Full Moon was the first bar i went to when i moved to Bristol in 2016 and one that i frequented often. Now back in New Zealand i do miss it, and the rest of Stokescroft for that matter…..Goodluck
@@leataylor9277 It was not full of pretentious 'cool' people from London, so in my view it was better. Had some real individuals not sheep stuck on the latest trend.
Used to go in here when it was a Goth/Alternative pub and venue 2002-2006. Was the fist venue I took my wife to see a local Goth band when she moved here in 2003 from Chicago. The area just isn't the same, all the venues we used to go to Blue Mountain, Powerhouse, Club UK are gone. It was dodgy in the 2000's but now its just been gentrified. Now that the Crown, Hatchet and Bierkellers all gone, I am glad we left Bristol 5 years ago. Just glad we were in our 20's in the 2000's when there was far more choice about and Bristol was not over priced and over rated.
