8000 tickets perday sold, only 4000 were allowed in. There were people getting bitten, people fighting, an ambulance was called. Someone got kicked out after jacking it to a mlp pillow in the bathroom, there were maggots in sealed artbooks and even more fun surprises!

A TH-camr named “Sarah Z” did a really in-depth 50 minute video on DashCon after watching this. She was able to find the original kickstarter and original blog posts that started it all. For example, the panels they wanted to do like “British Men with…Cheekbones” lol came from a long post about “What if Tumblr was a school?” and listed all of the different classes they could take. The con lineup basically went off that list and she shows the original list. She also has background on the 3 people that ran it and has emails and all kinds of shit. It’s well worth a 50 minute watch.

Apparently the script for Man in Cave is almost a word for word plagiarism of an already existing news article, and it would seem this is true. It's very unfortunate, but the video where it was brought up also had some digging up of previous videos and looking through some random comments on IH videos to prove a point.
The video was supposed to be about TH-cam plagiarism.
The saddest part of this whole shit show is that the convention didn't even supply the ball pit themselves. Some poor shmuck who saw how miserable it was brought their own ball pit to try and liven up the place.

In my faith, "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints" they encourage us to read the doctrine ourselves, and get our own testimony of the truth. They're very clear about what is the truth and what isn't, but they want us to ask questions so we can get answers.
They even put up essays online about some of the ugly truths of the early church. Granted those essays aren't nearly as damning as all the accusations surrounding those accounts, but the Church cites all of their sources (in all of their writing) so people can actually fact check it.
