    Hi Chong! Just wondering, are the Mountain Climbers drill part of the glute activation, too? I'm trying to think how that fits in......and, is it his Left Glute that's the weaker one? (less fascia connection?)

    Id say the Left leg is weaker because he is missing short on his one leg jumpers with the left foot

    When doing hyperarch hops, should your knee bend? When I lock my foot I cant bend my knee much during the hops. I can feel it in my glutes and calves tho

      It should bend very little only on impact on the floor.

    Is the towel necessary? And why? He could just do all the exercises on concrete right.
    Or does the sensation of the towel simulate the experience of walking barefoot in the grass and is therefore better than doing it in concrete?

    Right leg has weaker connection to the glutes. Plants for dunks off his left and balance on the right leg not as strong in the hips.

      You don't need to, but yes you can
