    வணக்கம் சார். நான் உங்கள் சமையல் ரசிகை. நீங்கள் சொல்லி தந்த பல ரெசிபிகளை வீட்டில் செய்து பாராட்டுகள் பெற்றுள்ளேன். நான் நாக்பூரில் வசிக்கிறேன். விடுமுறை காலங்களில் சொந்த ஊர் வரும் போது எங்கள் உறவினர்கள் நீ அந்த டிஷ் செய் இந்த டிஷ் செய்து கொடு சூப்பராக இருக்கும் என கேட்கும் போது என் மானசீக குருவான தங்களுக்கே அந்த பெருமையும் பாராட்டும் உரியது சார். நான் தங்கள் யூ டியூப் வீடியோக்கள் அனைத்தும் பார்த்துள்ளேன். தங்களது பணி மேலும் தொடர்ந்து என் போன்ற இல்லத்தரசிகளையும் பாராட்டு பெற வைத்ததற்கு என் அன்பான தாழ்மையான நன்றி .

    I'm pregnant, so when I come across this recipe I was so tempted to try it. I have done as you told in pot vessel at night and had it for tomorrow's lunch. It was awesome and thanks for yummy tummy.

    I have to try this item once after delivery sir.. now am 9 months pregnant with ulcer so avoiding tamarind based foods as of now. So after one or two months wish to prepare on my own and not letting my mom to prepare this 😀 Really enjoyed watching now the time is 1 am nd my mouth is watering to have this item.

    You are the most amazing person who cooks with love & laughter. I literally love to watch your cooking especially with your lovely speaking.. mostly Madras tamil.. you are truly great. I am living in California for more than 22years but still I am the same Madras girl who loves to cook (only after marriage though😉).

    In those days, when money was not so easy to come by, appalam vathha kuzhambu was a typical "maasa kadasi" dish. Paruppu stock ille, vegetables very little at home...that kind of stage. Like you mentioned, my paati did not add onion, tomato to this dish. Garlic was never used at home. So it was a plain appalam vathha kuzhambu. Devamrutham only! 😋

    Naan appalathai varukkaamal appadiye potruven. Konjam pazhaya karutha puli paadhiyum, konjam pudhu puli paadhiyum serthu puli thanni oothinaa, abaarama irukum. Thallikum podhu 10 milagu pottu thaalipen. andha vaasamum amarkalamaa irukum. Altogether my favourite dish idhu. 😍🤩🤩🤩😋😋😋

    Mesmerising..normally we do appla kuzhambu without onion and garlic in our home..it is a different one..very nice...usually we cook sambar and vetha kuzhambu in Makalchatti occasionally..White kurma cooked today came out excellent ji..Thank u

    Sir wonderful description, as you said we use only appalam and we also add seasame + fenugreek powder, we cut the appalam with scissors and Fry them in that gingley oil itself, edhuvum vegtetables illadha podhu appalam pottu kuzhambu vachu appalathiye thottundu sappiduvom, indha sadham en kuzhandhaigal schoolkku , collegekku eduthundu ponadhal oru rasigar kootame kidachu enakku
