Tru Reef it’s a bit tough in the beginning but after the coralline starts on the bottom it’s much easier. I prefer it to sand but that’s a personal thing guess.

Too early to tell (only been about a week and I’ve flown away from hime for a month for work) but the flame hawk loves hoping around now and the fish are finding new homes which is cool.
I've also went bare bottom now during the week. Corals and fish are very happy. Are you in the Durban area? KZN?
