Cheers mate. I lived in south-east London for a couple years and because of it I’ve always had time for Charlton. One of the only ‘real’ football clubs left in the capital.
Happy 125th anniversary to the club I love the most. It's been 125 years of joy, heartbreak, pride and passion, but I've loved every minute of being a Pompey Fan since 1996 through the good times and bad. Here's to another 125 years of Pompey as the future is looking very bright, PUP. 🔹️🔷️🔵💙
Happy birthday to the pride of the south. May the fratton faithful follow you forever more. Portsmouth fc is more than a club, it’s a way of life. Bringing so much joy to those passionate supporters involved. Play up Pompey💙
What a great 125 years it's been for the club and the city. I've witnessed up and downs for the club in my lifetime. I've seen us as Champions of the leagues from what is now the championship down to League 2. The FA Cup in 2008 and as runners up in 2010. Thankyou for the memories and here's to next 125 years. 🎆🎇
For want of not being a traitor to our club, as I heard that person mention, it was our third FA Cup appearance, we have to admit, we did just lose to Man City, that day in 1956, 2-1.
Happy anniversary Pompey, as a Charlton fan I have a lot of respect for you
Thanks Pat

So what happened in 1949 and 1950 then? Anything of note? You wouldn't know it watching this video.
