Unsurprisingly not a ton happens after WW2 and most of the major players are wiped off the map like Russia and Germany, the game isn't really meant to be played after around 1952 which is when most nations' focus trees are complete, it is interesting to see how the game auto balances like the french commune and the confederates and what new wars and factions pop up

That’s why HoI is my least favourite paradox game. You spend all this time preparing for one event and then you restart.
Atleast in their other titles diplomacy and peace’s and everything else honestly matters 😅😅
