Kudus wasn't playing alot in the last 2 years under Ten Hag at Ajax. He was injured alot. Also played more as a 10 and striker. Was only last season he was consistently showing his quality on the right. So woudnt make sense to buy Kudus when United bought Anthony. It's just revision of what happend.

There's this narrative among my fellow United fans that LVG is the only manager who should have been given more time and that Jose wasn't good enough. It's utter bs- LVG falls out with players like there's no tomorrow, made awful transfer decisions and played the worst football I've seen us play in my 33 years. Yet the narrative is that Jose leaves everywhere under a cloud.
Just look at how LVG left Barcelona and Bayern Munich. Their fans hated him. He gutted the attack to pander to a finished Rooney meaning that Jose was barely able to build a team let alone a squad.
Ten Hag is just like LVG but worse. Jose told the truth and clowns like Goldstein got in their feelings as a result

Even with the injuries back. Martinez we will play out from the back and his line breaking passes and long balls into final third, mount adds creativity and dictating play and covers distance. When rashford, Garnacho and hoijlund are firing we can be consistent.

Varane a very poor signing regardless of his CV, at least Casemiro has the ‘legs’ still. But Utd surely nurturing the youth with these two players around them. The two young’s lads that have come into the side to cover these two older Pro’s have done very little wrong, so give them more games, with nothing to lose this season. 🤔🙏🏻🙏🏻

They shouldn’t have been signed. UTD was a big pre-retirement contract for both. Varane isn’t fit enough. He cannot slide tackle or he’ll break. He’s good, but won’t be able to help the team in 3 years when they might be ready to challenge for something. Same with Casemiro. They came when UTD couldn’t get any big name youngster to come.

Chaotic, unstructured, panicked hit and rush football is not GOOD FOOTBALL! Properly coached teams don't play like this! There's no structure and it's complete fluke that we won those games by running around like headless chickens. City will kill teams with a thousand passes and often deliberately slow the game down to lull their opponents into thinking they are safe, then hit them when their concentration drops. That's how you play football. Not *boot it to garnacho and hope he improvises a half chance that mctominay can shithouse his way into scoring*. We haven't had one good game this season when it comes to playing football. United fans need to wake up and actually learn what makes a good performances.

Inconsistency comes from constantly changing the team due to injuries. If you look at the players ETH has to currently use, they wouldn’t get into most team in the league. Simple. I’m surprised we’re still ahead of Newcastle and co who have been able to field majority of their best 11 consistently.

I wouldn't put Newcastle in that category considering they have the most injures of any team.
