She didn't adopt him. She is a foster. Which means she's just providing him a home instead of a cage until a family wants to adopt him. 😢

He was so hurt. His eyes 👀 reveal his feelings. He's got a very expressive face. His heart ❤️ was broken and can you imagine sitting in that shelter for TWO YEARS watching everybody else getting adopted and everybody keeps walking right past him. My goodness the sadness. Thank you for taking him in

You are a very special person. I lost my ❤ dog 16 months ago. I miss him so much and recently adopted a puppy. I believe that my other dog sent this new puppy to me. We live on a small farm and it feels like it is alive again! I am still having bad days but our puppy is helping. It is fun to train him and spoil him. Give your girl some extra pets and scratches from us. ❤
Snoopy is a beautiful pup, it took 600 days because it had to be the right, beautiful mom to come and take him home.
For your sake, I’m just gonna say. Do everything you can with her, she’s not gonna be there forever. I don’t want to make you upset but prepare for some of the worst days of your life

im glad it seems like the shelter made sure to let him have fun little "field trips" while he was there. its obvious they dont just lock up the dogs all day every day and im so happy for that

What is a foster fail?
What does foster fail mean? When I heard it, I thought it meant the doggie failed in some way and she had to take him back where she got him.
@@RLucas3000 it means you were only meant to foster the animal until they found a forever home. You were not going to adopt the animal. When you foster fail you adopt the animal and you become their forever home.

I think Snoopy hit the jackpot with his new mom, she seems absolutely wonderful. So sad he was in a kennel for so long - but I'm so glad he's getting the second chance at life that he deserves

600 days but looks like a good rescue family site. These happy endings are hopefully an inspiration. The forever mom sounds so wonderful!
Every time I go to a shelter to adopt a cat, I skip over the kittens and ask to see the cast who have been serving "hard time" and have been there the longest.
I adopt adult and middle-aged cats. I can't afford to properly provide for the cats with the expensive health conditions, but I do what I can.
