All prices are similar to where I am (Toronto Canada) except for the bananas (sooo expensive for you) and the Heinz ketchup - you pay $1 more than I ever would.
I have heard Canada and Australia are more similar in food prices. We've had some issues with floods and other weather over past 12 months which may have driven prices up on some fruit and veg too as a lot of crops were badly damaged/destroyed.
Love the meal planning! Can't wait to see the mince curry. What would your husband get for takeaway being gluten free?
Lots of GF takeaway options: most pizza and burger places do gf base/bun for extra cost. Thai food or other Asian type dishes with rice/rice noodles are good too :)

Yep, it's much more expensive here generally compared to most parts of the US.
Bananas are grown in Australia so the cost includes Aussie wages and transportation which are much higher than imported bananas from a south American country
