I was doing this workout as a 17-18 y.o. Every morning at 6 am on Channel 7. Yep, I woke up that early...I'm still working out and still getting up early. I am 57! Memories.

I also worked out at 6 AM before going to workOnly to realize some years later it really was for old men or a young man to watch with their girls butts up in the air watching them pushing it towards the camera over and over and over again what do you think that was meaning I'm very sure it's all sexual it was nothing to do with exercise this is shameful take it off the damn air

@@lotusflower2411 not really. While the director started out doing softcore porn, the gals were all exercise instructors and they realized quickly that doing stylized workout videos was far more lucrative. These work, they're fun and myself and every gal my age I knew back then worked out to these. Not one young man I knew even then was even aware that these existed. Women gave this shown the ratings and cult following, not the few horny hard-up men, lol.
Sounds like you're repressed and need some help, lol.

@@lotusflower2411 nonsense, Bess was a popular instructor in Toronto before this and she's still a fitness influencer in her 60s. This show was a hit thanks to the legions of women who loved it and saw wonderful changes from a short, fun workout. It started me on a 30+ year career path as a professional athletic trainer. Every teenaged girl I knew back then did this before school or taped it and did it after school, myself included. Read through the comments and unclench. It was flirty, sexy, energizing, fun and very effective. Try it sometime.

It took me 9 months but the wait was worth it. I looked great not one bit of flab, toned and glowing. And I didn't look masculine at all I was flexible and always had energy. I After years of life and 3 more kids and no more girls to workout with .. well it wasn't good. I am so glad to see them here. I did the work out today and not to bad I knew the routine and was able to do many of the moves. I hope to continue and get back into fit shape again. Thank you for downloading these on here. I did this workout in the mornings before school, at like 5am or some other equally ungodly hour. It was hard AF. All that stretching killed me. But I was faithful with it. Who thought all that stretching was a good idea? Lol. They had other workouts too with other women. Wow. I totally remember this.

That would be Leslie Smith from Season ❄️ 1 of _The :20 Minute Workout_ (April 28-June 30, 1983), Mrs. Michelle G. And it's spelled both Bess (but not Beth, just Bess) Motta and Arlaine (but not Arlene, just Arlaine) Wright. Also from Season ⛄ 1 of the half-hour exercise 😓 show 📺 were those of Laurie Briscoe (April 18-July 12, 1983), Nicole Nardini (April 19-July 14, 1983), Sharon Bisset (April 19-July 13, 1983), Holly Butler (April 20-July 15, 1983), Sue Carter (April 20-July 14, 1983) and Anne Schumacher (April 21-July 14, 1983). LOL 😆!
