Wife: Workou-You hardly go out to walk the dog! Husband: Sweetie, things can change! And weren't you the one complaining first that I need start doing so? Wife: Well, all right then. Husband: Oh, do you mind leaving that liter of water I prepped last night? Wife: Oh uh.... sorry but I'm running late. Gotta go! Bye! Husband: (Turns to dog who looks at him.) What? You wanna go fetch me it? (Dog deadpan stares at him then turns his back to go rest.) Husband: Dang it! I'm gonna miss her hip thrust routines! (Gets off the couch but feels pain from his behind) Oh geez, not another cramp!

I remember Narise in 1984 when I was 16. She used to live in my apartment building in Toronto. I remember riding the elevator up with her many times thinking wow, what a hottie! Also remember her at building barbecues and parties. Nice girl!

This was a thing at our house all 3 of me included sister’s did the 20 minute workout Beds was the best so motivating It works too and you get a good sweat 😅

The big issue i have with these videos is all 3 do the same moves, unlike today where there is always one person showing modifications for people who cannot do the full movements.

Bess Motta is an American actress, singer and fitness personality. She is best known for portraying Ginger Ventura in James Cameron's classic The Terminator (1984), and as the lead instructor and choreographer for the television exercise program :20 Minute Workout (1982). Bess was born on February 10, 1958 in Burbank, California, the daughter of Eric, a scientist, and Rita, an operetta singer. Bess was raised in Woodland Hills, California, and was a competitive ice skater as a pre-teen. At age 13, she began studying drama with Austrian actor Francis Lederer. At age 18, Bess was cast in the San Francisco production of "The Great American Backstage Musical".

I did this workout in the mornings before school, at like 5am or some other equally ungodly hour. It was hard AF. All that stretching killed me. But I was faithful with it. Who thought all that stretching was a good idea? Lol. They had other workouts too with other women. Wow. I totally remember this.

I did this after the birth of my first baby! Then kept it up...lost weight and got in great shape. Now in my sixties and needing to shape up again I happen to search for this, so glad it's here!

Lol oh my God i remember this is tht program my mom watched when i was 5 years old (I'm 40 now) as a stay-at-home mom!! My most vivid memories were the ending credit and the neat after-image effects lol 22:49 lol!

I used to do the 20-minute workout every morning and was so sad when the program was discontinued. 😭 If you do it every day you'll feel like a million bucks in no time! Super strong and supercharged with energy!

Pops used to watch the 80s show Bodies in Motion hahaha that and his lifetime subscription to Playbiy helped make me the man I am today

OMG! This is when I started working out at 14!!

After I had my son I weighed 197 Lbs. We moved to Texas and I found these ladies. everyday at 11:30 I worked out with Beth and the girls all the way down to 133 Lbs. It took me 9 months but the wait was worth it. I looked great not one bit of flab, toned and glowing. And I didn't look masculine at all I was flexible and always had energy. I After years of life and 3 more kids and no more girls to workout with .. well it wasn't good. I am so glad to see them here. I did the work out today and not to bad I knew the routine and was able to do many of the moves. I hope to continue and get back into fit shape again. Thank you for downloading these on here. I love these girls and these workouts.
