After searching through many"Honda NC bar end removal" videos yours is the only one I could find that shows the proper way with using the holes in the bar to squeeze the clip. Thanks Boet.
Hey, nice vid. thank you for taking the time to make it for all of the rest of us to use/enjoy. I installed Shinko 705 tires on my 2012 NC700x and rode it up into the mountains and all over the northwest of the USA. I traded it last year for a newer 2015 NC700DCT, i sure enjoy the DCT. As soon as my highway tires wear out i'll be buying another set of the Shinko 705's and returning to the gravel mountain roads!! I have a couple of vids, nothing fancy of course, one shows the NC climbing way up into a mountain road with a lot of trees and huge rocks!! Enjoy your bike, ride often and stay safe! :{)
Very much like the install on my CB500X. I wonder if the retention clips on the original bar weights can be re-used. These, together with heated grips, extend my driving season considerably.
Hi Mr. Callan nice video. I have NC750x and i am considering purchase the same barkbuster handleguard with yours. Does removed inner weight and bar end affects any feeling of the steering?
Good day, yes the OEM bar weights are removed and replaced with the ones supplied with the Barkbusters kit. Honestly, I did not notice any difference in the feel of the steering.

You solved my question on how to remove my right side weight. Thank you very much. This was an excellent video.
And thanks for the ride. Wonderful landscape. Where is it?
