Candidate details sheet doesnt contain candidate name, how many candidates were sourced position wise which are important data as far a recruitment tracker is concerned. Appreciate if you have a sheet with those details as well and how we can bring it to the dashboard as a metric
Hi, will adding this data to Data Model, the excel (Pivot) throw an error of "We can't summarize this field with Average because it's not a supported calculation for Text data types." Please help!!!
Hi, it is due to the fact that you are using the formula "ISBLANK" => is recognized as "Text" in Power Pivot. You can't calculate the average of a Text
@@dhawal481 Replace " " in the formula ISBLANK with 0. All blanks should become a zero (0). In the pivot-table only check the closed positions (Uncheck blanks and yes), then refresh the pivottable. The average of only the closed positions will be calculated
