The auto-install is sick...multi-thread downloading created by Vector, and in my personal opinion, the latest version (v5 Ascension) is greatly improved over the previous one.
I remember when I decided to replay Skyrim after 3 years and it took me a solid 8 hours of modding and troubleshooting for ~200 mods. I highly appreciate your video

@@biggie_boss I literally installed an auto clicker to help clicking the 1825 mods it had to install but it took so long cause some of them would be slightly lower so I'd have to manually come back and fix it and with limited download speeds and only 10 can download at a time, it really took a while to get it all done but I'm glad I did it hahaha and I'm even more glad I can run it fine, would of been hesrt broken to go through all that and have it run too poorly to enjoy

i just installed it yesterday, so far so good. I have an rtx 2070 with 64gb of ram and a 2tb ssd. I uuuh, died to the first monster i ran into and went back to my first save and lost 30minutes of progress lol. have fun and Jesus Loves You my guy!@@specrtre
I highly recommend using this over a vortex collection or wabbajack modlist, this took me les than a hour to download, and its over 2,000 mods, insane. the last wabbajack modlist i used with less mods took abt 6 hours
@@biggie_boss yeah true, idk if you made a video on aldrnari but that modlist is pretty good, I just don't like the time it takes to download stuff from wabbajack, but if you put it downloading overnight that basically solves the problem as long as no errors happen.

I'm stuck with my old but proud GTX 1070 with 8GB VRAM and even if I've got 32GB RAM I still cannot get into a full Nolvus installation... I wish I could at least use the interface and animations other core parts so I could keep my own "Wintered edition" of Skyrim _{a perennial snowy and iced cold winter all over Tamriel!}._ This guide anyway would have definitely helped me to do the magic. A truly precious resource!

This kind of almost makes the anniversary edition worth buying even if you already have special edition. Even if you could do it on special edition, I kinda want to have a graphically improved vanilla skyrim experience again while it not interfering with my mods for Special edition

I left my PC on overnight to install all of the mods, last time I checked before going to sleep it was at 22%. When I woke up, I realized that it's still at 22%. I don't think it's supposed to take that long to download a mod.

ive had nothing but frustration with this modlist haha. Im running an i9, 3080ti, 32gb Ram ,m.2 ssd. I get crazy GPU spikes and freezes, but no crash so there isnt even a crash report. i just see my gpu usage spike to 100 and then it freezes. Have to force quit. im playing at 2560x1440. Im at my wits end lol]

So, a note for people asking about ultra-high-end systems...I'm running a 4090 ROG STRIX OC and a threadripper 3960x, also OC'd, and 64GB of ram. This entire thing (game, Nolvus, downloads, etc.) are all installed on a 2TB M.2, so no bottlenecks for any type of...well, much at all for what Nolvus asks for. With the Performance Options screen, I'm running Ultra Varient, DLAA, High Skyrim .ini profile, Ultra LODs. Advanced Physics, and Global Illumination are ON and FPS Sabilizer is OFF. With all of this, I average 30-40FPS while running around and 60-70FPS while indoors or looking at the ground, or other short-range areas.

Thomas James has a video showing how to add DLSS to Nolvus. For the updater, just run the dashboard. It should auto-detect if there's an update and give you the option :)
Awesome guide!! I'm new to modded skyrim, I have a 3060ti, and i wish i had given myself the anti aliasing option to downscale my resolution for frames... only getting 50 FPS even on low ini ... Is the only way to do this delete the instance and re download the whole lot?? 😢
I have a question! I installed everything I got it to run once and then the mo2 was being really slow and I was testing it again and it went after a few times if me having to close it cause it wasn’t responding and then the next time I tried and every time since it will load to the mo2 and then I hit run and it will show me a empty white box and say not responding, I have 2 notifications that say there’s files in my overwrite (I deleted them all but skse now it won’t work at all abd it won’t let me put them back either) and 1 plugin that isn’t functioning. I am stuck and have no idea what to do, please any help! Is the mo2 broken or the mod load order or the nolvus dashboard?
Hello!! Solid presentation as always!! I know this is not exactly the place to ask this following inquiry. Living in Australia and trying to connect to pull the initial threads of all 2065 mods is literaly at a standstill at 389 total thus far. I have premium Nexus, a fibre to the home connection, LAN to the computer and a 10k PC that more than meets the marks. Wouldn't it be better for me to manually download these directly from Nexus instead of the auto installer?

During nolvus dashboard installation, when given the option to change anti-aliasing only TAA is enabled, it says DLAA only for nvidia rtx card. But i have an rtx 4090. Bug??
Awesome guide! Only one question. When installing Nolvus with MO2, does Nolvus install a NEW MO2, Use the MO2 you currently have installed but use a separate mod profile, or does it combine all the mods with any mods you currently have installed to MO2?

I'm having an issue with tk dodge. Did the auto install, set the keybind to left alt (56) like you showed. I have nothing else bound to left alt in the mcm, or the controls. I even made sure the nemesis load order was completely right and updated and relaunched it. Left alt will just do nothing in the game. Other ini keybinds like single button power attack work perfectly fine, just dodge blech. Any ideas on what my issue is? Great vid btw, im currently watching your playthrough of this.

@@biggie_bossDuring the Fallout 3 era you had to clean some of the files from the override folder of your mod organizer for some mods to work properly after each run. That hasn't been a thing for Skyrim for the longest part of its existence.
considering this or vegabond. Problem with vegabond is that it needs 820 GIGS total to install, which is insane and I don't have that much space left... I might put the downloads on an external drive

My main objective is to have a looong dedicated playthough, and so I want as much content as possible, but also nto trash graphics. I know this video is 6 months old but im hoping youll still respond! I downloaded everything flawlessy with your guide! However with some of those options that cant be changed later on, in my case the nudity one. Im looking to try and revert back to having no nudity in my game, would this be possible maybe by reinstalling a mod on MO2 ? Or would it be a case of reinstalling everything from the very beginning ? Could it be worth asking in the discord?
Nudity is tied to meshes which mean they are tied to bodyslide outputs. You could reinstall the male and female body mods as non-nude but then have to run bodyslides for them. So it's easier to reinstall the modlist.

Help! Nolvus will NOT launch! I am trying to play from the Nolvus Launcher. That opens MO2. MO2 only shows the basic Skyrim SE and High Poly Head mod. So, MO2 is only loading the High Poly Head mod. I already had to link the Nolvus & MO2 accounts during installation. I am not getting anything from Nolvus. What do I have to do to make Nolvus work?

great guide brother. I went trough every step, bought premium on Nexus and installed the latest versions of both Nexus and Nolvus and when it starts the instalation it stops and says " skyrim anniversary edition is not installed " Started it in the morning and been busy with it for hours with no solution -_- Bought the Special edition and the skyrim anniversary edition Redownloaded the game Repaired it Went over the trouble shooters. And still nada :P Realy frustrating as i cant let it rest either as iama problem solver haha. Perhaps you ran into the same problem and could offer some advise ? Many thanks in advance m8 !

Does this mod list work with a controller or will i be handicapped for using one? Im new to Pc gaming and im terrible with Mouse and keyboard so using them is uncomfortable for me cause of it. Its always been like that for me. Even in middleschool i sucked in keyboard typing class lol

I play Nolvus V5 on Ultra using medium ini with my rtx 2080. One of my favorite modlist. Runs smooth and can't remeber the last time it crash on me.

How did you get it to run smooth? Takes me about 5 min just to get to the menus and load screens are like 30 sec to 1 min!

Get an Nvidia 7090 ti with 32g of VRAM and it will run at 120 fps in 8k.

I've been playing Nolvus 4.5.3 for 7 maybe 8 weeks now. It's a great list, but I'm getting tempted to switch to v.5.

Everything is automatic with Nolvus. Only thing you have to do is install Skyrim, run it once and install all of the creation club stuff

That's odd because I'm also at 1440p with a 3080 ti and an i9. This was with the latest version? V4 was unplayable for me but V5 is nice.

Try pressing enter on key pad
Press escape then go to the Mod Config Menu and choose the ‘Skyrim Unbound’ tab (I think, it’s the top one) then you’ll be able to start the game.

You can delete the specific instance in the instances folder.
I have a question! I installed everything I got it to run once and then the mo2 was being really slow and I was testing it again and it went after a few times if me having to close it cause it wasn’t responding and then the next time I tried and every time since it will load to the mo2 and then I hit run and it will show me a empty white box and say not responding, I have 2 notifications that say there’s files in my overwrite (I deleted them all but skse now it won’t work at all abd it won’t let me put them back either) and 1 plugin that isn’t functioning. I am stuck and have no idea what to do, please any help! Is the mo2 broken or the mod load order or the nolvus dashboard?
Hello!! Solid presentation as always!! I know this is not exactly the place to ask this following inquiry. Living in Australia and trying to connect to pull the initial threads of all 2065 mods is literaly at a standstill at 389 total thus far. I have premium Nexus, a fibre to the home connection, LAN to the computer and a 10k PC that more than meets the marks. Wouldn't it be better for me to manually download these directly from Nexus instead of the auto installer?

During nolvus dashboard installation, when given the option to change anti-aliasing only TAA is enabled, it says DLAA only for nvidia rtx card. But i have an rtx 4090. Bug??

Awesome guide! Only one question. When installing Nolvus with MO2, does Nolvus install a NEW MO2, Use the MO2 you currently have installed but use a separate mod profile, or does it combine all the mods with any mods you currently have installed to MO2?
It has its own mo2 instance separate from your own

P.S: You CANT have a global entry of MO installed. If you do, go to your MO in your user files, delete it, then re-install MO to make it an individual download instead.

@@fortniteallnight374 I couldn't tell you why it's not working for you, but what I DO know, is that the site takes a while to load. So if you don't have good internet, it may not load or just take extra long.

I'm having an issue with tk dodge. Did the auto install, set the keybind to left alt (56) like you showed. I have nothing else bound to left alt in the mcm, or the controls. I even made sure the nemesis load order was completely right and updated and relaunched it. Left alt will just do nothing in the game. Other ini keybinds like single button power attack work perfectly fine, just dodge blech. Any ideas on what my issue is? Great vid btw, im currently watching your playthrough of this.

i install it through automatic installation all mod is ok . but when i trying to open nolvus through MO2 .. skyrim wont open :( ..i have rtx 4070 ti i5-13600K 32gb ram

@@biggie_bossDuring the Fallout 3 era you had to clean some of the files from the override folder of your mod organizer for some mods to work properly after each run.
That hasn't been a thing for Skyrim for the longest part of its existence.

It should. Engine fixes works as an achievement unlocker
considering this or vegabond. Problem with vegabond is that it needs 820 GIGS total to install, which is insane and I don't have that much space left... I might put the downloads on an external drive
Nolvus for longer playthroughs for sure. Vagabond is still in beta.
@@biggie_boss what do you think about Nolvus vs Wunderniik? Does Wunderniik give a shorter playthrough? My main objective is to have a looong dedicated playthough, and so I want as much content as possible, but also nto trash graphics. Wunderniik looks amazing, but I'm not sure on its length (I know you said you are not a fan of quest monds that extend the game) buts its just something I'm looking for.
Wunduniik was unstable when I last played it. Empyrean is an option. It recently had MCO added, looks great, plays great.
I know this video is 6 months old but im hoping youll still respond! I downloaded everything flawlessy with your guide! However with some of those options that cant be changed later on, in my case the nudity one. Im looking to try and revert back to having no nudity in my game, would this be possible maybe by reinstalling a mod on MO2 ? Or would it be a case of reinstalling everything from the very beginning ? Could it be worth asking in the discord?
Nudity is tied to meshes which mean they are tied to bodyslide outputs. You could reinstall the male and female body mods as non-nude but then have to run bodyslides for them. So it's easier to reinstall the modlist.

Help! Nolvus will NOT launch!
I am trying to play from the Nolvus Launcher. That opens MO2. MO2 only shows the basic Skyrim SE and High Poly Head mod.
So, MO2 is only loading the High Poly Head mod.
I already had to link the Nolvus & MO2 accounts during installation.
I am not getting anything from Nolvus. What do I have to do to make Nolvus work?

Just got my pc I have a 4070ti with a 7800x3d and 32 gb of ram I was wondering before I do all of this is my pc able to handle it at 1440p with decent frames or should I adjust the page profile like it showed? I want to play at the highest settings they offer btw and if not what would u recommend my options are
I think you should be able to run it on ultra pretty smooth on a 4070 ti at 1440p

I have a question, if nexus premium runs out can we still use our API (Vaild for the nolvus installer or just in general), and if premium does run out will we still be able to play/use/update nolvus?
You can but you have to manually download any updates files

I went trough every step, bought premium on Nexus and installed the latest versions of both Nexus and Nolvus and when it starts the instalation it stops and says " skyrim anniversary edition is not installed "

you need to update to play Nolvus but you can always downgrade to go back. Nolvus is its own MO2 instance
I star the game fine, but my issue is that I can't move at all.. Got any ideas? I've defaulted the controls too.
The captcha always says "Failure" when I try to log in to nexus mods through the Nolvus Dashboard and I can't seem to find a fix. I was really looking forward to trying this...
question: what if i already use MO2? will it conflict in any way with the mods i got or will it launch separately from my previous MO2?

I feel like I've missed something, the modpack works but for some reason I'm getting very poor performance on my high end rig (RTX 3080, 32gb Ram, Ryzen 7 3700x etc.) Any tips on improving my performance, I'm even playing on the redux version

It's not an easy task. You can install the redux to run it smoother.

Does this mod list work with a controller or will i be handicapped for using one? Im new to Pc gaming and im terrible with Mouse and keyboard so using them is uncomfortable for me cause of it. Its always been like that for me. Even in middleschool i sucked in keyboard typing class lol

The DLSS mod is just as simple as adding it to the end of your load order but if you search Thomas James on YT you'll see a video on it.
