Other channels, like this one, are ok to supplement the info but the most interesting and new models are not toured by Nick, no Riva or Pershing, for example.

One thing all superyachts have in common that I don't really like is the incredible abundance of shiny surfaces. So much time spent polishing! Especially when you know glare will be a problem with the ocean sun. But this is a gorgeous boat.
Thank you so much. I truly enjoy watching, with an adult beverage and imagining being on this one. What I really liked was the room that can convert to a sleeping area. I really felt like I was at home!!! Absolute comfort everywhere. Other plus was treating the captain with dignity with his own cabin right behind the helm area; this is total respect for his position. The crew also with having a window in the mess area. I could see myself having coffee with them in the morning to cover the menu items for the day! The kitchen storage area is amazing. What I appreciated was seeing an active kitchen in service. Usually the kitchen is so sterile with nothing out. Not this one! The dumbwaiter at the aft of the center island is a great touch. Although the owner's suite did not have a balcony, it made up for it with that walk through closet. I can fit everything I have right now in there just perfectly: shoes, handbags & clothes! Spectacular views throughout every deck. I am relaxed just seeing this. I will say the only fault is the lack of day-head on the top deck. The notes everywhere for the crew as reminders was great! And the en suites... Yikes! The 1950's "square ceramic tile" finish... Yeah, NO. Whomever okay'd that needs to be designing mobile homes...! In 1970. Engines - 775hp Cats, running at
I noticed that the crew gets bigger rooms, bigger social areas and bigger windows than usual. The captains quarters were very impressive as well. I'm guessing that on a 6500 mile cruise, your crew needs a bit more space to move around.
Also, i'd guess, that as the owner you are also the employer and i'd wager that once you find a crew that you like it's beneficial to keep them. I can imagine it's 10x harder to find a good new crew than find a new mechanic or hairdresser.
It's stunning...even though some of the fittings aren't 2020 style...it's jaw dropping...I think it's the true long haul hardiness of it I love...you could go round the world in this boat in total luxury...winning euromillions ticket needed!
Love these older boats to me there's more class in them than some of the newer boats. The art deco touch is lovely. She is a long distance Lady with serious engine power. 😱 6 and a half nautical miles incredible. Thanks for this tour.
I delivered yachts for a number of years as a crew member. Basically ships engineer @ power generating systems electrician/diesel engine mechanic/fresh water producing equipment/ and even first mate on a few deliveries. Many of our deliveries were sailing yachts which was extremely cool beans with me cause I lived {10 years} on my own itty bitty 32ft sailboat near San Francisco Bay . Sailing a multi million dollar vessel was pure heaven, but when it came to stink pots (engine powered only yachts}, hands down long range Expedition Class yachts were my absolute favorite. Every creature comfort offered by hip, slick, and terminally cool looking yachts, yet built so damn solid entering a heavy sea squall required nary a single fuck to give. This bristol lady here is a most worthy example of what a cruising yacht should be.
Ein Traumschiff. Ein Schiff, wie ich es mag. Ein Explorerboat wie man es braucht. Ein absoluter WOW - Effekt. Danke für die Vorstellung an Aquaholic. Thank you !!!
"In typical Aquaholic style we're going everywhere" - please never change. I have lately started to pay more attention to the setup and design of the engine room and lazaret than I do at the staterooms and salons. Also tender stowage and me imagining in my mind where I would put my scuba setup if I was ever lucky enough to own a blue water cruiser.
No matter how nice how sharp many of those super yachts aim to be they will never compare to the the true sense of adventure and all this nautical that an explorer like this tasteful ship. Proper class
I worked at a supplier for Delta Marine. It was just amazing to visit and see these being built. The crew would always joke and say maybe someday we'll build you one of these... While that has never happened this video (and your videos in general) brings me closer to seeing what they're like. Love it.
I think this is my favorite boat you've reviewed. Love the philosophy of it and the interior is just so warm and inviting. That bridge and captain's cabin make me feel like a kid saying "I want to be a ship captain when I grow up!" A lovely lovely boat.
First boat of this type that I would have. Mostly prefer Plastic gin palaces, not that I could afford one. I like to live vicariously through your videos, thanks Nick
I love seeing where Delta has gone. From building fishing trawlers to gorgeous yachts. I worked there during the transition from the trawler hull designs to the first 100' hull.
Its probably one of the finest boat that I have seen. Very well designed and super range making it very desirable. Thank you once again for doing all the hard work👍.

That’s the best captains cabin I’ve seen on any super yacht video. Your videos always capture the heart of the ships nd I’m s fascinated with the crew areas as I am the guest and owner. Great ship.
Great tour. Now this is a boat I wouldn't be afraid to take across the Atlantic or into rough weather. The only thing I would change is the peach color in the salon. Otherwise perfect boat. Thankyou for the video.
It's easy to follow the way you went through the yacht, which is no small feat, based on the massive size of the vessel. You are the master of yacht tours.
Love the little ship feel. Love the amount of space dedicated to the crew. Too many yachts seem to cram the crew into the bowels of the ship. Great to see the crew mess on the main deck with decent views! Looks in immaculate condition but could do with an internal re-fresh. I’d have to be getting rid of the soft furnishings, lose the peach and all the gold trims. Fingers crossed for a Euro win tonight... (Just joined the channel and loving the real time walk throughs. I like the "old school" elegance and nice art-deco styling elements, as well as the fact that this indeed is a little ship rather than a yacht. Less show, more go, and with proper crew accommodations, especially for the captain, very, very nice indeed.
My main complaint is that all of the bedrooms have transparent glass doors leading to the bathrooms, even the ones with 2x single beds. That doesn't make a lot of sense. My first upgrade would be opaque en suite doors!

What a brilliant ship. I absolutely adore art deco and have recently refurbished a country residence in this style, love the roaring 20's which this vessel reminds me of (from research, I am not that old!). Captain's cabin brilliant but yet again the poor old staff, whilst getting much better space they are not presented in terms of decor very well but worth refurbishing at this very reasonably price. Kitchen needs updating as well. But what a wonderful vessel I think I just might have found my ideal one! Thankyou Nik.
Fantastic layout, I’d want a different colour scheme, but just a great machine. True blue water cruiser. I like this far more than the Med cruisers. And as always, a fabulous walk through!
Fantastic tour of a stunning boat - thanks, Nick. 6,500 miles? Perfect. I’ll take it. My round the world cruise starts as soon as she’s delivered & stocked. I think I’ll take a decade or so, because I don’t want to rush. Now - do I go West or East...?
cornskid That’s an important job - I’m pleased you’ve got the right equipment. It’s yours. I was thinking of the Baltic, Scandinavia & the North coast of Russia for the first year or so. You OK with that?

Good gracious, what a ship. After the last video I thought you can't get any better than this but again you have delivered. This ship is absolutely stunning.
I love the art deco styling and the lustre of the wood , beautiful. The master Suite has a bigger footprint than my house! Great video and thank you for this excellent tour.
Everytime I watch one of your access all area's tours, I make notes of questions to ask you,but as ever as you take us along with you you explain everything to us and my list becomes redundant. Well done Nick for yet another fantastic tour
I have absolutely fallen in love with this one. I especially like the range and space it genuinely feels like it was made for me. plus that price point is much lower than I'd expect for a boat this size
I thought Spada was a little ship, but this one is a little cruise liner. I think Nick you are going to be the GoTo person when it comes to wanting to sell your superyacht and need a sales video. The other ones on TH-cam sound like second hand cars salesmen with over the top gushing descriptions, your tours are a personally conducted one on one tour. Long may you be invited and asked to do them. Now, whats the name of that bank that gives Trump all those bank loans he never bothers to repay and still gives him more? It will have to be a toss-up between this one and Spada.
Absolutely my favourite, I may have said in a previous comment section about Nordhavn and the ‘giving way to luxury’ in return for a robust, no nonsense ship...well..I apologise, this ship has the lot, it is beautiful and I want one haha I don’t believe that are enough superlatives i n the English dictionary that could accurately describe this ship...outstanding! (there’s one) nice one Nick
What a fantastic boat. As usual a really engaging tour where you take us all areas within the boat which is a real beauty with amazing styling and if I had that kind of money would be top on my shopping list. Good thinking Ocean Independence letting Nick do this video there might be someone out there who watches it and has the money to purchase it. Many thanks and very enjoyable.
I'm always impressed with Nick's delivery. He has a professional approach but with a cheeky humor. His standard walk around starts usually on the Swim Deck, moving up to the Saloon and Bridge area, then down to the Galley and forward Master and other Staterooms plus Heads, then up and around the deck to the rear, where he finishes with crew/storage and Engine compartment. His knowledge on this subject is impressive and the tour seems to flow seamlessly. His passion doesn't cease just because the size of the craft does. Keep posting Mr Burnham, some day I might be able to afford one, and may need your advice.
Love this boat. A real ship with real capability, and they dont skimp on the crew areas like so many do! It must be so fun to set off on a voyage in it.
Super nice boat, but was the interior colour scheme chosen by the wife of West Ham's goal keeper in 1987. Salmon, pastels and fake gold trim... to contrast the white, timber and chrome look the builder had in place. Absolutely hideous. Just need some plush red carpet in the bathrooms and galley to make it complete.
I like the interior decoration. It's intended to (and succeeds at) evoke reminiscences of New York and Hollywood in the Art Deco era (1924 - 1940). There's also a hint of Hong Kong in the pre-war years.
@@guerrillaentrepreneur5999 You're about three decades off. The stair case safety barriers and the wall sconces, for example, would fit right in at the Empire State Building in 1931, but would be totally out of place at 4222 Clinton Way in 1969.
Sorry, my point of disappointment was the mixing of styles in a clumsy and incohesive manner. I would love to see an example of this vessel that had all of the interior designed by the builder/designer. (An assumption, I hope this wasn't coordinated) This I can see as an example of what happens when the builder says "Yes sir, we would love to sell you a boat, and if you wish to spend the extra money we can almost certainly recreate the Escape to The Country feel that you're after." "What is your budget, sir?" "So sorry sir, we build new and modern boats. We are not able to reproduce every manufactured part of the boat to match that style choice. You should buy as much as you can from High Street. Start at the bottom of the boat and work your way up, and we will let you know when you run out of modification budget." Or I could be wrong, having never seen the inside of another Delta. Maybe they are all "edgy" design?

BEST VESSEL Ive SEEN yet, I saw one the other day for OVER $55 000 000 and this BEAUTY is no comparison!! Happy Days111
What an incredible yacht and tour. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon.
The guest cabbins? Sharing yet you can see into the bathrooms through the clear slits in the dorr when they are on the toilet????
What a brilliant ship. I absolutely adore art deco and have recently refurbished a country residence in this style, love the roaring 20's which this vessel reminds me of (from research, I am not that old!).
Captain's cabin brilliant but yet again the poor old staff, whilst getting much better space they are not presented in terms of decor very well but worth refurbishing at this very reasonably price. Kitchen needs updating as well.
But what a wonderful vessel I think I just might have found my ideal one! Thankyou Nik.
The Captain is rockin' a good life on this ship. Great video.
05:15 The late 80s strike back!
Let me know when you buy it.. I'll be glad to go along. Ha ha.
Can I come? :)
Zarih Sundberg Yes!
That’s two guest cabins filled - two more to go.
Any requests after that will be appointed as crew.
cornskid That’s an important job - I’m pleased you’ve got the right equipment. It’s yours.
I was thinking of the Baltic, Scandinavia & the North coast of Russia for the first year or so. You OK with that?
@@garethchild to see the rotting nuclear submarines?
so glad that you have been getting so much access to so many boats lately. Full deserved because of the quality of you videos. Roman how about having our mate on board.
Who could possibly “dislike” this? Smh 🤦♀️
Easily one of the best TH-cam channels.
Thanks for uploading.
Our pleasure!
I'm in love!! So beautiful. Just showed my other half this video and he's like wow!!
Good gracious, what a ship. After the last video I thought you can't get any better than this but again you have delivered. This ship is absolutely stunning.
One of Nick's best done tours
I love the art deco styling and the lustre of the wood , beautiful. The master Suite has a bigger footprint than my house! Great video and thank you for this excellent tour.
Costs nothing to dream. Took me away there for 18minutes. Loved it.
Everytime I watch one of your access all area's tours, I make notes of questions to ask you,but as ever as you take us along with you you explain everything to us and my list becomes redundant. Well done Nick for yet another fantastic tour
Very nice. Thank you so much. That is good to be able to cross over to the US in Florida and then on down to the U.S V. Islands.
I have absolutely fallen in love with this one. I especially like the range and space
it genuinely feels like it was made for me. plus that price point is much lower than I'd expect for a boat this size
Always happy when Aquaholic uploads on a Saturday / Sunday morning!!! Favourite time of the week
I would never ever LEAVE THAT BOAT.
Because at some point I would want to shit in private!! All those damned glass bathroom doors!!!
He is so good at what he does, don't you think?
@Bob Dobalina Dude, hardcore, lol!
Within a few minutes into the tour I thought the same - a little cruise liner!
Seen many from this channel. This by far is a true vessel. Thumbs up 👍
Absolutely my favourite, I may have said in a previous comment section about Nordhavn and the ‘giving way to luxury’ in return for a robust, no nonsense ship...well..I apologise, this ship has the lot, it is beautiful and I want one haha I don’t believe that are enough superlatives i n the English dictionary that could accurately describe this ship...outstanding! (there’s one) nice one Nick
I love your walk thru's. Much better than some other sites. Could you incorporate floor plans of each area to help us visualize the layout.
Beautiful. That Portuguese bridge is a sure indicator of her trans oceanic pedigree. Thank you for the tour.
Thank you for watching!
Perfect ..... No other words needed except Thank you for show casing Andrea
Thanks for watching :)
Absolutely gorgeous. Love the Art Deco styling. 👍
Whey Hey ... hang on until I make a coffee and sandwich ... OK Start!
Thanks Nick ... she's worth every penny of £8.6m
lol I make coffee for this one and had some chocolate hahaha, I like the way you think, hehe
@@JJ-fromDK Actually I knocked them down £600,000 for £8m cash ...
Then I woke up, and went outside to clear the gutters/drains before Winter ...
@@notrut lol
A bloody good price and much nicer than some of the more modern ones!
Really enjoyed the tour Nick. This boat is stunning. I agree with you on the art deco feel. This is a boat you could live on all year round.
Yeah, kinda the Brady Bunch meets The Fresh Prince of Bel Aire meets That 70s Show interior design concepts................
@@seikibrian8641 It was a joke for the sake of levity which this world needs more of.....
Sorry, my point of disappointment was the mixing of styles in a clumsy and incohesive manner. I would love to see an example of this vessel that had all of the interior designed by the builder/designer. (An assumption, I hope this wasn't coordinated)
This I can see as an example of what happens when the builder says "Yes sir, we would love to sell you a boat, and if you wish to spend the extra money we can almost certainly recreate the Escape to The Country feel that you're after."
"What is your budget, sir?"
"So sorry sir, we build new and modern boats. We are not able to reproduce every manufactured part of the boat to match that style choice. You should buy as much as you can from High Street. Start at the bottom of the boat and work your way up, and we will let you know when you run out of modification budget."
Or I could be wrong, having never seen the inside of another Delta. Maybe they are all "edgy" design?
another well presented, interesting and insightful tour of a stunnining ship, again, fantastic workmanship throughout. great video.
Another excellent and informative tour Nick, thank you.
How good is that! very good Nick its awesome with that luxury Art Deco design decorating every deck that woodwork is fabulous high quality and expensive .. that master/ owners cabin my oh my its what I expect on a billionaires mega yacht my jaw dropped! in fact all the guest cabins were "how good is that" fabulous luxury indeed this Delta Marine 38 is some awesome yacht and worth every expensive penny … another truly great video Nick this is almost like watching my fav TV show now! - a big thank you and please don't stop!
Absolutely awesome yacht. This is a ship for sure. Made by Delta Marine, a good yard. I would trust this ship. It's not Euro sleek but she will definitely go anywhere. Amazing.
My favourite proper yacht you’re shown yet. The pacific is my oyster on this small ship
I was very surprised by the interior on this boat it was a lot spacious than i imagined, if it was mine there are a few things that i would change but generally absolutely stunning, thanks for another excellent tour Nick 👍
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
Beautiful wood finishes and joinery. This yacht is superbly maintained to as delivered condition. You know that all the mechanicals you can’t see are maintained to this same high standard.
Great video of a serious ship!
Not the style I’d chose if I had the money, but still stunning. I did love the engine room!!
It has a more homeley feel than the usual Sunseeker or Princess, love the sun room. 😍🌞
Been watching your channel for quite a while now Nick but this ‘boat’ is by far my favourite......absolutely stunning decor, layout and to boot a transatlantic beast. 👍
Definitely a contender for my one of my top 3 favorites , what a stunning yacht.
