The flight from Manchester to The Gambia has been discontinued, so the only way now, as far as I know, to get to the part of Senegal we visited, the Casamance, is to fly to Dakar and get the ferry from their to Zigwinchor. The town we stayed at was Abéné. Hope this helps.
