I recommend if you need a dolly for stairs you get one on Amazon that has the turning wheels. I don’t typically deliver to apartments with stairs so I don’t have that problem. But yes, make sure you get some thing that is suitable for stairs if you do a lot of them with your deliveries. 💛
I have a wagon also. It works great until you have stairs. So good point with the dolly. I'm still trying to figure out how to avoid apartments. I'm thinking about setting up shop in areas of my city with median salaries over 100k. What do you guys think?

I love all these products, I appreciate the video and will definitely check into them all. I bought big insulated bags and keep sanitizer, gloves, and alcohol in my car, I also carry a pocket-size phone charger which helps when you do multiple orders. I don't have any of the items Jen has bought I will be shopping for them. I carry extra brown paper bags, and plastic bags I got from Produce, and I keep a roll of paper towels for leaking meat packs. Also, I keep ALL my receipts for those who say they didn't get certain items. and when the customer says they ask for one thing and it's out of stock, write in the communication what you are substituting because Instacart can retrieve the conversation. You have your proof. I screenshot, print it out, and keep it for 1 month just in case. Simply because I had a few that said they did not get the item and they did, or if they didn't get the item is because I communicated it was a bag or no substitute to what they requested. Just be smart cover your self best you know how,
I noticed that myself in my area. You could do a double for around 22 or a single for around 17 most of the time and they both take about the same amount of time to complete.
That light would be a game changer with my apartment complexes that never have the building numbers in a lit area and all my country backroad deliveries. I wind up after dark often 😔
I also bought an Instacart logo baseball cap from Amazon. I wear it during delivery and feel like it makes me look more professional. (I don't wear it while shopping in stores)
I got the Velcro ties from Amazon. My first time using them today and everyone was staring at me while pulling two carts around the store LOL they work great!
Hi Tammy! Whatever is most comfortable for you. I prefer them front and back and not side-by-side. It takes up less room this way. But experiment to see what really works for you!💛

The ones I really think I would love to get are the massage gizmo, phone case and the fanny pack! My wrists are killing me as well as shoulders and back, arms muscles...so that massage gizmo would be great to alleviate some pain and have some comfort. OMG Jen those blue bags at my local IKEA are maybe $1 each. I'll send you some if you like. Thanks for the info you provided. Some of my favorites are the Ozark portable foldable carts and black insulation bags like you showed but slightly smaller which I have marked A, B and C for my multiple batches. Also, I give my customers the plastic reusable bags like they sell at the register for 99cents (I buy them bulk though) as a nice go that extra mile gesture, so when I start my batch I already have them in my cart marked A, B, and C and as I shop I put the groceries in there with the corresponding insulated bag. It makes the shop so easy and organized. I love multiples IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT 🤔. Another thing I do is keep a bleach spray bottle and cloth with me to clean the carts, ladies room stuff I touch, etc. Can't be to safe. THANJS for sharing. I loved your idea for the neon paper to mark fragile groceries

Moving forward, I am staying away from double and triple batch is due today tips that are not in them. I hope I can keep it that way. But good to know in case I need to do a triple in a pinch! 💛
Wow Jen you definitely put the O in organization. Love the Fanny pack, I have never been into them but You got me sold on getting that one. I use a collapsible wagon for my Costco orders but I’m definitely looking into that Dolly as well. I’m dreading the winter as with the snow and sometimes we have to park a little further down the road that the wagon or dolly may not push through the snow as people don’t clear pathways and they certainly aren’t going to free the drive way up for us bringing an abundance of groceries. I shop for the NYC boroughs and that dumb, tiny, metal grocery cart was not working out lol Especially a nightmare when you have a huge cart full and the cart stops working before you get to your car.😖 (talk about a back breaker) Oh and also a lumbar support/ seat cushion. I have sciatica so sitting for long periods of time can be painful but this cheap cushion I found on Walmart changed my day. We got to take care of ourselves especially when this line of work can be really tiring and stressful.

I have almost everything you got😆 men you think the same, except for the torch and massager😁 (I'm getting the massager) .. tip, ...I don't use 2 carts for A,B n C, I use the big insulated bags hanging from S metal hooks on one single cart, A is where sit a child, B in the center and C hanging on the other end of the cart , works great 🙂
I can totally relate to the missing items report. So aggravating, especially when there is proof in the pictures that, that item was delivered. More so, on the wrong items, being reported. What I now have started to do is let the customer know the packaging is different, but item is correct. Therefore, they don’t think it’s the wrong item and report it as such. Lastly, I have had people rate me 4 stars without stating a reason. Customer support keeps stating there’s nothing they can do but escalate to trust and safety, which gets me nowhere. Anyhow, thanks for sharing your videos. 🥰
This is so frustrating, right?? Support does not have the authority to troubleshoot most shopper issues. They are in place for optics and not results. We are all at customers’ mercy. I truly believe some customers don’t understand the rating system and when they report wrong or missing items they are mistaken because I just don’t know. 💛

Tammy!! Order a couple sets. They are so cheap and I promise you they are the best things you can buy. Also when it is raining I use them to protect and cover the groceries. Because they are so cheap, I have even given some away to customers. They are truly magnificent!!
I have a version of all of these items EXCEPT the massager, I never, never even thought about it. I have chronic back strain from my previous career id absolutely use this on my back and neck. I'm definitely putting it on my Christmas list.
I actually think every item you show looks awsome...im a believer..I haven't actually done a batch yet . I live 25 minutes outside of fresno. So I suppose I have to drive to fresno to actually have a batch show up on my phone . Today I'm going to see if that helps me get a batch.
Okay Jen...forget the two big carts train. I tried it in Wal-Mart and it was cumbersome. I might do it at a place that has one big cart and one small one. Otherwise I will just push two carts through aisles simultaneously if needed. Much easier and more practical.🙂
Hi Jen........Scott here! I LOVE this video. I loaded up on extra bags and plan to order the steering wheel desk as soon as I write this. I carry a solar charger that can also charge through USB. I use it just in case my phone starts dwindling. Also, I always charge my phone via USB while I drive........we all know that the app is a phone eater. Thanks for this vid, Jen! Stay safe. -Scott

I have a lanyard on my phone and on the back of the lanyard is a little card holder so I can keep my license in it and my Instacart card and I keep my own credit card and I keep my Shipt card. I don’t even need the Fannypack it’s just a lanyard hangs around my neck it has a leather case with the little tiny card holder on the back, so convenient. Amazon..I’m a big fan of the neck massager I’m going to get the one you just recommended, I have to use one every night because I get migraines but it cures migraines if you are getting them from your neck. And this job triggers it. So thanks for posting that one because, I had one like that but it didn’t last long it lasted about a month. So I’ve been using these other ones that have big long straps but I would like to have that one for my car so thank you.I also use a stair climber cart that is really come in handy.

I do actually have so many of these items already and I have to say that I'm glad I do ☺ I have 2 of those oversized cooler bags that fit 4 paper bags in each but I did have to cut out thick cardboard to support the bottom since they didn't come with anything to help keep their shape. I also have a pack of velcro straps that I've had forever now that I've never used and now I have a reason to use them so thanks for the idea 😊 I also have a cart / dolly that can folds down into a cart which is the only way I've used it and it holds so much and helps me make less trips back and forth and saves my back😀 I also have a lanyard for my phone since last summer my phone slipped out of my hands and fell maybe a foot and the camera malfunctioned and no longer worked and I was forced to buy a new phone 😡 I also have those same exact seat gap pockets but they always fall down when the seat is moved so they were a bust for me 😔 One thing I recently did order were case of 250 count, 30 gallon clear trash liners in case it rains or is snowing so that the groceries can stay dry if there isn't any dry place to place the groceries. Also, since I don't have an SUV, I keep shallow a box (from BJ's wholesale club) in my front seat with all of the extra paper bags, individual cooler bags, etc and I just bungied the box to the front seat so it stays in place and everything is right within my reach! Only down fall is no one can sit in the front seat but oh well! No big deal! I currently only have a sort of soft but firm toy ball from the dollar tree inside of a sock I also bought at the dollar tree for when I get a pain in my back and need to work that knot out or whatever but I am thinking of getting one of those massagers for the car even though I have something similar in the house along with my heated massage chair and a foot massager I got for one Christmas but sometimes I could use a quick massage while driving! Again thanks for the tips...
I tested it out with small bungee cords. I hook the carts going in same direction like a train. 🙂 Works Great too. Can also use one large cart and a smaller cart and hook those. 😁

Hi! Okay I will try! But honestly. They are very strong. You can Velcro two of them together if you need them to be longer. Just connect your first cart to the second carts. The front of the first cart to the handles of the second card. It’s really easy. Honestly you can connect them anyway that works for you. But it really does help in making sure your carts stay together. I saw a shopper today shopping with two carts and he kept losing track of them. Keeping your carts tied together will make sure no one else takes your cart as well. 💛

Hi Jen I wanted to ask if you have put link in for back of car organizer? I am not sure if I’m missing it but I like this a lot along with the power charges for cellphone, the dolly, and also the entire video was amazing! Great work I will definitely buy a bunch of the recommended items because you’ve made me aware these are things I really need as this is my only source of employment because I homeschool and can only work weekends as I’m a single mom without help and a car that was broken down for two weeks. I got my flow and worked six batches today, started this morning at $0.00 and made the day into $180.00 for seven hours but I am grateful to my hard work to not find another week of no money coming in. I am God-willing and blessings since I’m not feeling confident from mechanic and car repair side yet so I’m going to try to work tomorrow and pray to Lord I can at least earn $300.00 and if more it’s much needed as I just moved too and money is tight!

I purchased the Dbest Dolly, i purchased one from Amazon a year ago and it broke within few months for half the price mind you but it was flimzy and UGG... I get anxiety when is see its an apartment and I not only have to make few trips but I also wished I had known it was an apartment building bc I wouldn't have accepted it. I want to say Happy Shopping but i literally made $73 DOLLARS ALL WEEK, SINCE MONDAY AND TODAY IS SATURDAY. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST WEEK YET SINCE I JOINT IN 2021. I AM AFRAID ITS GOING TO CONTINUE BC OF WHAT IC IS DOING... Actually when I went to check out it is 83 in the end with shipping & currency exchange. $52 CAD price of item $23 shipping to Canada & 7 import charges for a total of $84 and one wonders why no one can afford to live here anymore!
I bust my rear for Instacart and my average drops because of customers who lie about items, I reported fraud with pictures and receipts. But it takes forever for them to review. So frustrating. How do they want you to survive at 4.92%, I dont think they care, because there is list of waiting Shoppers, very replaceable.
You are absolutely correct, Beth. Nothing ever occurs when reporting fraud, even after contacting support multiple, multiple times. It is quite disheartening. Instacart is absolutely sending shoppers a message which is, you are on your own! Keep doing your best with customer service and you will get that rating up. That’s really all that can be done at this point. Hope you have a great weekend.! 💛

Instacart Cards are compatible with platforms like Apple Pay. I would have the physical card with me as well due to the occasional problems with technology and electrical problems during stormy weather.
FYI you can also buy an extra charger that will charge two devices at once. So basically it lasts extra long and you don’t need to carry two of those. 😁

That is not true I have a cart clip by lolly trolley and you do not have to take your phone off of there it spins in a 360° motion so I just turn my phone scan my product
It is illegal to spotlight houses in some states, I wouldn't suggest doing that. Also I'd be careful with portable chargers and do some research (reviews don't tell you everything you need to know) there are a lot of junk ones out there. I use Anker power banks personally

It’s more detrimental to be reported of not delivering to the right house than using a spotlight to look for the address. Plus it’s safety. This is so frustrating, right?? Support does not have the authority to troubleshoot most shopper issues. They are in place for optics and not results. We are all at customers’ mercy. I truly believe some customers don’t understand the rating system and when they report wrong or missing items they are mistaken because I just don’t know. 💛
Hi Jen. Im gonna order those big blue bags. I do already have a huge ruck sack canvas bag I use that came with a dolly/stair climber I got, but these bags will be a nice addition and so useful too! Thank You!! Im glad I have my dolly too for heavy stuff. 😉
Tammy!! Order a couple sets. They are so cheap and I promise you they are the best things you can buy. Also when it is raining I use them to protect and cover the groceries. Because they are so cheap, I have even given some away to customers. They are truly magnificent!!

I have a version of all of these items EXCEPT the massager, I never, never even thought about it. I have chronic back strain from my previous career id absolutely use this on my back and neck. I'm definitely putting it on my Christmas list.

I actually think every item you show looks awsome...im a believer..I haven't actually done a batch yet . I live 25 minutes outside of fresno. So I suppose I have to drive to fresno to actually have a batch show up on my phone . Today I'm going to see if that helps me get a batch.
That tray table for your car looks like a great investment! I often eat in my car when I'm out and about.
Okay Jen...forget the two big carts train. I tried it in Wal-Mart and it was cumbersome. I might do it at a place that has one big cart and one small one. Otherwise I will just push two carts through aisles simultaneously if needed. Much easier and more practical.🙂

Hi Jen........Scott here! I LOVE this video. I loaded up on extra bags and plan to order the steering wheel desk as soon as I write this. I carry a solar charger that can also charge through USB. I use it just in case my phone starts dwindling. Also, I always charge my phone via USB while I drive........we all know that the app is a phone eater. Thanks for this vid, Jen! Stay safe.

I have a lanyard on my phone and on the back of the lanyard is a little card holder so I can keep my license in it and my Instacart card and I keep my own credit card and I keep my Shipt card. I don’t even need the Fannypack it’s just a lanyard hangs around my neck it has a leather case with the little tiny card holder on the back, so convenient. Amazon..I’m a big fan of the neck massager I’m going to get the one you just recommended, I have to use one every night because I get migraines but it cures migraines if you are getting them from your neck. And this job triggers it. So thanks for posting that one because, I had one like that but it didn’t last long it lasted about a month. So I’ve been using these other ones that have big long straps but I would like to have that one for my car so thank you.I also use a stair climber cart that is really come in handy.

I do actually have so many of these items already and I have to say that I'm glad I do ☺ I have 2 of those oversized cooler bags that fit 4 paper bags in each but I did have to cut out thick cardboard to support the bottom since they didn't come with anything to help keep their shape.
I also have a pack of velcro straps that I've had forever now that I've never used and now I have a reason to use them so thanks for the idea 😊 I also have a cart / dolly that can folds down into a cart which is the only way I've used it and it holds so much and helps me make less trips back and forth and saves my back😀
I also have a lanyard for my phone since last summer my phone slipped out of my hands and fell maybe a foot and the camera malfunctioned and no longer worked and I was forced to buy a new phone 😡
I also have those same exact seat gap pockets but they always fall down when the seat is moved so they were a bust for me 😔 One thing I recently did order were case of 250 count, 30 gallon clear trash liners in case it rains or is snowing so that the groceries can stay dry if there isn't any dry place to place the groceries.
Also, since I don't have an SUV, I keep shallow a box (from BJ's wholesale club) in my front seat with all of the extra paper bags, individual cooler bags, etc and I just bungied the box to the front seat so it stays in place and everything is right within my reach! Only down fall is no one can sit in the front seat but oh well! No big deal!
I currently only have a sort of soft but firm toy ball from the dollar tree inside of a sock I also bought at the dollar tree for when I get a pain in my back and need to work that knot out or whatever but I am thinking of getting one of those massagers for the car even though I have something similar in the house along with my heated massage chair and a foot massager I got for one Christmas but sometimes I could use a quick massage while driving!

I tested it out with small bungee cords. I hook the carts going in same direction like a train. 🙂 Works Great too. Can also use one large cart and a smaller cart and hook those. 😁

Hi! Okay I will try! But honestly. They are very strong. You can Velcro two of them together if you need them to be longer. Just connect your first cart to the second carts. The front of the first cart to the handles of the second card. It’s really easy. Honestly you can connect them anyway that works for you. But it really does help in making sure your carts stay together. I saw a shopper today shopping with two carts and he kept losing track of them. Keeping your carts tied together will make sure no one else takes your cart as well. 💛

Yeah. I already have the insulated bag. It's a lifesaver. I love it. I want another for double orders. My customers are impressed when I come up to the door with it.

Great work I will definitely buy a bunch of the recommended items because you’ve made me aware these are things I really need as this is my only source of employment because I homeschool and can only work weekends as I’m a single mom without help and a car that was broken down for two weeks.
I got my flow and worked six batches today, started this morning at $0.00 and made the day into $180.00 for seven hours but I am grateful to my hard work to not find another week of no money coming in. I am God-willing and blessings since I’m not feeling confident from mechanic and car repair side yet so I’m going to try to work tomorrow and pray to Lord I can at least earn $300.00 and if more it’s much needed as I just moved too and money is tight!

I purchased the Dbest Dolly, i purchased one from Amazon a year ago and it broke within few months for half the price mind you but it was flimzy and UGG... I get anxiety when is see its an apartment and I not only have to make few trips but I also wished I had known it was an apartment building bc I wouldn't have accepted it. I want to say Happy Shopping but i literally made
$73 DOLLARS ALL WEEK, SINCE MONDAY AND TODAY IS SATURDAY. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST WEEK YET SINCE I JOINT IN 2021. I AM AFRAID ITS GOING TO CONTINUE BC OF WHAT IC IS DOING... Actually when I went to check out it is 83 in the end with shipping & currency exchange. $52 CAD price of item $23 shipping to Canada & 7 import charges for a total of $84 and one wonders why no one can afford to live here anymore!
I bust my rear for Instacart and my average drops because of customers who lie about items, I reported fraud with pictures and receipts. But it takes forever for them to review. So frustrating. How do they want you to survive at 4.92%, I dont think they care, because there is list of waiting Shoppers, very replaceable.
You are absolutely correct, Beth. Nothing ever occurs when reporting fraud, even after contacting support multiple, multiple times. It is quite disheartening. Instacart is absolutely sending shoppers a message which is, you are on your own! Keep doing your best with customer service and you will get that rating up. Instacart Cards are compatible with platforms like Apple Pay. I would have the physical card with me as well due to the occasional problems with technology and electrical problems during stormy weather.
FYI you can also buy an extra charger that will charge two devices at once. So basically it lasts extra long and you don’t need to carry two of those. 😁

It is illegal to spotlight houses in some states, I wouldn't suggest doing that. Also I'd be careful with portable chargers and do some research (reviews don't tell you everything you need to know) there are a lot of junk ones out there. I use Anker power banks personally
