Hi. Oliva and aceituna are both perfectly right but oliva (from Latín) is mostly used for the olive tree fruit (aceite de oliva = olive oil) and aceituna (from Arabic al-zeyt, aceite) is an olive that can be eaten.

Hola Bridget, Se puede decir aceituna y oliva, pero se usa más aceituna. En el monumento a Cervantes están los escudos de los países en los que se habla español. Están en la fuente y algo desgastados por el agua. Hay que fijarse.❤

Hola! Tienes que probar también el gazpacho, es como el salmorejo, pero se le añade agua, se suele tomar con trozos de jamón serrano, huevo y algunas verduras troceadas, sobre todo se toma en verano porque se toma frio.

Salmorejo is one the easiest recipes of the world!! you only need a blender.
1kg of tomatoes (riped)
1 clove of garlick (remove the sprout)
200gr bread (Baguette, Ciabatta NOT WHITE BREAD. And preferabily hard from days before.
Put the tomatoes on the blender, when they turn to a soup add the garlic and start adding the bread and blend until they got the consistency you like. Lastly add two spoons of olive oil and salt. That's it.
Thank you for this recipe, I'm definitely going to try it. Though I have found that the tomatoes in Spain are a bit different (better) than the tomatoes in the US, where I live! So I don't know if the taste will be recreated perfectly. I will try :)

Lo del QR lo empezaron a meter con lo del covid y ya se ha quedado porque básicamente se ahorran el dinero al no tener que imprimir en un soporte físico y así pueden subir el precio cuando les de la gana, todo son ventajas.
Entiendo las ventajas, aunque sigo prefiriendo las cartas físicas! 😂
