I rather transcribe things myself, as opposed to just getting the score and playing the notes. Listening to the recording and figuring out what is being played is a painstaking process but IMHO a deeper and more educational one, compared to looking at the page and playing the notes.
I do, (since I transcribed this solo and that took considerable time and effort), however, I’m not trying to run a pdf file exchange service here on my channel. What I hope to encourage in students is the ability to hear what is being played. Try to listen to recordings (you like) and play what you hear - your playing skills will improve drastically!
There is no way i could play this by ear, thank you!!
Thank you! Love this tune
Thank you....this is such a brilliant work...
how the hell did you do this? How many hours of work? 😮
brilliant, thank you ❤
Years of listening carefully to all kinds of music. This track took a few hours, not more
Thanks so much for the transcription. Just great stuff.
Welcome!
Adding my own thanks!
Beautiful work dude!
Thanks!
Thank you so much 🎉🎉❤
rhythmically the most complex tune of CC, or do you know others like this?
Good question! I think “Spain” has more complexity.
@@pianoworkout I could learn Spain by ear, but not Fingerprints
Who transcribed? Excellent!!
Beautiful CC solo.
I did the transcribing
I’ve transcribed the first piano solo without the left hand in its entirety. So if you’re interested I can mail it to you if you want.

title should be ‘deconstruction of footprints' 😂
This is awesome! Do you have it in pdf form?
Yes I do! PM me
do you have the pdf of this?

this is only the piano sheet right ?
The video shows only the main theme + the first 4 choruses of Chick’s solo
@@pianoworkout it's also not synchronized, right? but thanks still this is awesome
It is synchronized, that’s how I edited it. Looks and sounds fine on my computer
@@pianoworkout i think I was just not paying attention
No problem :)
