    Lmethylated folate is good for your body as synthetic folic acid can block cell receptors so the natural food form of Lmethylated is blocked from cells. Methylcobalimin form of B12 and P5P form of B6 are in MTHFR type prenatals.....some people take them as mental health improves when they try them.

    Naturelo Prenatal (£20 per month), Seeking Health Prenatal (8 per day at £53? per month estimate), or Thorne Prenatal, are all brands good for someone who has had miscarriages and might have MTHFR gene mutations. Vitamin D should be paired with vitamin K2 and a higher dose might help mental health...like 10,000 iu and 100 mcg K2. I take sea kelp tablet for extra iodine to help support my thyroid (my TSH is 1.3 at last test). I had many miscarriages and conquered (well contained anyway) serious anxiety by 2 hours daily exercise...every day, better supplements and better diet.
