Amazing recipe! Love your channel and all your easy to follow recipes. If I may offer a tip? If you put your olive oil in before your honey, the oil coating on the measuring spoon will cause the honey to slide right out with no mess. I'm glad I ran across you on TH-cam!
I made this recipe! It was easy and the chicken was so moist and delicious! I love that you use basic every day ingredients. This is the second recipe of yours I’ve tried and they both have been so delicious! Thank you for putting out such awesome content! 😊
Thank you for this super easy chicken marinade. Made some last week and we're definitely going to make some more this week. So easy and flavorful. Crispy skin but with tender and juicy meat. Thank you so much!
This recipe is great! I put them in air fryer for 15 min at 370 and flipped them halfway through. The green sauce was delicious! Used regular yogurt instead of Greek, added 1 whole jalapeño and mayonnaise. It was a lil on the thinner side, but still tasty.
Was pleasantly surprised, ravenous, hadn't all the fresh stuff so omitted this time the lime crema sauce. Even so, was still quite deliciousI A couple of side notes: I read a brining step is traditional in Peru? Also, I think no problem marinated longer or even overnight?
Hi! New to the air frier world and new subscriber. I was wondering if in this recipe the temperature could be set a little lower to prevent burning and cook for a little longer. Thanks for your efforts!
If you spread a thin layer of olive oil on your spoon before you pour the honey into the spoon, it will all come out quickly and cleanly. Or you could just pour the olive oil in first and then the honey. Same result. 🙂
Soy sauce is optional, and so is the black beer. Vinegar is a must when marinating your chicken, but it's subjective. Aji Panka (rub or puree) isn't accessible to everyone, and the same with moto. I think he did a great job.
No, it doesn't in this case and many others I've seen that are made from Peruvians. This is the short version rather than the exotic all out special occasion one.
I also want to say that when I am making sauces like that in a blender, it works better if the parsley, basil or cilantro are cut in smaller sizes and also the garlic cloves. You don't need a dramatic chop, just a little. Regards!
That looks good! You just kicked me um...to the delish zone! Always ready to taste new dishes! Doing the airfry way!! I love thighs, too! (more flavor than breast meat & never dry!) Yummy, yum! Waving to you from south Georgia-land of best Peaches, boiled Peanuts, & Vidalia onions!🥘🍲🌭🌮🍕🍟🍿🥗🦐🍝🍠☕🗽🚑🚒🚓
Looks delicious… just one thing, there is NO capsaicin/spice in chili seeds. It is in the interior veins. The seeds may touch the veins and get some capsaicin on them but seeds are NOT the spicy part of chili
People who can't handle chili take out seeds as well cause the seeds are attached to the vein. I even soaked my jalapenos in vinegar and water for about an hour to get rid of heat completely.
I would like to add some advice for people out there. If you want to make Peruvian chicken actually research what goes into the recipe first. Don't just watch this inaccurate video and assume you are making Peruvian chicken. Amarilllo Aji (Yellow Peruvian pepper paste is) Soy sauce, Oregano are all missing from this dish. Greek Yogurt, and Honey has no business in Peruvian Chicken. Mayo is usually used
Guys, guys, guys, you guys, guys, you guys, etc., etc., etc. Please! Love your videos amd your lively personality but I can’t take the many, many (50, 60, 100?) uses of ‘guys’ and ‘you guys’. It’s worse than ‘uh’.
You are correct. Needs 1 tablespoon ajî Amarillo (Peruvian yellow chile) paste, mint leaves or 1 Tablespoon huacatay sauce (black mint) sauce , and 1/4 cup Cotija, Queso Fresco, or Parmesan cheese
I am from Perú and I like when people from other countries try Peruvian food...is delicious!!!
I'm from india and will try this recipe definitely and share my thoughts here ♥️
Food,Song all these has no boundaries 😁
It's my favorite latin cuisine 😋👌
Looks good, but adding aji amarillo paste is a must in the green sauce
and aji panca for the chicken
no it's not!
You had me at Peruvian chicken, I could eat that everyday

You should try pollo a la brasa, delicious 😊

Love the video! thank you for all the details, like leaving bag open while squeezing out the air, really helps to set us up for success!
My pleasure, I’m happy to hear that you found the tips helpful.
My son bought me an Air fryer so I shall definitely be cooking this recipe looks delicious 😋
Looks good. Did I miss it or there is no lime in the cilantro-lime crema? Maybe that was the liquid missing in the blender.
Yes!! Well spotted!
I'm making this recipe right now, thanks!
Hey buddy...that looks so simple and easy to make. Cant wait to try it...thank you for sharing :)

I made this and it was the bomb!!! Thanks for sharing. Hey, BTW, this chicken recipe would be fabulous on the grill --- my next venture.

Looks savory and delicious, nice job! Going to give this a try!

Dear, which camera and lenses do you use to make your videos ? They are sharp and colourful !
Awesome brother! Thanks for your recepies 🙏
Does the green sauce have to be kept in the refrigerator ?
I love your cooking ❤
I measure my olive oil first then the honey slips off the spoon
I wish these recipe videos included side suggestions to make a full and balanced meal. This chicken looks good, though.
This looks so delicious 🤤 I can’t wait to try them. Thank you for sharing.

It's near but you have to try the real deal the charcoal and other spices give the chicken a whole new level.
What about broiling this or baking, if one doesn't have an air fryer?
Bake in the oven 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
@@PatraK-du8ve Thank you!
💯💯💯
CANT WAIT TO TRY IT!!!!!
The cerveza negra is missing and the Aji panka,Peruvian soy sauce and ajinomoto
Soy sauce is optional, and so is the black beer. Vinegar is a must when marinating your chicken, but it's subjective. Aji Panka (rub or puree) isn't accessible to everyone, and the same with moto. I think he did a great job.
Doesn't this recipe normally have huacatay, aji panca and soy sauce? Or am I mixing up recipes?
It does.
No, it doesn't in this case and many others I've seen that are made from Peruvians. This is the short version rather than the exotic all out special occasion one.
Put the ingredients in a bowl first. Mix them. Then add to the chicken.
I also want to say that when I am making sauces like that in a blender, it works better if the parsley, basil or cilantro are cut in smaller sizes and also the garlic cloves. You don't need a dramatic chop, just a little. Regards!
where is Amarillo paste?
Yes aji Amarillo and soy sauce make it authentic
@@ailse491 No thanks the aji amarillo is chili, which he can't handle and neither can I. The soy sauce is optional.
.. ideally the smart thing to do would be to blend ingredients and adding juice and oil first.. then pour over the chicken..
Can I do this with breasts. I don't like thighs. Would I have to add more oil?
Go salt olive oil the honey when using measuring spoon
If you spray your measuring spoon with Pam, your honey won't stick in it.
Poor Pam!!
Funny thing is Matthew said 🎉
Next time add the mayo last AFTER you’ve blended the cilantro and jalapeño together ….That will prevent the clumping and curdling in the sauce .

Measure your oil right before the honey, then the spoon is slippery and all the honey is able to be removed from the spoon.
Going grocery shopping right now
Cilantro lime crema sauce with no lime
It has lime. Read the recipe here: cookingwithcoit.com/air-fryer-peruvian-chicken/
The food looks amazing but there is nothing peruvian here. In Peru we really don't use jalapeños we use aji amarillo, rocoto, aji limo etc.
I'm glad he uses Jalapenos cause I can't handle the heat from the aji amarillo.
DIFFERENT RECIPE
What exactly makes this Peruvian? No Aji..no soy sauce….
I would like to add some advice for people out there. If you want to make Peruvian chicken actually research what goes into the recipe first.

AND OF COURSE THE SECRET INGREDIENTS?????? Top secret sorry
this is not peruvian, you're missing key ingredients that makes it true peruvian
Why not use a Bowl instead of a ZiP Lock Bag. Why to use plastic bag and ingest micro plastics in the food 😢
Dude, you’re terrible at this! 😂. Recipe is basically do anything you want and it’ll be something something chicken!
Hi you are so nice chef I hope you try speak slowly please thank you good luck
