In fairness, the menu says raviolo which means one. Ravioli, like panini, is plural. It's on the starter menu but, I agree, it's a puny portion. More like an amuse-bouche or an hors d'oeuvre.

Your dino mixture is basically Swedish Meatball Mixture. Only you'll need to swap the chicken mince for half & half beef & pork mince. Then you add a pinch if Allspice, and an egg... And you're THE SWEDISH CHEF.... (from the Muppet Show) ! 😂❤

Raviolo for one, ravioli is plural. The menu states raviolo. A brighter orange colour of egg yolk doesn't indicate a better quality. Different breeds of chicken have different shades of egg yolks. Doesn't he have a cookbook? Thought he'd have known that.
I will never eat lamb! Poor babies should be running free in a grass and flower covered meadow. Happy and carefree, with their sweet, adorable faces and fleecy coats. Nope no lamb for me or rabbits for that matter rather starve or eat mushrooms and berries and roots. maybe just maybe I should be a vegetarian....sort of leaning that way.

Not the same. Grated cheese is coated in a chemical to stop it clumping which affects the quality.
