I ordered the Hurricane this morning. I also spoke on the phone with Pam at Predator Tools because I ordered the Piranha online by mistake, as I wanted the Hurricane. She said they’re selling their shovels fast, and mentioned you and Paystreak’s TH-cam channels boosting sales. She said her neighbor told her about your channel and she watched this video. The piranha is a great shovel
@@jeffhunter9311 the piranha is a awesome shovel also. All predator tools shovels are the best money can buy. But it is a straight blade. I just prefer curved blade cause it let's me cut better plugs for myself personally.

Thanks, dude. I was leaning towards the Phoenix, but I think I’m going to order the Hurricane after watching. I’m 6’ 2” with arms like an orangutan. You’ve helped me make my decision. I use a Root Slayer now, but it doesn’t cut that neat of a plug. Cheers!

I've had a phonix for a few years I also have a hurricane both fantastic shovels the phonix is more controllable that's the only difference

IF the phoenix had the lenght of the Hurricane , they would sell way more shovels. personally i dont like the T handle , and the Phoenix is to short.
I believe there is one that is the length of hurricane with d handle like Phoenix. Maybe. I'm not 100% sure

Cool video man. Very informative and straight to the point. I believe I would want the d handle shorter shovel since I’m a short guy. Those prices are pretty good. I believe I paid $120 for a landscape shovel with similar construction.
Yea the shorter D handle is the Phoenix. AND can't go wrong with it bro. It is definitely built high quality tough.

Haha. Really all depends on how tall u are brother. I'm 5'11 and the Phoenix suites me. My buddy is about 6ft tall and prefers the hurricane.
just ordered the Phoenix shovel so now i have that one and the raptor digger comeing hope it gets here cause im in Canada .I had to pay a whole lot more for them but if you want the best well you gotta pay

I use a Radius Root slayer Nomad. only 40ish dollars and I LOVE IT. however.. I wish it had a T handle. But it rocks for making nice deep, thinner plugs!!! I love that Hurricane though. that's nice

A shovel will work "root slayer" to dig a hole! These shovels will work FOREVER digging holes "plugs" or chopping roots,murdering briar patches,poke salad,zombies hell you name it its lifetime tough!

My favorite is the Phoenix for sure. But that's only because I'm 5'10. If ur 6ft or taller I would go with the hurricane.

I prefer the 36" shovels Something about that size easy to Clip it to your belt or just carry it around also I like to stand my detector up with that while I'm in the hole But absolutely predator shovels Are great

Yes. I just got one. Def. Saves ur foot in hard ground. If ur ground is usually soft u probably won't need one. I usually wear work boots. But the other day I was using my everyday shoes. And it started to make my foot sore from kicking shovel into the ground. So I ordered one haha

Oh yes it's more comfortable. AND that what I did. Just got one for the foot I use. I'm gonna do a video on them shortly. I might be able to get the video out this Wednesday on them
