true. I wear more sport bras than actual bras, its so much more comfortable (for me). it does depens on your size.
If you are an A to C cup you have a zillion choices but larger cup sizes are harder to find and more expensive. It's amazing how hard it is to find a plus size sports bra, even if you don't have plus size breasts. Finding a sports bra that actually minimizes bounce is tough. Imagine how hard it is to try and exercise to lose weight but not being able to find clothes to wear to do it. Workout pants are just as challenging, it's a choice between long tight lycra or short pants with a 3" inseam. Too many companies focus on cute and not on actual performance (Kate Hudson) but most if us who do work out prefer practical, functional pieces we can afford.
Lisa M lululemon makes different sports bras and pants meant for larger people. You just have to be willing to spend the money
I used to be a DD when I weighed 140lbs( im 5'4") now that Im down to 115 my boobs are down to a nice C. I would NEVER want to go back to a D or DD again, nothing ever fit me right, everything was super uncomfortable and I never felt cute in anything I wore. I think the worst is that I had them from 14-16, so I had to wear polo shirts for school which werent at all flattering. And you are right, finding a good bra at that size is hard, finding a cute bra is almost impossible.

She's not a 38DDD, that's part of the problem. She's basically out-sized in anything that isn't in regular bra sizes (and definitely in VS). I'd guess she's at least a G cup.
Also the 36D girl has been measured incorrectly too. She's not a 36 and is likely a DD, potentially a DDD/E if I had to guess.

I personally prefer a sports bra that looks sexy and makes my boobs look great instead of just covering them. However it is kinda hard to find one that actually gives you a good and stable support to workout with confidence.

I'm a D/DD and can totally recommend Shock Absorber - they're 100% worth the price (especially if you can get them on sale!), they do a wide range of sizes and *nothing moves* at all, honestly the most supportive bras I've ever tried.
So they test sports bras TWICE and do not mention the two brands that are actually well known for proving support? The brands are Shock Absorbers and Panache. Chantelle's sports bras are also pretty good. My fellow busty ladies, you're welcome.

When it comes to sports bras, most don’t have the ABCD cup sizing or the underbust measurement, it’s just S M L XL etc, so it’s very difficult for anyone with larger breasts but a smaller underbust to get the right fit, like me, I’m a 32F/34F

If you're bigger than a D or DD then don't settle for anything less than a high impact bra. Medium support just ain't gonna do it.
The VS bra they showed was a medium support one but their high impact bra doesn't act like a push up bra and will keep everything in one place. Would recommend for my fuller chested ladies. (I'm a 34 D in normal bras but in VS I'm a 34 DD or DDD, for reference)
I don't think Sheridan was wearing the right size bras to begin with, so that may have been part of her problem as well as many brands not making their products for bustier women. I personally wear a Panache Sport, but I've heard good things about Wacoal and the Shock Absorber bra as well. These are great brands for bustier women. Being a 34H(UK sizing), I can understand her frustrations, lol.

Στέλλα Αλεξίου it might be vitiligo, which is when your body makes too much melanin and some areas of skin get lighter. Could be a scar. I think it's unique and beautiful, and that ultimately it doesn't really matter what it is.

This video is very helpful in that it calls for not giving up until you find what fits you personally, and in that it shows that the best choice for that girl might not be yours.
Being an A cup, I decided, I don't mind at all if a sports bra flattens what I have completely. All I ask for it to get rid of the bounce and not to constrict my movement at the same time. Which is surprisingly not as easy to find as I thought it would be.

I always had a hard time finding a good bra (sport or otherwise) since I'm a 28F, but I came across the champion max support sports bra and oh my goodness... I wear them constantly now. So comfortable and keeps me secure.

As a runner, the Brooks Juno is my favourite. The WORST thing about sports bras is that is seems like most of them available in stores aren't actually made to support you, it's ridiculous.

The lululemon bra is our free to be tranquil bra. It is simply designed "to provide light support for a B/C cup". As a lulu employee, I would only recommed this one for yoga or something like going to the store. It is not at all designed for anykind of running or vigorous work out.

Absolutely loved this, I have just bought my first ever sports bra Adidas and you all at some stage just described what I went through once I managed to do the dam thing up with help I might add. I felt good in the bra but don’t think I could where for everyday things as it felt too much like mountain climbing safety gear. Wish the same girls would do more life videos together.
