Kaleigh, seriously, thank you. I wasn’t feeling well this afternoon. Wasn’t motivated. Knew I needed a workout. I had just gone down to my basement gym and said just do 4 sets of hip thrusters … that’s it! Midway I said “nope. Not motivated to do anymore, I need Kaleigh motivation!!” I just turned this workout on and it was amazing, once again!! You rock! Thank you for sharing your gift from above with all of us. Today I woke up feeling groggy and irritated. I did not want to do any workout but I searched your channel and did this one. I told myself to just get started and it's ok if I don't finish this. But i completed it and loved every second of this workout. Thank you❤

07/13/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this July SSS, this was a tough one that I had to keep with lower weights because of my back! So I stayed mindful but made it through! The calf raises, sumos and DLs' which I love, I was able to keep between 20lbs and 25lbs! #StrongLegs #ForDays 🦵
Week 6 - Sweet Summer Sweat - Day 39 - Done. Ankle weights and band - much respect. Loved this full workout and the playlist was awesome! Playing favorites!😄 Have that beautiful post workout shake - did well. Definitely need heavier dumbbells. We’re about to plateau again. Thank you Kaleigh!🏁WINNING🏁 ⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️

Kaleigh, this is my first work out with you. My gym closed during COVID, like so many others. I discovered I LOVED working out at home. I was working out with Caroline Girvan and she vanished. Then I was using 2 other TH-camrs. I like them but it's boring at this point. I found you a while ago, but you were doing Cycle and Strength. I don't have a cycle so I just breezed past you. You showed back up on my feed so I checked you out doing strength stuff. I decided to try this one today. GREAT FORMAT!!! It was a great workout. I like your style. Thank you so much. Are you planning on doing MORE "just strength" workouts?

I was so excited to do this workout after I got home from work today! Always a great session with you Kaleigh! ❤ Question, can I hold the 2 weights down by the sides of each leg (one weight in each hand) when doing the squats? Every time I hold them up on my shoulders, I seem to pull the muscles across the middle of my back, and/or my lower back muscles (which are weakened from multiple workout injuries). Thanks!!! ❤️👏👏
