acquiring his Bachelor of Music in 1999. He continued his studies in Composition/Orchestration earning his Master’s Degree in Concert Music. Adam Gorb, Head of composition in the Royal Northern College of Music.
This is one of my favorite bands, I actually use this album to sleep when I can't. You may be interested in listening to Rings of Saturn, their stuff is pretty dope, and they make that guitar sound like a spaceship taking off, it's wicked man

Other reaction channels tend to react to the most popular and "clickable" stuff which you know, I can't be mad about, but I respect that you just truly want to discover new music :) If you're interested to hear more in this kind of style, like orchestra/symphony mixed with extreme metal, I recommend you Fleshgod Apocalypse - Warpledge. Tho many people would recommend different songs from this band but hey, I like to be a snowflake 🤣

Yeah I would react to some more Architects, Thy Art Is Murder, BMTH, etc. It’s fun to react to those bands and all but there are thousands of bands out there that I haven’t heard yet and I want to listen to a lot of them as much as possible!! I was scared to start this channel because I already listened to those huge bands that are always mentioned. Though I met amazing people like you throughout the channel and I’m able to listen to a hell of a lot more bands and I always add the one that I really like in my library and jam away. @@skyTT31 absolutely agreed. Of course, I also like many of those "popular" bands, I mean they are popular for a reason, right? At least some of them 😅 but like you said, there are thousands of other bands, and that's exactly what I said like... 5/6 years ago and all I can say is, there's really a ton of interesting and unique groups and artists. Like Ne Obliviscaris, this group completely changed my perspective on the music and how complex and emotional it can be. Many people say that metal is dead and it's all the same it's becoming mainstream blah blah. But they have no idea, if anything, metal is probably the biggest genre out there, definitely not the most popular but that's understandable. But yeah, I'm just really glad to see people who want to discover new bands, new genres etc. It's really awesome and I feel like it's pretty rare. Music takes time (especially when you listen to album/discography) so I get that not everyone have that time... For like hundreds of different bands, lol. I definitely have more stuff to recommend but I'm not gonna just throw a list on you 'cause, you know 😉
