    Really very good video. Just had a doubt. I wanted to understand that why have you selected the stage column at 2:32 ?

    Are you able to add multiple worksheet tabs for other positions? It seems if you do, the summary fields are still only calculating the original worksheet even if renamed. (interviews, applications, etc)

    Hello, how can you freeze these graphs on top. I tried to freeze the rows where it's at but the graphs automatically go down. Would appreciate your help.

      Thank you for showing interest in our template.
      Click any once cell from A11 or A12 or A13... then select freeze pans from the view ribbon to freeze the rows above the selected cell including the graph.

      @@indzara does that work in sheets? When I tried to freeze a row the graphs jump below the frozen rows

      The mentioned behavior is expected when you freeze the row between the chart or if the frozen rows are above the chart. You need to ensure the rows are frozen till the last row and last column occupied by the chart.

    The tutorial is very helpful except that i am using google spreadsheet which doesn't have the same options as excel in MS Office. Also I am unable to correct the formula used in STAGE column. I keep getting formula parsing error, which I am unable to figure out. Need help!

    Hi for some reason the 2:44 part. Is only populating one result lol. I’m giving up after a hour

      Yes, you will get only one result from the COUNTIF formula. We then click select the cell with formula and double click the dot on the bottom right of the formula cell to fill the same in the rest of the rows. You can also click the dot and drag down to duplicate to new rows or you can also select the formula cell and more cell and press CTRL+D to duplicate the formula.

    Hello, What if I want to do this for multiple vacancies? I do not want to have lots of different spreadsheets for each role, is there a way to have different Sheets at the bottom connected to the Help sheet? (does this make sense?)

    at 2:44 into the video you lost me. I've tried that formula several times. rewatched the tutorial and cannot figure out what i am doing wrong for the life of me
