Not related to the video subject but I must comment I am happy to find Gamble Smart, and find Mark from Cowboy Slots here doing your own thing. You deserve it! My wife and I (and in-laws) will be reserving a couple days at Winstar in the next few weeks. I hope to see you all! I just finished cancer treatments and i am anxious to heal up a bit and rock my scooter all the way down to the Rio. Lol. God bless. Keep up the great work.

I agree, I think waiting for a last minute deal is just more stress you don't need to put on yourself. Yeah, you MIGHT get a good deal, but if you have a deal in hand or even better a comp, book it and relax. 😎

In my personal experience, if it's not a HUGE event (i.e. the Super Bowl), then booking very close to the event has been good to me. I've gotten good prices on hotels and flights this way. However, the difference between booking far out and close to the event hasn't been extremely noticeable, at least as of recently. It's also worth noting that I'm going back in June and booked in late April, and got the best rate for flights and hotels that I've seen yet. So perhaps things are changing or maybe I am just wrong or had a different experience than most people. I'd recommend to just wing it and go with what your gut says. Thanks!

Always book as soon as get offers for comped rooms. Can always cancel should something comes up. The cancellation time varies with each casino. And they are always happy that you call and cancel. Haven't paid for rooms in Las Vegas or Laughlin for over 25 years

Good advice as always. I have dragged my feet before on booking comped room, available when checking, then gone when went to book. Also can always cancel if plans change

Dave I'm like u. If I know o hv a special family gathering ,say end of year, I book now. And book all the rooms bec of casino rate now is lower. It's easy to cancel. And loose nothing by doing this.
    Nice to see you😊

Hey Marc and Dave! I had a question about bingo machines
Could you guys do a deep dive on those 9 liners as well as other bingo machines and explain how the bets work? Does the amount of money you bet change the bingo card or is it solely based on the denomination of the machine you use?

Great advice. I bought my trip in October back in January. I will be checking for a better price but I really did get a great deal. I used my points for my air fare so that was under 10 bucks. More money to play with. I have my tickets for Wayne Newton again. And I want to go to the mob museum so if anybody wants to go let me know probably be Thursday

Great tip, dave! Just recently I booked my comp room for during F1! If I’m not able to go, I can always cancel it later, but I’m already locked in!❤

So...luv the sales pitch thrown in ther😂😂...typically its 5 months out that the web site will allow a search for flights so I search asap...I bought mid Jan for May 4th trip on Spirit...87$ nonstop roundtrip, carry-on. Now sum may diss Spirit, but as long as u kno your restrictions n plan ahead, its just another airline. Never had an issue...Thnx Dave!👍

Spirit does get a bad rep for the fees and add ons. As you said if you know about them you are much better off. I tend to book room early and flight closer to travel , i watch flights very closely to the point of making it a game :)

I've never experienced a cancellation charge so why not book it and then check in to see if it improves? If it does you can cancel and re-book. My reservation history is full of cancellations when better deals popped up.

Depends on the property and sometimes your player status. Also can depend on if you book direct or use a 3rd party booking agency.

They can bring huge crowds , in some cases it’s a big spectacle.
