Oh, that hexagon box is so beautiful. I just love it. I just needed to watch this to see how to make a wig box. I do wigs and it'd be a nice touch to let them leave with a box I made with my own hands. Not as ornate as yours though. That one would be for ME! So selfish huh?

I made this yesterday. Your instructions are perfect! Thank you very much. It's not an easy project, but the box and lid came out great. However. I am finding it hard to cover it with paper. I think I should distress ink or paint it instead of trying to 'wallpaper ' all those corners on the box and lid. Adding just embellishments would be much easier. Anyway, thanks for this video. You did a great job.

@17:30 I chose to use a scrap piece of chipboard from the project as an accurate spacer when drawing the lines.

Hello. I buy the chipboard in a local stationery store here in Singapore. The store is called "Evergreen" but I'm not sure they have branches in Australia. Try to check in the craft section at Spotlight too, or your stationery/craft local stores.
Sometimes it's also called "Image board".
